Hotel Silken Al Andalus Review

For me the hotel cleaning the organization exercise all spectacular but the buffet breakfast and dinner that I have had half board has been the worst I have tried for a long time they have to improve a lot because everything of poor quality Inma the presentation and drink in the exaggerated pool of face that we are not foreigners that we are Spanish to abuse us

servicio correcto, desayuno muy bueno, lugar agradable y habitacion comoda y espaciosa
Ahora lo malo:
1) Bastante lejos del centro, olvidate de ir andando ni aunque te guste pasear.
2) Internet realmente lento. Dificil conectar o ver practicamente nada desde la habitacion
3) Standard normalito, muebles viejos, la television haria que mi abuela se sintiera nostalgica.
4) Y lo peor, pese a que no es muy dificil aparcar en la calle junto al hotel, la zona no es nada segura. Mi coche, y otros muchos, amanecio rallado y con el retrovisor reventado (con los cables colgando y ni rastro del espejo, en otros coches el espejo colgaba de los cables directamente)

En resumen, aunque cueste un poco mas, la proxima vez yo probare a ir a otro sitio mas centrico, aunque seguramente echare de menos los desayunos. Si no te importa mucho la conexion a internet y la tele (como es mi caso), y si no tienes la mala suerte de que te destrocen el coche, por ese precio seria recomendable,

4 star hotel in a good area of Seville, with easy access and parking area if you go to work or to a congress.
In general it is good, both the common areas and the rooms are spacious and well decorated.
I did not like breakfast, which although we had it included, are 16 and a free buffet is served in a huge room, so the queues for a simple coffee become endless.
To spend one or two nights is fine, but for more there are better options in Seville in more central areas and at a better price.

Very very good hotel where we were welcomed with open arms again after 3 years of absence.

This hotel is wonderful in all. From the front desk where staff are cordial and well-trained. Passing through all the other departments (booking, various management, savings) where you always find the best. Then for those who want a large pool and placed around the find of course. I love this hotel and can not wait to return. For me they are a family.

I liked it a lot, in fact it is the fifth year we are going. Very attentive, professional and friendly staff and what I like most is the clean and comfortable rooms.

Enormous place. Our room was quite small but I guess larger ones are available. It was quiet in the room despite the size of the hotel. There were some corners where some redecoration and modernisation would be helpful. Staff were polite and helpful.

Outdated. The hotel is big but at the same time is need so much attention. The temperature in the rooms is controlled centrally, which means that if you are warm there is little you can do.

Not bad, the restoration service can be improved and if you go by car I recommend using secure parking.

We were very happy, we liked everything, the reception, the employees, the buffet, the only thing that I did not like too much and I thought it was rather scarce, the bathroom utensils, we were three adults and they only put as if we were one, pasta dental, gel, shampoo, also missing a light in the bathroom.

The carpet, more than a treatment, needs to be removed. In my room were missing large pieces of carpet, other areas were very worn. Otherwise well.

Beautiful hotel with swimming pool, very close to the bus stop at 100mt.For the center take line 3 which stops at Torre dell'oro. For football lovers, at 500m from the hotel there is the Real Betis stadium. if a bit far from the center, the position of the hotel is excellent, it is located in a very quiet area.

Lovely hotel, reasonable price for a stay and handy location for Seville and visiting Cadiz, Huelva or Cordoba. Free parking on the streets outside but you may have to pay the parking 'attendant' to guide you into a place. Breakfast was fab and from 7 to 11! Huge amount to choose from, every different kind of milk and even a gluten free section. The cooked breakfast options were not very warm though! Staff were great, very helpful. We were 4 floors up and lifts were regular. The walls are thin though as we could clearly hear our noisy neighbours! Crazy when you think they've used about a tonne of marble in the bathroom alone! Lovely pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk, Al Gusto's and a fabulous fish restaurant on Uruguay Street, 5 mins away too. I would stay again!

The hotel in general we love it. We come once or twice a year to see Real Betis. The big problem is the treatment by the staff "hall." One Alfonso, always speaks to you in an unpleasant way, whenever we come is with a defiant attitude, do not go here, do not go there, etc. If they improve that, My score would be 5 stars, but I think the deal in a hotel like that should not be so poor.
