This place doesn't live up to the stars they have. Location is great and the rooms are clean but it had a strange unpleasant smell and had to change 3 times to no respite. Food quality(room service) is just okay. The carpets in the corridors were very very dirty and stained. They really need to work on their service, cleanliness, staff and quality of food. My first time experinence was not at all pleasant.

4: Room: it is spacious and washroom is well planned but because it is AC room, windows are shut all the time without an option to open it from inside because of which room has a bad odour.

Most helping staff especially the manager Mr. Anshul. Good rooms competitive rates well placed geographically in centre Delhi. Ample parking. Good gym spa and swimming pool. Food is also good.

Overall not worth the price.
Great Hotel, location is convenient. The rooms are not worth the price:

(1) Bed is very comfortable, no comments on that. Excellent ( 2 Stars)

(2) Food is overpriced, above 25% extra usually adds up to 12.5 service charge. It is common in India, but for those prices is better to go to a high class restaurant. Paid 30 euro for a simple meal.
(3) Travel Service appointed by the hotel is disappointing. Booked through them a trip to Agra to avoid hassle of bargaining, turns out I was taken to a shop, average car.

This hotel is really modern and overall really nice. We got a great deal on the room and this was one of the better hotels we stayed at throughout India. I was a little upset that they charge you for wifi here but the amenities and the overall service was fantastic. We only stayed here for one night as a group and everything seemed to go really well. The staff was really nice and considerate and the only thing I would say I did not enjoy was the person who worked at the information desk/concierge. He was the most useless person there. I asked him several times to help me find things and all he did was stare at a computer screen with utterly no help whatsoever. Overall I would love to stay here again! Also I love that they labeled all their buttons in the room - most places I just had to play a guessing game.

It's like home away from home, everything was superb. Rooms neat and clean, food quality awesome, staff very friendly. Liked the hospitality.

Best hotel with well maintained infrastructure and staff...

A lot of mold, air conditioners have blown their ears before the inflammation, old carpeting unpleasantly stinking and dust mites are causing asthma attacks!

Not sure how the hotel qualifies as a 5 star, it's definitely not. Rooms are average, pool is dirty, breakfast is good though. Not too far away from the outer circle of Connaught Place, about a 10 minute walk.

I haven't tried it personally, but heard it's good!

Service is the worst .. Missing the reservation .. The staff is hungry. Fever burst.

The staff is rude and discourteous. They argue with guests over everything. Not at all fit to be in hospitality business.

Manoj housekeeping staff was very kind and helpful. He made sure room was clean and stocked with supplies which made it more comfortable and enjoyable.

Best amongst best hotels in the Heart of Delhi (C.P.), Old one in delhi, situated in area peaceful place, Gurudwara Bangla Sahib and mata Mandir near by, Facility here is amazed me like managements, hospitality, food, sanitation and security structure and almost every department working as there best..

Very clean rooms and Big Rooms
Good internet speed but the staff looks tired . She speedup .

Good, there's lot of moisture inside hotel room and on walls

Room was spacious but has very little animitties which has to be taken care about.
Reception has less staff and wasn't very corporative.
Washroom needs maintainance , only 2 towels were provided.
Complimentary tea and coffee provided were not upto the mark.

Very good meal. I ordered the set lunch and that's more than enough. Food tastes very authentic. Nice environment. No flies around.

The room was pretty good. Food selection was very Indian geared, understandably. Rooms as pretty good. Lack of safe water is a hard thing to deal with. I would highly recommend fixing this problem as it is very big one.

Located near Bangla Sahib, hotel is right at the center of Delhi. Food and staff are gud but maybe because of lack of space, ambience lacks the persona n charm

We enjoyed our stay here so much. Very clean, very friendly staff and the food is really good. The hotel is in the city centre so very close to all places to see in Delhi. Will definitely stay in it if we ever visit Delhi again.

A wonderful hotel located in the heart of Delhi. Great property...though the road in front of it is a bit narrow. Close to Gole market near CP in Delhi.

Hotel has good amenities...the foods are also good..but but there is no sysytem of 24 hours check in check out time...so we have to wait for 45 minutes in the reception to get our room as tge check in time is 12...otherwise its ok...

It's central to the city. At CP Delhi. Good quit place to stay.

Maybe very good on the Indian rating scale, but too weak for an exhausted European 5 stars ...

The hotel is located at a every prime location and nearby to many attraction points (CP, nehru planetarium ,rail museum, national museum ,rajpath, india gate, North block and other governmental structures).
Service and amenities are excellent and beyond expectations. However the pricing goes on the higher sides during peak seasons and other factors (international conferences,summit etc)

I give because of the new, clean, food buffet, with a little bit of western mix, Indian, expensive restaurants, delicious. Two or three times the price of the meter
