I arrived recently ... I would have given 4/5 stars but in the pool there was a sad water gym from holiday village with loud music and dinner not up to the structure!

An unbeatable stay. Very comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. We traveled with a baby and it was very comfortable.

A 4 stars without excesses. Normal buffet breakfast with nothing that differentiates it from a 3 star. Restaurant with well prepared food, little variety and contained prices. Comfortable rooms without being big. There is no outlet. Friendly and correct service.

I came from Pamplona for a wedding and the stay was excellent. The facilities are unbeatable.

Very large hotel. Extensive buffet. 3.5 km from the center. Bus 100 m from the hotel. Wait up to 5 minutes. Or taxi for 8 .

I have no words here, my wedding is celebrated and now I have attended a baptism. Excellent staff and always attentive, abundant food and above excellent. Lounges and spaces to celebrate any type of event and the spectacular rooms.

This 4 star hotel is good compare to the price we paid (83 euros a night breakfast included for a standard double room).

Advantages:
Orange juice is fresh orange juice !! Unlimited...

Great service - they booked for us the coach to go to Granada and they gave us useful information regarding Sevilla

Drawbacks:
No sliper in the standard rooms
Breakfast place is not very nice
Too many people at the swimming pool
Hotel design is ugly but it does not matter so much

Finally, we were a bit worried with the location of the hotel compare to the Seville city center but the bus stop (bus 34) is 100 meters away from the hotel and the bus came within 2 minutes 5 times out of 7 times and the 2 remaining times, we had to wait less than 10 minutes. 1,20 euros for each journey per person and 15 minutes journey. So location was not as bad as we initially thought.

Hotel looks nice on the outside but it's old in the inside, would need a renewal. Staff is helpful but would need more people, there was a permanent queue at reception. Restaurant menu was a bit lacking, and quality was low for Spanish standards.

A hotel far from the center I did not like anything you have to depend on city bus

Staff were friendly & helpful, room was very comfortable and breakfast buffet was excellent. Convenient location to everything. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel, located 10min by car from the center of Seville, 35min walk or 20min by bus. Very easy to park in the immediate vicinity of the hotel because of its outlying location in the city center.

The rooms are ok, large double bed very nice, bathroom normal, negative point is not very isolated with the hallway ..

The pool is very large, perfect for relaxing. The hotel restaurant (Carmen I think) was really very good. The waiters were a little fast overflow, do not be in a hurry. The breakfast is similar to all those of this kind of hotels, not crazy, but honest.

In general very good hotel ..... breakfast very complete. Highlight the good attention of the animators, always with a smile and they showed us the beautiful city of Seville in a very pleasant way. The only negative was the day of departure on August 5 in the morning the only young lady who had at reception behaved in an unpleasant and unprofessional way. The rest very positive

Big hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are clean, but a bit narrow though. There is the tourist desk , which is providing quite helpful information. Renting bikes from the hotels but a bit pricey.

Great place to stay, efficient and modern hotel although looking tired around the edges it's still a great cheap base to explore Seville. A taxi into the main sights cost 5 Euro.

It is not any receipt that the reception of a hotel (much less if it is 4 *) systematically attend and hang up the phone. With this organization, obviously, I will not go through the door.

I went to the entrance to meet a person and the truth is that the appearance is very good. Also, the person who was staying has spoken to me very well.

We had dinner at the poolside restaurant and then enjoyed cocktails on the terrace while listening to an amazing vocalist, Rosie Dee. Food at the restaurant was good, with a nice variety of options including vegetarian and gluten free. Wide selection of cocktails, with quite fair prices. We really enjoyed listening to the singer, she has an incredible talent. You can request songs from a list... if you're looking for a relaxing evening, find out when she's performing (they told us that this varies depending on the season) and enjoy some drinks while listening. Family / kid friendly atmosphere, as well as romantic. Bar offers American style cocktails such as Cosmopolitan ( 7.50).

The hotel has a perfect location, spacious rooms and very comfortable beds, exceptional service, very friendly and good treatment. I would repeat without hesitation.
