Fabulous holiday so lucky to have our room upgraded! Had a amazing 6 days can't wait to come back!

Stay at a suite here and it's one of the best experiences I've ever had. It was really spacious, beautifully furnished, and had an amazing view. Loved the hotel and would definitely recommend it.

I love the staff at the Wynn/Encore. In these unprecedented times we are in they you can tell they took thought in protecting their guests. But Hands down I will ALWAYS stay at the Wynn. You dont have to leave the resort. EVERYTHING IS HERE

Going to pay a bit more but you get what you pay for. Overall, a very nice experience. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is the most beautiful hotel in Las Vegas in our opinion. We have stayed here several times and it is always amazing. The restaurants are delicious and the rooms are just beautiful. We love the atmosphere in this hotel. It is so elegant and classy. We loved walking down the esplanades listening to the great music playing and looking in the beautiful shops. We cant wait to go back and will never stay anywhere else.

Very aesthetically pleasing. Decent prices to get into clubs. We went to the XS nightclub to see Marshmello. Service was great and the club was phenomenal. Would recommend.

An elegant vacation destination with fine restaurants and plenty of excitement.

I had to wait in the line-up of The Buffet for 2 hours and no one told me about the wait time, also when I reached to end of line-up, they charged me twice the regular price! I was so tired, hungry, and frustrated that I did not enjoy my meal at all. I complained to front-desk staff, but they told that they could not do anything about this.

Also concierge did not help much when I told them that I had lost my cell-phone. They called lost-and-found, and they told that no one answered the call there! They just gave me a card and asked to call lost-and-found myself later, but I had a flight and had to leave the Vegas!

Alexa controlled (although I prefer Google). Very clean. Great staff. No coffee in the room though. Walking distance from the strip, although it's as good walk. Wear comfortable shoes.

Service in the room was no good at all. After cleaning some our belongings was on the floor. Also drain in bathtub and sink was partly clogged. Which was not convenient. Dust was all over. Specially by the window piedestal. (We even left our initials on it...) Windows was dirty as well from outside. For everything we made pictures as evidence...

The room is beautiful. Besides the nice technology that comes with it (touchscreen that controls lights, temperature, drapes, et) but the cleanliness and the layout is just makes this place amazing

Check-in could have been better, as the concierge spoke very fast and not too clearly so it was hard to understand the details of a room upgrade we inquired about. Really cool that the room had Alexa, but wish it had Spotify, or any other way of playing a specific track instead of just radio stations. Overall a great hotel with good amenities.

Loved the experience at The Encore. The rooms are clean and the pools are great. This is by far the best hotel I ve stayed at in Vegas. The only suggestion I would have is having a fridge in your room that you can put your own stuff in. We shall return.

Has NO BASE !!!! can't dance in these conditions. Who would have thought that closer to the stage is worse? And the tables are too hot to even stay in....

Great place to have fun and play cards. Good vibe and table play is not too busy so you can get in.

This is the best place to stay in vegas if you want to be on the strip without the crowds. Really clean large rooms. Reastruants are excellent. Of course this all comes with a higher price tag.

Encore... Amazing!!! The rooms were a dream come true! Spacious, beautifully designed, and extra comfortable. All of my meals have been delicious. Andreas is my new favorite place to dine. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Vegas! #VegasStrong

While walking around Las Vegas in August is like dipping yourself in boiling air (MN native in the desert haha), the Wynn Encore was a glorious Oasis-

*From a semi casual tapas den to a malt shoppe-eque burger place to a beautiful fine dining experience at Le Jardin, the variety of eating options will surprise and satisfy vegans, dessert lovers, carnivores, and everyone in-between. Don't have time to sit and eat? Try one of the many convenience stores and coffee shops located all around the property!

*Our concierge at the Tower Suites was so much help. Damien had seen every show in town and helped us narrow down the numerous entertainment options, booked us tickets, and organized transportation to a few places that were just too far away to walk to in the heat. He was kind, professional, and personable. Not at all unapproachable or haughty like other places when you ask for help. In fact all of the staff from restaurant employees to guest services were wonderful.

*I can't remember the exact number of pools, but there is so much space to spread out that the pools never seemed over crowded. And honestly there's nothing better than a cool pool, a strawberry daiquiri, and just floating with the sun's heat on your face.

*I adored our room as well. I was in a smoking room but they obviously have non smoking rooms. With the number of amenities, I suggest checking out their website.

