I'd like to have an order to go with complete satisfaction guaranteed. Houlihans has been one of my favorite places to order to go for a long while, but lately, not so much. I always order to go a Salmon Caesar salad with extra dressing and normally it's placed on the side. I got home opened my order and I thought I'd ordered Spinach Dip. My salad was mushy. I was so very disappointed; long day.... Maybe I'll try one more time.

Love love love this restaurant! Every dish I've ever had here has been delicious. Chicken tenders, stuffed chicken, grilled chicken salad, deconstructed pot pie, calamari, Alfredo, all fantastic. And the long islands.... Uhmazing! Service is always great, food comes out quickly looking great. Restaurant is always clean, staff is always professional. I can't say enough good things about Houlihans!
Had to sit in dinner area cause unable to seat 5 people in bar, which unable to enjoy happy hour to full extent. Drinks took long time to get, about 30 minutes..
Since they changed their menu a couple years ago, the food is not as good and the portions are small for the high prices. The fried mushrooms are still great though!

I've been a regular customer for years. Today, I was thrown off when a lady by the name of Jodie told me that I had to be seated for the Happy Hour section. She stopped me and my friend midway walking to the bar and said that we had to be seated. A couple after us went straight to the bar area without incident. I usually do not coming through the front door. Maybe I'm not clear what the procedure is. I just found her extremely rude for no reason.
We come here often. We love their special of the day. The 612 burger is great. The prices are quite reasonable for the quality.
We also enjoy the happy hour.Wonderful appetizers and a wide selection. of craft beers. Very good service....
The manager Peter ensured our food and visit was exceptional. We will definitely be doing girls night out again here. Joseph our waiter also was very attentive although it was happy hour and the restaurant was busy

Lunch for two cost over $50. In my opinion, this is just WAY too pricey for lunch. I don't mind paying for quality, but this place does not have it. I was not at all impressed with the food. I sampled two of their appetizers and was left very disappointed. My meal was an even bigger disappointment. My breaded shrimp was mushy and not remotely crispy. I will say that the soup that we tried was decent.
The staff we're very helpful and courteous. This restaurant was clean. I would recommend tearing out the carpet. Carpets in restaurants are dated and tend to smell.
The prices are outrageous for the quality of food. So we will not be visiting Houlihan's again.
My favorite dish is the Georgia Bank Scallops with risotto, and can always can count on delicious food.

Food is good but all the dust all over the ducting and ceiling really grosses me out. Makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is. The Pink Elephant drink is delicious though.
They have good food. However, I was somewhat disappointed because the burger I ordered seemed super greasy. It was the melty cheesey cheeseburger. Some people like their burgers super greasy, but it bothers my stomach a bit. Other than the grease, I thought it was good. The waiting staff did great too.
The menu is limited, but the food is great quality and perfectly prepared. I love the scallops and tuna sashimi, because here you get them tender, succulent and juicy, never overcooked. The birthday club is generous and will keep you returning.
Had the scallops and risotto.... Yummy! Creme brulee for dessert... and they fixed it the way I like... without flaming the sugar. Thank you.

Left us waiting 30 minutes to be seated because the waitress wanted a break even though the table was ready. Very unfriendly slow service once we were finally seated
Traveling never been here .. first time I asked for shrimp on the side , I couldn t order shrimp . Ok fine my wife asked for cauliflower and they bring out shrimp lmao ... the waitress was pushy until management gave us a better one Natalie was awesome !!!
Done with this Houlihans. Sundays are all day Happy Hour. Sounds great! But only in the bar area which is always full. You can also get Happy Hour on the patio. Well apparently not today. According to Peter the manager, the patio is closed because none of the servers want to wait tables out there. As a restaurant industry employee I find this absurd and ridiculous. It is BEAUTIFUL out today. My kids and I want to soak up as much as we can! I'm sorry to say that this location has lost our business forever. We went to Wallys instead and it was Amazing!
Better than the Houlihan's in Olathe! Music wasn't blaring like the one in Olathe. We really liked the glass water bottles they leave on the table.

The food was really good and the service was magnificent I enjoy the time I am there.
The waitress was outstanding! The food was pretty good. The issue that I had yesterday was that there is a 16 min rule to where if you do not have your food within 16 min of the waitress leaving the table your food is free. <---- verbatim of what the menu says. I had a stopwatch on my smart phone and started it as soon as the waitress left my table. After 16 minutes I took a screenshot of it being past 16 min. The waitress asked if we were doing fine and I proceeded to ask if they were serious about the 16 min rule? She stated yes! they are very serious. She proceeded to get a manager, and, the manager asked to see where we kept the time. I showed her the screenshot and she proceeded to tell me that on the kitchen clock it is 14 min and some seconds. Then she asked me if we had a timer at our table? I had no idea that we were suppose to have a timer at our table! She said that she would have a conversation with the hostess to make sure that never happened again. Needless to say I still had to pay for my bill and they didn't live up to the seriousness of the free 16 min rule. I have never been to houlihan's before and probably will never be back.
The food is great. If you're not wanting to spend too much they have many plates that are under $6 but don't expect to get a large portion for that price. I've yet to find something there that I dislike. The service can vary depending on time of day but nothing too bad to complain about. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our birthday celebration there. Makenzi was a spectacular server! The fish tacos were not as good as usual. The filet was delicious. Always love the mashed potatoes! Asparagus was rather tough. All in all, a great dining experience.
Our waitress was the worst, slow, unfriendly and acted like she hated her job. I didn't get drink refills but my sister who had a full glass got another soda. Food was good so I gave them 2 stars.
Wow! I'm very surprised to read the very poor reviews. I've been several times to this location and every time I've received excellent service.
My wife and I had a good lunch on a weekday recently. The food was excellent - fish tacos and kc burger. Overall we had a good experience but I would say the service was not great. Our server seemed to have too many tables. Perhaps he was just not attentive or had been assigned too much. Regardless, it resulted in subpar service.

My food was not good. I've had great food before but this time it was not. They also didn't have the plant base burger.it was not a good experience as before my many visit.

Had some issues seating a large party even with an advanced reservation. However, always enjoy the food, and service during our meal was excellent. Manager made sure our experience was enjoyable throughout.
Does not do take out well. After a 12 minutes wait to place order, I called back and was placed on hold again. No designated take out area around the bar.
The kicker was the poor attitude of the person in charge of take you.
The bang bang cauliflower is delicious. Service is good, all of our food was tasty. They have happy hour on weekends as well.
