Very Nice Hotel, spacious not overly crowded in the common areas that you experience in alot of the other hotels in the area. Was not overwhelmed by cigarette and cigar smoke in the casino and lobby area, this is a plus. Room was comfortable and spacious. The fresh flowers through out were an added bonus.
Great a little more quiet than the Wynn but essentially the same.

Encore, along with Wynn, is my favorite casino in Vegas. It's big, opulent, everything is in perfect condition, the staff is highly attentive, nobody runs up to bug you about buying a timeshare, and the drinks are top notch. Don't expect preferential treatment if you're dropping less than thousands a day there, but the standard treatment for poor people like me is still exceptional by strip standards.
Fantastic hotel to stay in during your trip to Vegas. Thoroughly enjoyed the Encore Tower Suites and all the friendly/inviting staff.

The Encore was an exhilarating experience. From the booking agent to the final check out was a true vacation. The staff was very helpful room service was nice and the luxury accommodations of a suite really sent me and my husband into a different romantic atmosphere.
High-class experience. Decor is to die for in this hotel. Service is top notch. Even the basic rooms are luxurious. Pricey so not for the budget conscious. Makes other hotels seem drab!

Woke up with rash on my chest from pillow or sheets.
Made reservations to the SW Steakhouse for outside and was seated inside and did not sit us outside once I asked to.
I wasn't registered at check in (just my husband), my room key didn't work, I called the operator, she was supposed to send someone to open my room, no one arrived, 10 minutes later I went to the reception, they lady told me I wasn't registered so she couldn't help me (even though I had made the reservation and they had my e-mail reguistered to the reservation, and I was there with my husband at the time of the check in, I don't know why they didn't reguster me) my husband was at the pool so he hadn't brought IDs downstairs, he went to the reception to ask them to help us with the key since he was properly registered, they didn't have a picture of his id, he showed them a picture of his id that he had on his phone, they made us go with guards to my room to show them our ID... this took like 2 hours from our 3 day trip... we weren't able to go to the pool because by the time this ended, the pools where closed... they only accepted to reinburse us for 29 dls for this...

Great experience, but unfortunately too cold when you leave the pool, they should put some heater around the pool in order to be warm when it is often cold after a swim.

I played poker here for a few hours and the dealers were friendly and kept the game moving well. The players were pretty quiet for the most part, with a few notable exceptions... My wife and I also had a meal at Wazuzu and it was tasty! Overall, the feel at Encore was nice, if a bit out of our normal financial budget.

Place is gorgeous but on rakein mode, big payout are elusive on slots, and tables are tight....Baccarat, paying dealers with natural 9s- should be called natural 9. Staff amazing, please tip big and introduce yourself ;) private rooms and meeting offices amazing. Vincent private room, Mani valet, and John valet keep up the Good work guys ;)

Always clean, very upscale, and the staff is so helpful. One of the best places on the strip, especially the poker room. They are quick to get you a game and the service is excellent. They go the extra mile for their guests and that gets my repeat business every time.

I m beyond impressed. The Wynn Las Vegas is the perfect getaway during Covid. They had temperature checks at every entrance and kept the place spotless. The food was delicious and there was enough activity for it to be fun. I wish I could have stayed even longer.
Not the quality service I remember of towers . Stayed at encore Boston harbor towers last month. Night and day in experience between properties. Tried to make reservations with hotel concierge for breakfast in hotel resturant . She said in rude manor We are booked only 11am or 8am reservations left. I said I really need 10am reservation. She said it was impossible. I hung up disappointed. My wife looked online open table and 10am was available for book. The concierge was just in bad mood.
Loved the spa here. The best one we've been to thus far. The resort felt more refined and secluded as it's at the end of the strip.
Terrific hotel! Rooms were very clean and orderly. Housekeeping was very prompt and respectful. Room is loaded with all the amenities including remote controlled lights and blinds. If you are on the strip side of the hotel, it also provides a breathtaking view of the strip.
Breakfast buffet is highly recommended, so many choices and very well prepared. The concierge does an excellent job of finding seats for performances and making all of the arrangements.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a tasteful adult getaway.