Overall, a wonderful vacation because of this fantastic resort.

I was there for the WSOP series. I played in Omaha Tournament today, it was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was there 3 hours before I finally received a drink. Ordered food that took me 1 hour and asking 3 waitresses, 2 floor guys, and a food girl to get me anything to eat. The waitresses are rude and too good for you. I will never EVER play at the WYNN again!

The very best hotel casino in Las Vegas, everything is excellent. If you are looking for luxurious accommodation, excellent service and over the top shopping options look no further. Plus: it hosts the best club in town (i.e. XS) and the classiest pool party (i.e. Encore Beach Club).

This is a great hotel. I stayed in a suite and have no complaints about it. It is updated with cool technology and is spacious. I stayed on the 7th floor and they warned me it will be loud due to the club at night but I had no issues with the sound which was great because it's not fun switching rooms.The casino was okay, not my fave. The staff was friendly. The pool is nice, not huge but sufficient. They could use more umbrellas because the sun is HORRIBLE when at its peak.. unbearable. One annoying missing feature was there is no fridge to store your personal water etc. The bar will charge your room if you remove an item longer than a few seconds, so you can't use that fridge. Definitely feel confident in booking this hotel. I loved it and will be back here or the Wynn.

An excellent place to spend a few days of fun and forget the daily routine, highly recommended to live the Las Vegas experience

My in-laws we re here last week, my father in law going though his last chemo so we sent them out to celebrate his last chemo and his bday, but too bad Encore ruined the moment for them from check in to check out. My father is law during check in started feeling sick and asked for water and he was turned down for it because their credit card was not going through for the room deposit so they were being a**holes to them after explaining them that the man has cancer and not feeling good. I I ll never go back here nor would I recommend anyone to do so, oh and top of that they couldn t even bring up a fridge for them to put the insulin shots in after calling them several times, so they used the bar fridge and because some of the items were moved they were charged for it too. POS s!!!!

No more nickles and dimes just a great up front price.

Encore is an awesome hotel located at the end of the strip. They have free parking if you purchase anything over 50$ (super Chill if your short) also their hotel is a suite which makes it awesome! Every room you get your Garunteed a room plus a living room plus a nice bath tub!! This is the place for your family and friends

Absolutely stunning hotel & resort. The staff were all amazing and very helpful during our time here. Also love that all of the standard king rooms are suites they are massive! Beautiful bathrooms and decor. Steve Wynn outdid himself with this hotel!

Worth every penny. Beautiful room, super friendly staff. Whole experience feels like 6 stars hotel. You will feel like king and queen.

Absolutly loved everything about Encore. The staff were amazing, our rooms were INCREDIBLE! Nicest room we had ever stayed in. The pool was nice (the 21+ pool looked WAY better and zero people were using it but you also have to pay to enter that one
my biggest complaint was the pool closed at "dusk" which was like 8pm but the sun was still out... I wish they'd stay open longer.
We were staying there with our 2 year old so the concierge that brought our luggage up let us know we could request a fridge without a fee (the rooms do not include fridge or microwave - with the exception of the stocked fridge with a 30 second time limit on anything you remove. You will be charged for the item if you have it out for longer than the 30 seconds) they set the fridge up by our desk which wasnt too far from the bed, when we were going to sleep I couldn't figure out what the super annoying sound was... It literally sounded like a fly buzzing against a microphone. We thought it might be the speaker feed back from us playing with "Alexa" earlier so we told Alexa to shut everything down. (Which was also fun using Alexa to control the room.)
We found out it was the fridge so we took it into the bathroom and shut the door, where we also didn't know the outlet wouldn't work if the lights were turned off. So our daughters stuff was ruined in the morning.
Also just so you know, they will not allow food to be delivered from outside. We used post mates and had to meet the delivery person outside.
We will definitely be back though. I want to take advantage of their spa packages and dining options. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we always had what we needed as well as always smiling and being so nice when we would walk around

We visited the Wynn and Encore to try their famous vegan fare. Eating at Wazusu did not disappoint - really delicious choices for all kinds of eaters. Vegan drunken noodles were delightful. Definitely a must visit for vegan or veggies in Vegas.

Always a fabulous experience at the Encore. Technology is embedded into every room - automatic blinds, an Amazon echo, and ambient lighting stood out. Encore Beach Club is one of my favorite places on the strip - pool parties are wild during the day, and the night scene is off the hook. The bedding and furnishings were high quality, and their standard suite was spacious! Staff was top notch - A+ all around.

