I had to wait in the line-up of The Buffet for 2 h...

I had to wait in the line-up of The Buffet for 2 hours and no one told me about the wait time, also when I reached to end of line-up, they charged me twice the regular price! I was so tired, hungry, and frustrated that I did not enjoy my meal at all. I complained to front-desk staff, but they told that they could not do anything about this.

Also concierge did not help much when I told them that I had lost my cell-phone. They called lost-and-found, and they told that no one answered the call there! They just gave me a card and asked to call lost-and-found myself later, but I had a flight and had to leave the Vegas!