When to the pool party when she snake was supposed to play, I didn't stay long tho because my friends wanted to get back home already. We waited in line about 20 mins because we were on the guest list. We got to the line like at 1 something. Very nice pool. They gave us drink tickets that we didn't end up using. We did buy some food inside. It was expensive but it was a big size.
5 Stars Encore for keeping America Great with security placed throughout the facility and same matching quality service as the Wynn you will not be disappointed.

Nice large hotel. Room was quite spacious and the service was great. Wifi worked but was rather slow (you have to pay for any reasonable speed). Nice bathroom amenities. Large mirrors in room.

reserved a queen suite and a king suite on a promo and requested if they could be next to each other or on the same floor. When we were checking in they said the request could not be filled and so we would have to wait an unset amount of time for the rooms to be ready. Ridiculous. We were disappointed they didn't have the initially vreserved two rooms set for us despite the request so they checked and found two queen Suites that we're connecting at a slightly higher rate-25/per room, per night. So we asked for a waiver and the front desk rep went inside to ask and it wasn't met. When we asked for at least one room she came back and said it was okay with a 2 second walk to the back office and back. After that 30-min hiatus, we were pleased with the spacious rooms, the pool, and the restaurants. The stay was great.
You couldn t pay me to stay here again. It s like trying to sleep on top of a speaker in a huge club with the worst techno music you ve ever heard. And when you call to complain about the noise they offer to send you earplugs and a fan to block out noise. Absolutely ridiculous and full on torture. I can t believe this is supposed to be one of the best hotels in Vegas and I m contemplating sleeping in my car

This is absolutely one of the finest resorts we have stayed at in Las Vegas Vegas. Large beautiful suites and immaculately maintained. Very attentive staff that took care of any and all requests asked. The one and only complaint was with the Buffet restaurant. The food was sub par for such a wonderful resort.

If you love art this is the place to go visit while visiting Vegas. The night and day pool parties are done very well. This should be on your to do list.

Encore was such a magnificent stay. I will return again. The view from the suite on the floor i was on was amazing. You saw all of vegas all the way through both surrounding towns. The rooms were very elegant. The ladies who cleaned my room even put all my makeup and brushes in order in the bathroom. The best service i have ever recieved going to ANY form of hotel. Way to to encore!
On our last visit to LV a handful of years ago, we stayed at the Encore and loved it! Had to stop by on our recent trip to play cards at our favorite table. Dealers were very fun and energetic, the cocktail waitresses were sub-par but the overall experience was wonderful as usual!

Wynn/Encore, you try so hard and fail so sadly... I suggest you emerge into the 21st century of public space design.
This was our 5th stay at the Encore, we celebrated our 16th Anniversary. Everything was superb as always and we enjoyed the quietness of the hotel. We got a chance to see the Chris Tucker Show and enjoyed it. We will be returning on our next Vegas trip!!!!
Lovely property, clean, very nice large room with latest technology & Alexa! quite, beautiful bath and showers, friendly staff and workers, good location although it is at the end Las Vegas strip. Slots Machines are super tight like all Las Vegas Casinos; DO NOT play there; just visit and have fun.

The suite is very comfortable but there's some nagging details. There's no coffee maker in the room and if you want a cup you must get dressed and go to the casino level for a $6.50 cup. You can't use the room refrigerator as it is full their snacks and if you move one over 30 seconds you pay for it. If you want a refrigerator it's $25. You have to walk around the casino level and it can be heavy with cigarette smoke. Don't count on a late check out unless you are willing to pay for it.

