Very good located, very cozy, decoration, service and customer service first but not very well connected with public transport

Over priced... may be because we were there for the April Fair....
Avg rooms .... staff not so warm....
the hilarious part was you have to pay 3 euros / day for a safe that is already in room.... and 2 euros / hr to use the iron..... I have never seen hat or heard that before in my life......

Breakfast 14 euros Vero expensive and disgusting food and bad options..... we had no choice and were hungry so ate it... but would not recommend...

Location wise it's about 40 min walk from the center and 15 min cab ride....
Recommend staying in the city center... which is beautiful....

Hotel whose operation is similar to a factory. Description very overrated on the website. A lot of people. However the rooms are very comfortable, very good beds.

Good attention !! Regular location and very normal rooms, as in others lack the general shutdown of all the lights from the bed! The gym is a joke for a 400-room hotel! A ribbon and an elliptical .....

They do not respect the Animals! They condemned to die a colony of castrated and vaccinated cats without giving them any opportunity. They called Zoosanitario. We already know that animals do not come out alive from this center.

Outdated old building. Dirty carpets and basically looks filthy. Dangerous stairways and ubwelcoming staff. Left us to find our own route round the hotel carelessly. Totally not impressed won't be coming back here that's for sure

I have not been hosted, I've only been to a conference. The interior of the hotel is beautiful, the halls for conventions are very spacious and the food of the restaurant phenomenal, very retailers.

Good quality and price very well, we have been from April 2 to 5 in semana santa.La very friendly people and clean rooms very good, breakfast very good and very variable. The only thing a bit far from Seville but we had the bus every Buses passed 10 minutes. We will go back to Sevilla and we will go back to the hotel.

We stay in the hotel 5 nights, me & my daughter. Maybe the hotel doesn t look so attractive from outside, doesn t have luxury equipments inside, but offers something special - amazing staffs! The staffs were very friendly and kind anytime we have some request! We have some small issue with heating, but this issue was solved in few minutes! The hotel offers one of the best breakfast! You can find everything what you need! Plenty of healthy food, fruits, vegetables, salami, ham....
As I can see room for improvement is offer good coffee! The coffee is terrible, but I hope it will be fixed until I visit Seville next time :)

Hotel up to expectations. The pool is great especially with the small dance session made by one of the staff. Only one negative point is on the price of breakfast, we paid 16 euros per person but it is not worth the cost.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is comfortable with spacious and comfortable rooms. The food we have made at the buffet and it is one of the best I have found, a lot of variety and quality. If you arrive early there is outdoor parking, but it is a busy area

Broad and functional.

Location: on Avenida de la Palmera, at the height of the Betis stadium. Nothing central to walk but very close by taxi or car to everything.

Rooms: they are not bad at all. The hotel is quite large, we had a room to a giant inner courtyard with small window, but it was no problem. Very silent The air conditioning was very high upon arrival, it was very hot outside, but we can get off with the remote.

Parking: comfortable, large and functional, quickly accessible from the reception.

Reception: always well attended, with fast and attentive staff.

Enjoyed my stay there. Nice refreshing pool outside, enough seats enough place to relax in the shadow.
Breakfast was okay, enough choice and everything was fresh.
Tip: If you have to go back to home and breakfast isn't open yet, you can order a breakfast.
We had to leave 4.am and we ordered a breakfast the evening before.

Hotel I want and I can't .. It lacks maintenance .. and the terrible breakfast .. There is not a single thing that is unleashed or without sugar .. For example yogurt .. The old toast bread .. We will not return there

I went to a hairdressing event and beautiful building inside. It looks to be one of the best in Seville as well as being well located

The breakfast buffet is spectacular has improved a lot. The rooms that have given us smell like tobacco even though it puts a non-smoking sign ... and it is a family room but the children's bed is a sofa bed ....

The hotel is fine but the heating system turns on the heat at 8 in the afternoon until 2 in the morning if you are cold or hot you have to put up with it

The Silken Al Andalus Palace in Seville, Spain was so magnificent and magnificent. The buffet food was not very good, but it was very good compared to what we had been eating. The entrance to the main entrance was narrow, but the inside of the building was spacious and comfortable. The garden on the other side was also nice. Moreover, there were three beds in the room, and one was left, but it felt good anyway. It is highly recommended.

The problem, as everywhere in Spain, is that they do not seem to know that the French are also tourists. If you do not speak English or Spanish it's not easy to be understood.

Nice rooms but again shower in bath. I don't get that at all. Love separate shower. Rooms nice though apart from that. Bit far from centre 5 to 10 euro by taxi do too far to walk and bus service not easy to find. Nice pool area. Food in main dining room buffet not great. Breakfast fine.

Die Tiefgarage ist relativ teuer (Stand 2019 pro Tag 15,- ) hat aber den Vorteil, das man Platz hat, da wenig Fahrzeuge hier geparkt werden. Bei Fussballspielen in dem nahe gelegenem Station, wird es schon mal enger ...

The pictures say everything. Next to the Real Betis stadium, easy parking, good access from the SE 30 and just five minutes from downtown.

It's an amazing hotel. Staff is very very friendly, food is very good (fish and salad were the best), the building is awesome, the hall leaves you mesmerized.

Although I couldn't see everything cause of covid rules, I really enjoyed the staying.

Comfortable room, very good bedding, well insorized, nice view of the interior patio, hotel 20 minutes from downtown Seville, cpdt well served by public transport bus n0 3 tariff 1.40 taxis 10- 20euros.

Excellent welcome. Breakfast perfect and for all tastes, with great abundance of both salty than sweet. There is also the possibility to use the swimming pool.
Close to two bus stops, both good to get in the center of Sevilla. Who does not love the bus several taxis stationed near the entrance.

A very large hotel but well organized and functional facilities and rooms ... it was a long time ago and I was not disappointed ...

We stayed there for a couple of days. It's a very huge hotel however all a bit worn and the feel that it hasn't been refurbished since the 90's. The room was cleanish ( marks in the toilet and pubic hairs ). WiFi was very slow. The breakfast choice was ok. We did once the mistake to eat the evening buffet which was pricey and cold. Luckily, the hotel is just a stone throw away from the City Center with the taxi or by bus. The staff was friendly but the whole place lacks a bit of passion. We have stayed last year in another 4 star hotel in Malta ( DB San Antonio ) which was compared to this one outstanding!
