Why isn't there good wi-fi in a 4-star hotel? The wi-fi eurona silken does not go completely, so I am obliged to use mobile data. The pool is too small for such a large hotel and the grass is dry. Little place in the garden to lie down and little parking

Pros: The decoration is interesting and it is economical. Breakfast is fine

Hotel with good services, normal but clean room and very good areas (restaurant, pool, etc) the normal animation. The buffet good although scarce, very good breakfasts with natural section. Still highly recommended

All the people at the hotel are very friendly but above all Marisa from reception !!!!!!! The pool is great, the hotel is very cool, and our room with terrace great, as soon as we arrive we find a cleaning lady super friendly and funny. We also took the elite room and there were sweets, coffee machine, cool water and very comfortable sofas. They had many people when they entered but they were very kind. We would repeat.

Great hotel. Probably one of the top five I had stayed at. Only issue I had a group we have meals included which would include coffee, water, juice etc. But we had to pay for water.

Very nice and elegant but with many negative details, mainly the room did not work the heating, TV did not work, the bathtub did screen and the entire bathroom floor got wet, the bathroom door brushed with the floor and did not close, the elevators the doors did not close, the third attempt is that it closed and often with help. The attention of very good staff should be highlighted, both reception, security and cleanliness.

Magnificent last minute choice. I booked a standard double room and they gave me a superior.

Hotel near the center (bus stop attached to the hotel, 15 minutes by bus to Jardines Maria Luisa), parking included in the property, excellent continental breakfast and very clean and spacious rooms. Highly recommended!

Overall good structure but with deficiencies in the restaurant dinner service (very good breakfast) swimming pool (poor as it is all cordoned off and with zero rules dives and casino at will) and pool bar with very little offer and in last cleanliness in the rooms just good

I spent two very pleasant days .... The good pool. The bad gym, only one machine and it was broken. For what they charge they can fix it, right? The room very well ....

Alot of groups people even at the restaurant they are not organized.. The waiters very bad behavior with customers
Wrong booking at first so they gave me a smaller room.. They corrected it after and transfer me to bigger one but without minibar... The room was not ready, dirty, ants and bugs everywhere...

There is no iron available in a 600-room hotel for customers. They offer a service of ironing, if you want it express under a 50% supplement you can contract it, but they also do not guarantee the delivery time because it depends on how busy they are in laundry.

Good hotel, reasonable continental breakfast, has an excellent Italian restaurant, large rooms with air conditioning, but only plastic disposable cups are provided in the room and there is no kettle.

Great staff, great facilities, luxury feel. But only one available power point in the room in an age of mobile phones, iPads, health monitors, all of which need to be charged, stops this being a 5 star rating

Perfect hotel, comfort, spacious rooms, cleanliness, extremely friendly, pleasant staff, magnificent buffet breakfast, everything you need you just have to ask for, good communication with the center, taxi rank at the door and a few meters away from the bus stop in a quiet area, Huge reception, restaurants, rooms for celebrations and events, all very cozy, comfortable. I have repeated and will return when I go to Seville.

You must renew your rooms, we changed rooms for a humidity in the bathroom ceiling. With a remodel you would earn a lot. On the other hand the service of the employees is fabulous

The pool is very small and fenced so it is uncomfortable.

For it's price, I would say outstanding. It's only a short drive away from Sevilla airport and there's plenty of free parking in the streets around the hotel. The hotel is very clean and welcoming, it has a very nice piano bar serving cocktails, beers and bar snacks and it has a large screen for watching sports. For breakfast there is the option of either the buffet or the coffee/snack bar both of which are located very close to each other. If you do forget your toothbrush, toothpaste or razor and shaving gel, fear not as they supply these as part of the bathroom compliments. It is possible to walk from the hotel into Sevilla town centre in around 30 mins or you can hire the local (Borris) bikes which are located at the front of the hotel.

The hotel is great, but the minibar is excessively expensive. Ex: a can of Heineken 3,30 ... or a tin can Pringles 3,85 ... it's fine to be charged commission for the service ... but that's abusing. I give him 4 stars for that "abuse".

The hotel is gorgeous and clean, the pool is big with music and entertainment which is rather lively and enjoyable. The hotel has paid parking, however it is very easy to park nearby for free. Close to everything by car.

Spacious garden areas with swimming pool (for hostels) and chillout terrace on the outside of free entrance, ideal to enjoy good temperature in the shade.
