Check-in could have been better, as the concierge spoke very fast and not too clearly so it was hard to understand the details of a room upgrade we inquired about. Really cool that the room had Alexa, but wish it had Spotify, or any other way of playing a specific track instead of just radio stations. Overall a great hotel with good amenities.
