Hotel was okay. Happened to stay next to the staff lobby, there's a constant rolling sound throughout the day and night.

Good breakfast spread.

We stayed at Metropolitan Hotel Feb 2019 and thoroughly enjoyed it. So handy to so many places of interest. Staff and breakfast was excellent. Will see you in November.

A must to start and end your journey in India. To enjoy some luxury again.

Our biggest hotel disappointment of India. Once a great hotel, but due to very bad / no maintenance now a miserable hotel, see pictures.
Paying 150USD/ night is definitely not worth it. After complaints, a partial reimbursement was not offered, free ride to the station (approx 2USD) was. Cannot recommend it.

Hotel is quite old, but rooms are spacious and clean. Friendly staff, breakfast Menu variety ok. Only draw back is that WIFI is chargeable. Nowadays WIFI should be complentary

Not fully felt value for money .. on top of that restaurant is was that same ...no value for money... Staff was too good location is 8/10 and price is more then room amenities.

The 5 star hotel property is situated in the heart of capital, Connaught place. Great ambience, superior service from staffs.

We had very good - though short - time here. They gave us complementary cake (as it was the first night of my brother in law - who stayed there). Property has been nicely maintained, city view from the room is amazing. Property is 10 minutes walk from the hub of shopping & dining at Central Delhi (Connaught Place - CP). Room price are worth the value we get.

Nice comfortable ambience. Excellent food. Very helpful staff and prompt service.

They alloted me a room next to renovation work and lots of noise was disturbing us. Upon talking to the manager, he said that a apology letter is kept in the room for the same. Upon further fight we were shifted to a higher floor room and the noise wasn't heard anymore. Firstly why was such a room even alloted. Secondly why was work happening on a Sunday.
Also a racist feeling came as, all international guests were allotted rooms on higher floors away from renovation and noise. We changed room after 1 night because we complained.

Good Ambience. Good service. Staff available on demand. Centrally located. Perfect compact conference venue.

Great experience staying at the metropolitan! Staff is the best part! THe hotel is very beautiful, we enjoyed our room very much, it was comfortable, well equipped and nice. The restaurant had good food and the breakfast buffet was super complete with a variety of options. The part that we enjoyed the most though was the people! Everyone was super nice and willing to help, and they genuinely cared about us. We felt super welcomed by them, he was exceptionally polite and caring and we were very happy every time we ran into him. The waiters in the restaurant were also very kind and caring, it made our stay super enjoyable. We would definitely go back and recommend it.

The erstwhile NIKKo hotel is now rebranded as metropolitan hotel. Opened up as an Japanese hotel with restaurant and ambience designed to please the Japanese is now a fully reversed Continental hotel. Situated in the heart of city is also c connected by the airport express line only at walking distance. The hotel has there dedicated restrooms bars and buffet is complimentary for the guests. It also has a pool and spa. Overall the place to stay if you want happening nights at Connaught place.

A small decent hotel located away from main traffic roads. But it doesn't mean that it is in remote location. It is centrally located in Delhi and has good all round facilities. If you don't want to go to all the other hotels with lots of traffic around then this place is for you.

Location is very good. But, can improve on breakfast spread.

Exploding toilet, you wouldn't even believe that, but it did happen to some of our colleagues. The towels are also grey and dirty. Just don't go there!
