Very nice hotel. The atmosphere is really beautiful.

recently stayed at the hotel for a few days as our base to explore Berlin. The hotel has many surprising and unique features, corners, gadgets that make it quite a cool and chilled place to be at. The room was spacious and had everything that was needed to cater for a relaxed stay and a good sleep with a nice n comfy bed. Breakfast was another highlight with the setting overlooking the river and lots of natural light coming in and of course a good variety of items on the buffet and the team accommodating if anything needed attention. The guys at the front desk were efficiently handling any queries we had. Pablo is a real asset to the team, as we had some issue with a parcel not being delivered prior to our departure, but he is following up and handling super well, while already checking up that all was going well during the stay. So, when in Berlin, check out this funky place for an experience that isn't just another hotel in another city. Also, the location is good to explore the east and the various must-see places around the city.

10 facilities, spacious rooms, super complete breakfast, top location between the Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg neighborhoods next to the East Side Gallery, lovely staff ... You can even bring a guitar or keyboard to your room, and for free !!

Stylish hotel near the Eastside Gallery. The whole is very pink. The rooms are generous and the bathroom area is clean and well organized. The breakfast (makes the fourth star off) is very extensive and the first highlight of the day. Price for Berlin just ok. Since Universal Studios is in the immediate vicinity the opportunity to meet celebrities is very high ...

Hip house in a good location on the Spree. Good room layout and stylish furnishings (TV behind mirror, glass partition to the bathroom)
Unfortunately chaotic conditions at the check-in - one hour! Waiting time for the key, young, semi-skilled receptionists who had no interest in organizing the daily queues better. Nobody from the management to be seen either. Had to go there every day, as our keycard was only blocked for one day ...

Already a bit old and worn. Still stylish. Rooms facing the street are incredibly loud.

I totally recommend it..the spirit of Berlin in a hotel...Disruptive, different and open minded! Just wishing to come back! Thanks Pablo & Team for your hospitality :)

Cool hotel everything in pink .. centrally located. Great bar and large terrace to the Spree

Great location. Exceptional architecture and interesting concept.

First of all my stars: 3.5 (4) out of 5.
A kitschy but great and cozy hotel. The ambience is colorful and very cozy. Different music is played in each elevator (from pop to rock to electro). The rooms are not very big, but still comfortable and the rooms and the bathroom are very modern. Although it is on a busy street, you can't hear the street noise in the room.
The staff is very nice and accommodating.
Unfortunately I have to subtract two stars:
1. There are far too few free parking spaces, so you have to drive into the connected parking garage.
2. There is a Nespresso machine in the room which increases the ecological footprint.
A star comes up again, however, because there is 1. cool live music every now and then and
2. If you want, you can borrow some guitars from reception and take them to your room (keyword: Gibson LesPaul).

We were at the hotel at 2pm. We were welcomed (vera was polite but seemed very stressed). We were told that the room was only ready after 3 p.m. and that we would be happy to wait in the lobby and leave our bags there. At 3pm we were told that the room was not ready. If something like that happens you could offer the guest something at the bar on the house. But nothing except that you take care of it. We were only given directions to the room on request. Once in the room we wanted to take a shower. It took 5 minutes until the water was really hot. The outside of the shower cubicle was completely dusty and had not been wiped for a long time. Apart from the unusual design, the hotel doesn't have much to offer anymore. It is getting old. We were on the first floor and were able to attend the wedding on the ground floor, which is not nice if you want to sleep. In the evening we asked for a second blanket. It was said that she would be in the room in 10 minutes. You weren't seen anymore. The desk was completely scratched. In such a hotel, I expect the furniture to be in a more or less perfect condition. When we checked out we were only asked if we had something from the minibar, but not if everything was okay. The hotel was actually okay but price-performance ratio was not right.

This hotel is very stylish and a must for the next Berlin visit! First of all, when you come from the music scene yourself! It is well located and only a 10-minute walk from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn station "Warschauer More

Ideal location by the river, easy to find with excellent transport links nearby. Lovely bar with terrace overlooking the river with reasonably priced food and drinks. Best of all, they offer room service that includes being able to order electric guitars, keyboard or dj decks to your room! Fantastic.

