It is quite comfortable. However the wifi was quite expensive and during the weekend you had to wait for a table for breakfast because the dining room was not very large.

best place to stay at prime delhi location, breakfast is good, comfortable to reach.

Very nice hotel all kinds of facility are available pool is very nice. Zing restaurant is also extremely good.

Rooms are clean for Indian standards, 5 Indian stars you can not compare with Austria, but a clean bed, clean towels and a pool make the stay in Delhi a lot more pleasant!

Local auto walas do not know about its location. U have to use Google for it.

Not at all Happy with Hotel Rooms and Price charged.Rooms are very small even after corporate discount room was given on price of close to INR 7000. Entrance staff is not even know what is hospitality.. Bathroom is very small, no complimentary water supply on time, Room in dining service is too slow. What i find positive is, the location which is near Bangla Sahib Ji Gurdwara.

The hotel is very well given a room on a high floor the view was beautiful. The room is very clean, breakfast is very good and its location is also very good. The staff goes out of their way to help you have a good stay. We arrived in Delhi 5am. We went to the hotel around 6am super tired and let us check in by 8am. Very good predisposition. I recommend.

Although 1 week of advance booking our rooms are not ready when we checked in and air condition control not working couldn't slept well. Good thing is it's clean and hygienic.

It's a five star hotel located in the heart of the city. Initially it was known as Nikko Hotel and was considered to be an exclusive destination. It is still one of the best in Delhi. It has all the amenities of a five star hotel. It's Japanese restaurant Sakura is very famous in the circle. Indian dishes are also served and they are equally good. Staff is courteous and quick. A nice hotel in its class. One would like to spend some quality time here.

The hotel is pretty good though the food served is not that fantastic.

Was here for a biz meet, great ambience, awesome location in the heart of city. Quite place for meetings, there is cafe near lobby u can sit hv snacks n coffee. Looking forward to visit it again.

Amazing hotel, great spacious room and decent shower. Good buffet breakfast with great service. Loved the art theme that ran throughout the hotel and the location is perfect for exploring Delhi.

Is very good hotel to stay for short time or long time

Nice ambience. Good for a conference. Clean toilets, good acoustics and PA system. Staff was neatly dressed, polite and efficient. Central Delhi location is a plus point.

Loud and dated, great staff though. Deffinetly not 5 star location by European standards, more like a 3 star one. Get a room on the front of the hotel facing the entrance, floor 6 and upwards.

It was a really good experience.. Just like every other hotel they provide all facilities. I didn't try the spa but I heard that it is one of the better one's in Delhi. The swimming pool is pretty good. The breakfast is kinda average.. Not really upto the mark. Overall it was a good stay.. The hospitality was great.

Good place. Food good. Little expensive compared to other choices

Distanced but helpful staff. Spacious rooms. Extensive morning buffet. Rooms only cleaned on request. Very little amount of toilet paper. Not easy to connect with other travellers. Good if you are in Delhi for business.

We were almost a week. The room very good, well decorated, clean, super comfortable bed. The breakfasts were ok, nothing great. The service always excellent. It has a store of crafts, clothing, accessories and souvenirs very good to buy everything at the last minute, it is more expensive than looking outside, but certainly a very good selection, the same store you find at the airport and is more expensive. They have a very good spa, it's always worth a round.
