Great hotel! Stayed here for a couple of nights. Totally worth it!

It is a correct hotel, but without too much charm and too big for my taste, it is also secluded and with a bus line with 20 minute waits

Spectacular pool but always up to the ball. The reception staff leaves a lot to be desired, they are civilians. Another thing is that you are charged things that you have not consumed, and when you claim you are treated as fatal as well as giving no other option than to shut up or return the receipt you have paid. The hotel a few years ago was spectacular, now leaves much to be desired but I insist, it is for the treatment of the receptionists. I will not come back. And that I have been staying almost a month! Well, they have not had a single detail. There are better hotels in Seville and a much more pleasant treatment, which after all is what we look for when we go on a trip.

Nothing special ... they do not speak Portuguese and do not make the effort to realize ... breakfast may not be included. The pool opens very late at 12pm.

Comfortable rooms, wide selection at breakfast and very welcoming reception. Massive and grand, but still atmospheric. Highly recommended for a city trip due to its location, bicycle rental and cooling pool

Strange looking architecture but very good quality hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing with great range of options. Very friendly staff! It is a little bit out of the center but there is a bus stop around the corner which takes you to the middle of town for only 1.40.

Very nice hotel very luxurious. Haul beautiful entrance, super large and very clean pool, luxury bar, gorgeous and spacious rooms very clean with a bathroom just amazing: fully marbled with plenty of toiletries up to the toothbrush !! Really a great memory and a very pleasant stay.

Room with beautiful pool view

The stay has been unbeatable, impeccable place, spacious and bright room. The treatment of the staff has been very good. Breakfast buffet very varied and the lounge very comfortable. If I go back to Seville I will stay in the same hotel, insured.

Travel for work and the hotel is very good, spacious rooms maybe a bit dated, also spacious common spaces. Dine in the restaurant by the pool and the truth is that everything is very good, it has a lower parking.

Finding a cockroach in the bathrooms in your room is not normal, nor is the procedure they took when they were informed of it at reception. They leave us in the same room and the next day in the room continues the companions who came with us meet another cockroach. Lack of hygiene and improving the protocol in these incidents.

Very large,well appointed hotel , somewhat dated in appearance but charming nevertheless. The breakfast is spectacular. Regular bus service into City centre makes it very convenient. Hotel is in a quiet location.

On the rebound from slow demise in the 1990s? Fine, but not yet super nice. Easy to take buses to city center, but tourists should buy bus passes at airport or train station on way into Sevilla, or just pay 1.4 euros per trip. Bus drivers can make change for small bills or coins before 9:00 pm.

The rooms are not very new but they are fine. The service is very good and the breakfast fantastic.

Elegant four-star hotel with pool, restaurants, nightclub and a multitude of activities. The rooms are comfortable and silent.
In the vicinity there is parking easily and you can rent bicycles at the hotel to move around the km of bike lanes that Seville has. The price is sometimes a little high, it is advisable to look at the offers.

Huge tourist hotel with strange and differing decors everywhere. A/C didn't really work. Neither did the fridge, and I was only one of a couple in our group that actually had a fridge. Wifi was slow. Lots of loud tourists and kids all about. The breakfast buffet was quite delicious though with many many options

Every time we pass through Seville, we stay there, it's great. The rooms are large and comfortable. The pool area is very good, and they do activities in the pool with music, which is fun. If you don't go early, people with faces leave their towels on the sunbeds in the front row, go to their rooms and return at 12 noon. But if you go soon you can always change the towels and put your first in that you go.

Very good hotel according to its category, very clean and maintained rooms. Very friendly staff and attentive to requests at reception. Very correct breakfast, with variety, many healthy breakfast alternatives including a corner with organic products.

The hotel is nice with its pool and bar restaurant. There is a wide choice for breakfast. The service is clean and the room is nickel. A little out of the city center but a bus can get there in 15 minutes!

Dont understand such good rating of others. Hotel is very big, but that is all. Almost not working wifi, a/c could not make work, bathroom would rather say worse than average and overall around average. Quite far from downtown. Still cheap solution for night at hotel with breakfast, however vacation would direct elsewhere.

Hotel next to the Betis field. Good combination of buses to go downtown. Covid-themed disinfection very well. And having a pool in Seville is great !!!! Very large and clean room. We will be back!!!!

Well located hotel for those who have a car. Breakfast 5 stars, dinner also with several options, but the drinks are too expensive. Friendly and available staff. To continue to be a 4 star hotel you need some remodeling work. Large enough room. Get parking easily outside.

They canceled my flight and took us to spend the night in that hotel. Good and would go back for a weekend in summer.