My stay in nhow berlin was amazing !. At first this skeptic, because everything was pink but my girlfriend wanted to go anyway. I was very surprised when we arrived. Nebil at the reception received us very friendly and funny, he made us feel very comfortable. The idea of a musical Hotel seems bright to me. We had a very good stay and I know we would recommend it to anyone who wants to have an amazing experience on their vacation.

One night Jumbo Suite with a fantastic view of the Spree! Equipment and service are aimed above all at young and affine public. Stylishly designed for the 70s, the young at heart can have a lot of fun. The staff is casual but extremely friendly, the cocktails at the bar are innovative and with a twist. Discovering and exploring Berlin from here opens up new horizons! The breakfast in the morning afterwards was pleasant for the eye and the taste buds. nh - WOW!

A very nice and nice (music) hotel. If you like music, you will feel really comfortable here. Also in the elevators runs everywhere else Lala :-) That's something special. Unfortunately we had to ask THREE times for a second blanket. We got them only on the third and last night in the hotel. Also defective was the hair dryer. On also repeated requests he was brought us shortly before our appointment after almost 4 hours in the room. Conclusion: hotel idea and design very cool, the service however very amateur.

If you are looking for an alternative to normal furnished hotels and a great location on the water loves - that is completely right!

Great music on Saturday always changing genre. Great light installations in the lobby and at the bar. I have not stayed at the hotel myself. I was only at the bar, which offers great drinks and friendly service. Prices are a bit high but ok for an occasional trip.

I have reserved a Junior Sweet based on the pictures on the Internet with a panoramic window ......
What I got was nowhere near such a room. When I asked, the ladies said that there could be deviations. The room I must have had on the first day is a prison cell with the windows, the second room for the next two nights was only larger in area, the windows were again the prison windows. You will be shown a Mercedes picture and then given a VW Polo.

There are five stars for the breakfast, the cleanliness and the friendly staff.

Shaprina here, I am an American living here in Europe for the past 5 and 1/2 years. My friend and I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel for her Birthday weekend 18-20 January 2019. This was my 4th trip to Berlin and the Birthday Girl's 1st. This was both of our 1st time at an nhow hotel. In one word... "Amazing", we was truly pleased with the entire experience.



Let us fast forward to Saturday early evening, I went down to the bar with some leftover food we had from the Big Birthday Dinner we had the night prior. I asked the young man behind the bar for assistance to get the food warmed up. I do not recall the bartenders name but, he secured the bag of food and went to the kitchen. He came back very quickly and stated that they cannot warm up the food. He had no other helpful suggestions for me. This is absolutely absurd and unsatisfactory, not to mention very poor customer service. Like, I mentioned earlier I travel often and I often times will have leftovers from restaurants. I have never ever ever been turned away like that or atleast given an option of a microwave being brought to my room. This answer was not acceptable or ok with me. I immediately went to the Check-in desk where Shadeen was on shift. She politely greeted me, I briefly explained to her the situation and what I was trying to accomplish. She said let me see what I can do. She got on the phone with someone (Which I later found out was Richie) and hung after a brief synopsis. She grab the bag and said she will be back shortly. During this time, Richie came out to his desk and we started talking. He was very pleasant, professional and empathic to my immediate need to get my food warmed up. Apparently, he suggested to Shadeen to warm the food up in the employee break area. She came back with the warm food on two plates, utensils, napkins and on a serving tray. The bottom-line, they both went above the normal protocol to assist and demonstrate outstanding customer service. That small gesture that literally took 5mins meant a great deal to the Birthday girl and I.

To sum this all up, we want to Thank you and your phenomenal staff Nebil, Richie and Shadeen for making this my friend s best time since coming to Germany. She is definitely not a fan of the lack of customer service she has experienced here thus far. These little acts of professionalism and kindness made her Birthday weekend memorable in a very positive way. Please extend to the 3 named staff members Many Thanks again. I may see you ll again if I come to CSD Berlin in late July.

Amazing. From food and drinks and service to overall quality and uniqueness of the interior - would definitely want to stay again!

