Needs some rubbing compound on the outside stainless steel to clean it up

Extremely nice facility. Clean. Easy to get into and out of the arena as well as getting around inside. There is only 1 concourse level with a few food/drink locations that are up a set of stairs on the side, but not a whole separate walking concourse level. The main pro shop and some food/drink stations are not open during SJ Barracudas AHL games.

Amazing venue with loads of great food options, including Ike's, Iguanas, and Rita's Frozen Custard, very clean, and really helpful ushers and staff. The venue itself also has a great way of pumping up the audience!

Amazing place with spectacular technology in this place ! We watched roger Walters and the graphics were out of this world.

Went for the U2 concert. Very echoey. The acoustics sucked so bad you could hardly make out the words. If I didn't already know the songs I wouldn't have been able to tell you what they were playing or singing.

I've always considered any seat to be a good seat at the shark tank, but first row is something else.
The lounge is quite the experience. All you can eat and drink. Menu changes constantly and with enough choices to satisfy everyone. They serve before the game and during the first intermission. During the second intermission they serve dessert. Lines get long during dessert. It's quite popular!

I enjoy going to see the Sharks play with my friends and family. A lot of fun!

My first time here and I will definitely be interested in returning when I am back in town.

An evening with First Lady Michelle Obama was unforgettable! It was like having a conversation with her in my living, it was Awesome. She was open, honest, up front and personal. It was a beautiful evening!

Well organized and clean, but acoustics are terrible for music. So, great for Sharks games, avoid for music concerts.

Home if the San Jose Sharks. We like to come here to watch the Sharks play. Many restaurants to choose from, the venue is beautiful, well maintained, clean. Parking is convenient with big lot behind the arena, cost is $25 per car. The Sharks, and their fans are the best!

We just saw tool there and I don't think that would be a bad seat in the house

Had a great experience watching the NHL for the first time

Even though there was a huge line to get into disney on ice, the lines moved quickly and the crowd thinned out as we entered. There were plenty of vendors inside so lines to get souvenirs, photos, and snacks were not long. Sat pretty high up and the view was still good. Ushers were friendly and were not strict on seating. Leaving was not difficult and we found free parking not far from venue

Great venue ... food and beverage prices are a tad steep but hey, it's an arena

Crowd friendly to visiting team fans, with some smack talk, but no real jerks. Even during Cup playoffs. Bravo, Sharks fans.

Plenty of concessions. Bathroom lines were, however, stunningly long. Be careful if you have any special facilities needs.

Great venue, Childish Gambino made sure his concert wouldn't be forgotten anytime soon. The only downside to the SAP Center is that you end up overspending for food and drinks.

Good concert venue, but not great...not as viewer friendly for 360 vieeing...the billboard overheads should ALL be used during concerts for viewing at all angles. Perfect.model is the Denny Sanford Center in Siiux Falls, South Dakota.

Great concert for the 25th Anniversary. Blake Shelton, Deven Dawson, Hardy, and Hunter Hayes.

This was a great venue. I saw Elton John there. The concert was excellent. And the seats were great.

We went to see Jlo in concert. I have some serious back issues so I had to move very carefully. There was an older couple in the row where we thought we were supposed to be seated. The man kept pushing us with his body trying to knock us over onto the row below. It was scary. After we got to our seats my daughter realized the usher sent us to the wrong place. I said I was going to stay put unless the people assigned to those seats showed up so as not to deal with the crazy man down the row.

Of course the people with the tickets for those seats did show up and I saw him do the same thing to them. Then it was our turn to go back past him and this time my daughter grabbed his arm and said do not push us and his wife got all up in our face. These people must have been about 68 or 70 years old. Definitely drunk or wasted on something.

My daughter went down to complain. One of the girls who were pushed went down to complain and when nothing was still done I went down and complained. An usher was standing there when my daughter complained and she said she saw the man do that to someone trying to get past him. They should have been removed from the concert. They could have caused somebody a major injury. I placed a call to the business offices for the arena and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Their security is not doing its job by allowing someone like that to possibly hurt concert goers. Really ruined the night for us.

Came here for a Tony Robbins event. Nice venue, food is okay so don't come hungry.

Nice place to visit during weekends. Usually you get to see many hockey matches here. The place is very good with many options to eat from nachos to hot dogs and pop corn.you also have a club downstairs. The parking usually is very busy here. And if travelling by bus you can either catch 522 or 22 going towards Palo Alto or East ridge. Totally good place to visit during weekends. The staff is very well mannered.

I love this place! Never disapoointed except when you purchase a souvenir cup and they run out of soda because they didnt stock enough so you end up paying 8 dollars for water that you cant exchange at another food booth!

Well designed arena with good view of the game from any seat. Reserve parking in advance of the game. I only wish Sharks would play better.

This place is huge, the San Jose sharks play here but during our visit my wife was here for the WFG event so I didn't get a chance to see the inside except when she video called me. There are a couple private areas for season ticket holders and partners/donators as I saw a BMW lounge. They don't allow food inside so hide it well or bring money lol..

The SAP is Huge but offers good seating and view. There is a great variety of food and drinks. Parking is $25 but convenient.

I absolutely feel fortunate to have such a great arena nearby. Not a bad seat in the house, concessions are fairly reasonable with good variety, and parking nearby is plentiful and doesn't break the bank. Have never had an issue with traffic exiting the area after a concert, either. This trip was our second time seeing U2 at the SAP Center, an amazing show made even better by the acoustics in the arena. We sat at the very top row of the upper deck and could see everything.

Went there for fan fest for the Sharks. It was awesome! Parking lot is great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable (although a few were under the impression they are bouncers). Good flow around the arena. Place is clean. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked. They did change their bag policy so make sure to look it up before going, I'm not sure if it applys to all functions or just Shark ones. Food is expensive but that can't be a surprise. Decent variety from Panda Express to hot dogs.

25 dollar parking, 500 dollar tickets, 10 dollar beers, still not anywhere near as expensive as a 9ers game