I was very happy to stay at Encore. A luxury hotel with the casino .The big room , clean and pretty view . The designer boutiques and in front of the Fashion Show mall. I loved the buffet at Wynn and it's the best buffet !

Booked a 2 day package at Encore in Las Vegas that came with 2 tickets to La Reve and 2 buffet credits. We received an upgraded room as well and absolutely loved it! Very luxurious, elegant and contemporary. The show was superb and the buffet was really good. An all around great experience! I would definitely recommend staying at the Encore/Wynn establishment!

I Absolutley LOVED the Encore. Went to Vegas for a short girls trip and we had a BLAST! The service & room was EXCELLENT! The brunch buffet is the best I ve ever had and the daily VIP option was worth every penny! Be sure to visi the Beach club, pool party was crazy!!! LOVE LOVE LOVED!

We don't go to Vegas...We go to the Encore. Exception service, amenities and people mean that every trip is a vacation where we can truly unwind and enjoy luxury, all without ever leaving the property!

Very nice clean hotel. Very elegant hotel. Casino was nice and games we in very good condition. On the higher end scale of quality and price bur you get what you pay for.

A huge disappointment!
Untrained staff , it took at least 20 minutes to check us in.
The security people are very aggressive and have an attitude.
The waiter who spilled food on my dress was not even apologetic.
I was not impressed .

Fun pool for the party people out there. More entertaining for club goers. But beautiful scenery on grounds hallway flows into Wynn they are same atmosphere very nice.

Went here for a business trip a few months ago and all I can say is WOW. Best hotel in Las Vegas everyone is so nice and the experience I had was 10/10. I recommend everyone to come here. Only problem i had was that one of the cocktail waitresses asked me for a good tip which I found a bit disrespectful because I was going to actually give her 10 on a 8 dollar drink but I ended up tipping ZERO

All things considered, it is the best hotel in Las Vegas. Absolute best spa, day club and decor. Top 5 gym, rooms, food and clubs. Everything is near perfect every time.

I just spent 4 days at Encore and it was outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early right after we arrived at the hotel at 11am. That allowed us to start our celebration ealy. Our room was sound proof and beautifully designed.
We dined at Jardin and The Buffet and were very satisfied with the selection and quality of the dishes.
Casinos were very elegant. However out best memory will be attending the show Le Reve. It was breathtaking, so worth seeing.

Our first time to Encore. We will definitely be returning

It was my second stay in 3 years. The hotel was as in great of shape, and as beautiful as it was the 1st time. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Reason for 4 stars: no coffee maker. I really like the ease of being able to have a couple of cups of coffee in the comfort of my room, first thing when I wake up!

It's been a while since I was here, but it's still great. Can't see wear in the rooms, casino has changed a bit, and as a blackjack player, it's hard to find a table to play for less then $25, but that's the way it goes. I do hate that the odds have changed for blackjack payouts... That really sucks and takes the tiny bit of any edge we, as players have, away. I guess they have to make up the losses from the card-counters? Which, I am not one! Haha... So it's my loss.

We love staying at Encore. The decorations are always so beautiful. The standard rooms at Encore are much larger than the ones at Wynn.

Pool was so crowded all u could do was stand lol I like the topless pool side better

Beautiful rooms and extremely accommodating staff. Lovely setup in the washroom to do makeup! Very impressed with this hotel and will definitely be back.

Encore is one of the nicest hotels in all of Vegas with one of the hottest clubs in the world (XS). Lots of fine dining and right down the street from the Fashion Show Mall and lots of cheaper eateries. If you want to spend the money (expensive like the Bellagio), Encore is one of the best places to do it and one of my favorite casinos in all of Vegas.

What I love most about Wynn's properties is the solid selection of vegan options at all his restaurants. His chefs are producing mouth-watering dishes for those animal-free.

Beauty & elegance. Those are the first two words that come to mind when you're at the Wynn Resort & Casino.

The employees are very helpful. The tables and slot machines are clean and ready to be played. And the restaurants are top notch.

On top of everything the Wynn has to offer, it is among the best looking casinos out there. Both inside and out.

All I can say is yes, please! So awesome in every way. The Wynn just makes me feel like I really am in Vegas.

This place feels like a hotel that used to be nice. That is to say while the decor and layout are very nicely done, the whole building has an "old" feel to it, like the carpet hasn't been changed in decades. This is made worse by the fact that out of all the LV casinos we've been to, this one has smelled like smoke the most.