The Encore and Wynn Resorts have the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced. We visited for our daughter s birthday, and she has several severe food allergies to gluten, eggs, and dairy. Dining out for one meal, let alone 3 per day, can be stressful. The Encore and Wynn restaurants offered impeccable service and amazing staff members who were educated on the topic of food allergens. We ate at Tableau for breakfast every morning because the staff there was outstanding. Isabelle and Antonio, our servers on various days, were outstanding. Hunter, the manager at Tableau, was so amazing when the chef noticed they didn t have the necessary ingredients for her order. Rather than cancel the order, this staff went out and sourced the ingredients, then comped the meal because it took so long. Hunter and Isabelle are the type of people who make Encore and Wynn such an outstanding place. We also went to Mizumi, where Stacey served us and took such care of our daughter s order that it made her birthday dinner spectacular. She made sure her dinner was cooked in a separate grill to avoid cross contamination and served us the best food we ve ever had. Thank you, Stacey! If you or your family members have food allergies, stay at the Wynn or Encore resorts in Las Vegas. Even the room service menu has outstanding allergen friendly options (gluten free fries, vegan cheese nachos?! Wow!). This resort has earned our business for life-thank you for taking our daughter s birthday from good to spectacular! Her mom is forever grateful.
The best and most memorable hotel and resort I have ever stayed. The room was bright, airy, elegant, clean, and had the technology touch on it that ensured our stay was comfortable in a luxurious way. Staffs surprised us with a box of chocolate as it was our honeymoon.

Love the size, and cleanliness of the rooms. Check in host are very professional and thorough, just require a little patience. I prefer staying at the Encore.
1) Very nice exterior and interior.
2) HAVAC system must not be working correctly, temperature in the lobby/casino area and the Encore showroom were much too hot, very uncomfortable.
3) Bathtub had human hair and other garbage on the inside wall.
4) Shower control didn't work correctly.
5) Bed was very comfortable.
6) Most staff were very helpful.
I have stayed at at least 60% of the hotels on the strip and gambled in 100% of them over the years. This property is by far the loveliest I have stayed in. I was here for a big conference and literally did not have to leave the property (although I did) for anything between Encore (where I stayed) and Wynn which are connected.
The staff -- everyone I encountered was amazing, super friendly and wanting to provide the best guest experience.
The room - super large and spacious. Clean, absolutely LOVED the large bathroom, the strip view I had and the sleep quality was fantastic.
Conference space/experience - excellent. Their convention are offerings were outstanding. I understand they are new; but are well decorated, tons of restrooms throughout and surprisingly the convention food was pretty solid.
Casino area/shopping were great. I did more window shopping than anything else given the high end stores. Casino slot offerings were solid, Wynn had more than Encore it seemed but it was easy to go back and forth.
Overall I loved the property and will likely stay here on my next visit. Loved being across the street from the mall. The common areas of the hotel were light, bright and open with beautiful flowers EVERYWHERE. My favorite - the flower carousel. Well done Encore.

This Casino Hotel is wonderful , quality service and great attention. Very well located.
Be careful when making your reservation, checking in, and checking out. Resort credit was not properly applied and we were charged a room upgrade price different from what we were quoted. When we brought this issue up at check out, we were met with a curt "that is what it is." We were only talking $5. The fact that they wouldn't make such a small issue right was astonishing. I am glad that we didn't have a bigger issue to deal with.

This place is always packed. No promotion at all. Players are super super tight.
Visited poker room. Nice room, good dealers, plenty of players. Had problem with getting food, runner kept screwing up, blamed others a few times, instead of just realizing and fixing problem before returning 5 times, not allowing me to pay with credit card when I asked how much, forgetting half my food after 30 minutes, and waiting an additional 20 minutes for my meal so I could start eating. Times are from receipt, I believe 5 or more minutes after I ordered. She did not end up with a tip, only because she blamed others and came back to interrupt my game to do it.
Best hotel in vegas, not the cheapest but the most colourful and brightest, not really for the young rowdy crowd

Absolutely stunning hotel and gorgeous rooms! Service was great and went to several restaurants at the hotel which were all incredible! Only suggestion would be to have a coffee maker in the rooms, was surprised by how incredible the rooms were and that hey didn't have a coffee pot. Other than that everything was great! Highly recommended, amazing hotel and very very reasonable price.
