This hotel is a great place to land in Delhi. I enjoyed the superior service, the friendly and attentive staff are sign this hotel is well managed. The ayervedic spa offered me a first rate 90 minute treatment with a superior massage that lifted my 24 hr flight & jet lag. Don't miss the beautiful art gallery down stairs next to a sweet shop with many ayervedic oriented items & India style clothes.

Nice hotel with 5 star rating but rooms are very costly. beautiful neat and clean hotel very near to Connaught Place, Gole Market ,Paharganj , New Delhi railway station and Karol Bagh market.

This hotel is in the central part of Delhi. A business traveler hotel,with comfy rooms and good staff services. Had a good stay at this hotel.

Nice rooms, for me the best location in New Delhi. Food is nice too.

Hotel service was friendly and the food was fresh. Has 3 restaurants to choose from if you don't fancy venturing out for a meal, only tried the Samurai (Japanese) and Zing (Global cuisine). Would recommend Zing more than Sakura as the food tasted a lot better, Sakura I would not say is fully authentic Japanese food.

Hotel room cleanliness is the area the hotel didn't get the 5 star rating. Still had hair on the carpet floor and a stain on the bed sheets when we first arrived.

Not a 5 stars hotel in my opinion. Extra charges for everything, limited free wifi, had to request a room change because of noise from function, expensive restaurant and bar, breakfast just OK.

In Metropolitan hotel , there was GD & PI of Doon Business school.But there is no arrangement for the parents , even to stand inside the 5 Star hotel.Parents are kicked out from the hotel. Shameful!!!

This place is very cozy and lovely there are good employees

We Stayed for 2 nights in a deluxe room. Elegant atmosphere, carefully chosen the wall decor to display Indian traditions and Well maintained.
Room is ample enough for 2 with king size bed and a small study desk, but no tub though. Staffs were extremely helpful and friendly.
Complementary breakfast was served in a buffet, offering , made to order omlets, made to order Dosa, assorted Danish and donuts, bread with house made jams, assorted sausages and bacon, rice and Indian snacks , idly sambar, cereals and salad bar.

They have art gallery and craft store in the lobby level. Spa on the lower level, which is amazing. If you had a long journey, their spa is a way to wind down.

I would definitely recommend this place.

Hotel is alright, though not clean enough to european standards. The service is very great and the food is good as well. The skin products are awesome and the personal is very helpful and can give you great insights on what to experience in New Delhi. Tour guides are also available there for very reasonable prices! Very professional and great hotel.

Tired Rooms and Average. The Room had stained covers and the bathroom shower leaked water all over the bathroom. Under the door seal was bad. After being told they send a housekeeping to change the bed-sheets, the bed-sheets he put again had stains so he went back and got good sheets and pillow covers finally. For the shower they sent for a in house plumber and he couldn't fix it so they sent for a carpenter and i was stuck with them for total 2 hours in the room so that they could finish their repairs. Any good hotel would change the room immediate but not them.The hall way had painter repairing a patch of wall at day time. Hose keeping Noise in the hallway, at daytime easily comes into the room.

Very good location, good rooms, clean and tidy bathrooms. Good breakfast. Over all good experience.

Hotel is located in the connaught place, the most happening area in Delhi, the rooms are neat and clean, spacious with good sunlight . The hotel has good spa, gym and swimming pool, the breakfast is ok, but still they can improve, it's full of carbohydrates, they can have some protein and health conscious options. Staff is cooperative , but except reception guys, I don't saw smile on any face, may be they are pressure of work. Let's come to locality, nearby lots of shops are there and by walk you can explore whole connaught place and experience the aroma of Delhi food and environment .

Great hotel and good location and very efficient staff

The staff is highly committed and actively served everybody with a smile. Even the staff that was not part of the event was very helpful and friendly. It was a nice experience hosting a training event with more than 100 participants, the logistics arrangement was smooth and efficient. The starters and dessert was tasty and the variety offered offered while deciding the menu was good.

Good Place to Stay or Have a Conference or a Meeting kind of Purpose

Staff not very courteous..small place..decent location..no terrace garden restaurant..just average..rates are high

This is the worst 5 star hotel I stayed at in my whole India trip. The sheets are stained with dirt and pen marks, the towels are grubby, bathroom is in bad condition, and worst of all, the electrical wiring is so messed up the lights came on randomly in the middle of the night and kept flickering and strobing. Front desk was NOT helpful at all, refused to change our room, took 15 min to "send an electrician" who obviously couldn't fix the problem, and still didn't understand why we would need a new room. Finally they moved us, but my husband and I had to sleep in two single beds instead of a king. Unacceptable. You can't say that 5 stars are different standards from the western world because I stayed in two other 5 star hotels here and they were lovely.

Excellent location. Central area yet a quiet corner.

Hotel was under virtual lockdown. The staff specially at the restaurant was very courteous, but the manager was rude and aggressive. My room was not cleaned even by night. Please have people who are more polished at the front office. Rude managers can only hamper your business.

An awesome place to stay and eat. Japanese cuisine is too good and you may get all kind of Japanese dishes at here.

Good clean envirnment. Restaurant is good for foods. Toilet seat height is not propery set. Only 1 water bottle is given as complimentary. Other stuff put in the rooms are chargeable as per usage.

Located near Bangla Sahib it is plush hotel with decent ambience. Security is reasonable without intrusive. Staff is courteous. Food however is below standards.In banquets the mike fails occasionally .