For a more modern, luxurious feel, I would recommend the Aria.

One of the best hotel rooms I ve stayed in however it goes without saying that customer service is everything. I felt that majority of the waitstaff and customer service reps I came across were impatient and not particularly friendly with not just with myself but most people at the resort. While I can appreciate the beauty of this resort, the level of customer service prevents me from wanting to return.

Cannot say enough about how beautiful this casino and hotel is it is by far the cleanest one you will walk through, the most upscale and just all around beautiful! For those of you who like to party the Encore beach Club One of the best pool parties and town and highly recommend experiencing at least wants pool party is anything that you think you may like!

Worst hotel ever!!! The employees at the front desk were so rude to my husband and I, we asked to speak to the manager he was worse!! they tried to charge us 300 more than what they told us on the phone! Aria MGM is the best hotel ever!!! Wynn Encore doesn't help to accommodate you at all!!!

Nice rooms, hotel is very nicely decorated. Parking is free for guests. Pool closed currently for the winter season, unfortunately.

Wedding anniversary was our best reason to visit Las Vegas and choosing Encore at Wynn was the best choice after visiting all other hotels this definitely is our favorite, is modern, is vibrant, restaurant selection of chef is trending, so best choice!

Such beautiful & bold decor. Clean hotel. Large rooms, Comfortable bed and crisp linens. Spa is gorgeous. I was on the 23rd floor, non smoking floor - my window faced the pool where XS Night club is behind..Club nights the music goes till 6am.

The Casino has everything you look for in high-end gaming! An ultra Luxurious poolside area meets the discerning hotel guest. The Tucci umbrellas, the flowing water , the gnosh are all perfect. Not into pools ? Shopping your thing? Chanelle , Ferrigamo, you name it ; it s here. They aim to please. Nothing is in disrepair. While here look at Popeye (full on life size). Visit every corner of this tasseled and draped dream where even the ceiling is tufted!

Heavy and aggressive policy towards the customers with a cold and unpleasant reception, I had a bad impression and I won't go back to that place personally because I was disappointed in general...and don't forget to verify your check out, they tried to charge us more money for a considerable amount ! That's a big mistake and I didn't appreciate it... in conclusion I had a bad feeling...and feel sorry for my first time in vegas...

Encore again! As a Wynn Insider, we have and again would highly recommend without reservation the Encore Tower Suites. Our King Suite was clean and spacious, beautifully decorated, chic with an awesome tranquil atmosphere. The floor-to-ceiling window, high-floor, which overlooked the Las Vegas strip enhanced the overall ambiance and oasis feel. Beyond the expected Five Star amenities and comfort of a Wynn property, a special recognition to Encore's staff; notably Diane Heath's institutional knowledge about Las Vegas and awesome friendly, though professional persona. Her recommendation for dining, recreation, and leisure options was on par with Wynn's first class service. She went the extra mile to secure tickets and suggested best seating options for Le Reve show as well as spa considerations. Equal recognition for Caitlyn at the Front Desk for her poised professional service. She went to great lengths to accommodate our request for a suite-class change and higher floor, remembered our names throughout the stay, and was timely to handle our unique requests. Moreover, Lani N and Renee N at The Spa at Encore topped-off our stay and both were outstanding masseuses. Both were welcoming, knowledgeable, did not go through the motions, and have special techniques to lull you in a state of rapture. I would absolutely return and would 100 percent request either or both! The Spa at Encore, in general, is amazing and deserves a separate recognition; you could spend an entire day enjoying the facilities services and/or relaxing until you fall asleep. Highly recommend The Spa at Encore, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing place great people great luxurious atmosphere amazing rooms amazing elevators. Food was a little pricey but good. Definite coming back. You get what you pay for people and if you don't travel and get out much you may as well treat yourself to something nice.

Company did not warn guests of planned shut down of Las Vegas Blvd. leading to no access to hotel and requiring guests carrying luggage half a mile without any help provided by hotel.

As a guest in the tower, the service is amazing. Rolls-Royce or escalade service. Turn downs twice a day. Hotel staff for everything you wish

Room is spacious, clean and modern. All staff were nice and friendly. There was some touching thing like complimentary fruit at the pool. I love how attentive the staff was, one of them stopped at the pool and asked if my girl friends and I wanted her to take pictures for us. It's the first time I stayed at Encore and I'm very impressed.
