It was pretty packed Saw The Weekend, lines were so long for food and drinks but we'll worth it.

The view from any seat is great, I must say. But, if you have wide hips at all you'll leave with bruised hips. Most disappointing is the fact that there are videos shown during events without captioning. Ummmm... there are Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing patrons attending that pay just as much as the next person. Their needs should be a forethought not an afterthought and frankly I feel this is inexcusable for any large event center such as this.

In the bar the gentlemen attend very slowly and do not attend as people arrive only if they are women they attend to me before they attended me until I claimed that they had attended other people who had arrived long after me. They need more staff, for Latino events.

First hockey game very happy with my experience. This Arena appears to be made just for hockey as in all seats seem to have a great View. Great job will be back

You are at door 115 and they send you to enter through 114 and from there they return you to enter through 115 again who understands the security ones.

The SAP center provides a great experience for SJ Sharks, concerts and other event. I like to take VTA and save time getting out with the crowd.

The way this facility works with disabled people is horrible!!! I'm "visually disabled", and couldn't purchase an ADA seat because I didn't have a wheelchair!! I plan to take this higher up to see what will be done going forward.

It is very easy to access, it is close to the train and many means of transport, the place is very well organized you can see the stage from all angles of the place and very clean ... I liked it a lot

Good food staff has respect for you and keeps you willing to stay

First Shark s game and season opener, and it was so nice to spend it with my love. The weather was very nice and we were local enough to walk to SAP. The lines moved quickly to enter but the lines were long for food and drinks. The staff were all very nice despite the large crowds. The bathrooms were all very clean and had a lot of stalls. The crowd and fans were full decked out in gear and had great spirit. This drink is super pretty and good. We grabbed it at the hotel on the way to SAP- pretty cool they had drinks named after things dealing w hockey or the sharks. It was the hotel right before SAP where that parking garage is, I think it s a Marriott.

Hugh Jackman was phenomenal, even from the nosebleed section.

This place is really well operated. Polite and knowledgeable staff.

Sound system over powering for Trans-Siberia concert . Chase sys same for Elton. Singers words were garbelled.

Went to see fluffy tonight. Was a great show. The place was nice. Parking was easy to get into and to leave. I will definitely go to more venues there.

My favorite place for concerts. Reasonable parking price $25. Light traffic

Great venue for a hockey game and is family friendly. Very friendly staff who answer questions and help you locate your seats quickly.

A great facility but they could do better with security for big concerts and events. Temporary metal detectors are set up at the entrances, but no signage at all as to what the process is (belt off, wallets out etc) except a badly worn sign stuck to the table. Security staff that mumble and grunt at you don't help the process. Concert started 45 minutes late because they couldn't get the crowd inside on time.

Home of the San Jose sharks, a great place to go and cheer then on. Food is a little expensive but that's what you get for going to an arena. Plenty of food options around.

Ok venue. Ticketmaster added 50% in charges then didn't give me the prepaid parking passes. Not worth the money and hassle.

I have gone here for several Barracudas' games and the security are always friendly and helpful with any questions we have (locating seats/restrooms/etc)
The place is always clean including restrooms and we bring in our own drinks and snacks! The ABC parking lot is easy to find and accessible, lots of space, and aside from their extremely high priced concessions (ex. Pretzel was $8) I really have no complaints!

Decent place to see a show. It's clean. Good services nearby. Good staff.

Good place to watch a hockey game. Decent food options, bathroom lines aren't terrible and the energy in the arena is pretty good.

Great atmosphere for the Sharks playoff game (2019 WCF Game 5). It's super easy to get to the arena from the train station, and downtown San Jose is just a walking distance away. A perfect location and a great venue - what more can you ask for an arena like this?

Great experience once again yes the Finnish Sm League would learn about the arrangements at Sport Vaasa

This is My 3rd Time at the SAP Center. It IS Beautiful! Wow...Love those "SHARKS" No matter what!!!

Great facility and technology To go inside for events and concerts great and fast. Very good food and everything else just little pricey but what do you expect. Great place

Good food and great people. Parking is a little bit of a hassle if you don't show up early but that's pretty much how it is anywhere. Very close to downtown stores and restaurants so making it a day is definitely worth it.

Western conference finals game 2: We were pestered by the people behind us for "leaning to far forward" in row 12 of sec 211. We eventually were moved from our section and split up by staff. Pretty poor experience all together. the staff at sap center did the best they could but at a certain point the 25yr season ticket holder isnt always right. The ticket holders made us feel super unwelcome and probably wouldnt go back. By unwelcome i mean the guy who was bothering us the whole time at the end of the game kept asking me if i "wanted to go" .
I paid good money to watch a hockey game i can get a good fight at any of my local bars i dont need to drive 2 hours to be persuaded to fight some dude in front of his 10yr old son.

Had a great time at the game, the fans were loud and right into the game. Glad my Oilers won also!

SAP Center is Organized and The Event Staff People Aim to Meet Your Needs and Expectations!

Took my daughter to Disney on Ice and it was amazing ! Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a photo booth where kiddos were able to take pictures with their favorites characters ! All in all , great show and amazing experience!

BMW VIP lounge is a very nice experience. Great arena. The sharks fans can be a little rude tho!

Everytime I have enjoyed my experience here. The acoustics could be better but it's always a great time!

I was there to see Jeff Lynde's ELO. I also caught opening act Dhani Harrison (yes, son of George!) An excellent show, in an awesome venue! My first time here, and it was perfect! Food, show, atmosphere, all GREAT!! Going again for McCartney this week! AWESOME AWESOME!

Went to see Katy Perry in concert. It was a wonderful place to see a concert. It was comfortable, the seats, temperature of the center, the lighting, the sound of the music, the view of the stage. Katy Perry gives an awesome concert with amazing props that took her in the air. The SAP Center is a perfect place to watch any concert. Every seat in the center will be a good one. We had a great time because of the place we where at. Easy to get there, easy to leave and easy to find a parking spot. You could not ask for a better place than this.

Went to the Sharks vs. Red Wings game this time around at the SAP! Red Wings won, but to no surprise.. Sharks seemed a little out of touch tonight. Didn't feel any good energy in the rink! Until next time ..