I was "only" a visitor to the bar, so I can only judge this service, which was excellent, I would especially like to emphasize Danielle, who not only promptly fulfilled our requests, but also provided information about the house without being indiscrete and indicated the visit to the gallery,

I deposited 50 in cash, the deposit should be paid out to me when I checked out, but it was claimed that a deposit was never deposited. After a long back and forth we agreed that the 50 will be transferred to my bank account. Nothing has happened for 3 months, my emails are not answered.

Unique hotel in a special design in a great location right on the Spree. At weekends in the lobby and bar, DJs sometimes play up-and-coming artists. The rooms are very well furnished with interesting details. The hotel stands out pleasantly from normal chain hotels.

The hotel is great, cool design and amazing breakfast but my room smelled like an ashtray and the only solution was ambient perfume and open windows which is fat from ideal in November

Just stayed for 3 nights. Service was top notch. The hotel is cool and funky very modern designed around music.
Even the lifts play different music (jazz, pop, electronic, rock) I t is very colourful. Our room was a Jr suite which was a good size with safe, bath, huge shower, sofa and Nespresso machine along with many other features.
Our room had a nice view of the river Spree and the molecule man statue.
Breakfast was good with prosecco to drink as well. Lots of choice. Great location too. Taxis outside hotel and u and s bhan stop 10 min walk away.

To have seen that, was very nice. The music theme was also very funny. However, the rooms did not invite to feel comfortable, as everything was made of plastic and was inspired by the 70s and held in bright pink tones. The staff was very friendly.

Almost everything: overburdened and also very slow reception. - Hard to tolerate artificial-chemical room-perfume: almost in the entire hotel area, especially the lobby. - Room not ready on the agreed date, but 2 hours later. - Bathroom / toilet seat and bathroom entrance area with dried and unsightly brown spots, which had to be cleaned by us .. - Hotel-bar anything but professional, just when you can watch from the round counter (and must). Good bar-keeping, enjoyment and hygiene (!) I understand completely different. - Gr. Noise on the fourth floor (resounds through the bar below) does not sleep until 2:00; also designation "music hotel" plays there m.E. no matter. And finally: on departure at the front desk all things addressed, a day later everything again by mail formulated: from the hotel nhow, Berlin zero reaction. Simply unacceptable. We will not be back.

Trendy scene hotel in top location right on the hot spot Warschauer Str. Friendly staff, theme rooms with functional music instruments. Right on the Spree with class outdoor terrace. Conveniently located. Price-performance in order.

A music themed hotel where you can rent guitars through room service. How cool is that? Rooms are spacious, nicely designed, clean and well isolated, so that there is no noise coming from the street. Breakfast was great and the bar is open until late.

Was a participant in the Berlin Marathon and stayed in the NHow. Hotel amenities great. Breakfast was tuned for the runners on the day of the race. Water and bananas to go. After the run a small runner reception with drinks and food. Hotel has a very romantic and quiet location on the water. Service also top.

Nice hotel situated next to the spree in former eastern Berlin. Stayed there for a business trip. The rooms are quite pink(ish) - kind of strange in the first moment. Breakfast is really good an serves a lot varieties. Staff was very kind and helpful. For the creatives among us you can borrow an e-guitar plus Marshall to practice your skills for free. Hotel bar is fine, too, for the last call

Booking a suite there allows you to get instruments at ur room to jam with your friends! We got an electric guitar and a keyboard and we played like crazy because the rooms are sound proof ! Amazing weird decoration too so trippy and cool !!

Super concept, but put into practice delicate except weekends. In fact, the deco is top, but not more music than elsewhere the week ...

It is a very nice hotel with a very good Internet that resists telematic conferences and meetings in which many users have to be managed. Parking is paid 18 a day. The attention at breakfast very well, they have adapted very well to sanitary requirements. The Buffet is all closed and the staff prepares dishes at the request of the passengers (eggs, ham, etc). Lots of variety of tea. If you are going to do a late checkout, you must expressly ask the staff not to enter the room. You can see that the reception and the plant staff are not coordinated and it can be annoying that they knock on the door or enter so many times. The fire escape works well up to the 7th floor. Then the doors were locked. If you want to use stairs, better ask.

The rooms are interesting designed. you have to like it. Personally, I attach great importance to cleanliness..that leaves a lot to be desired in the hotel. I would never book a room again.

Music playing in the hallway made it hard to sleep in. Great location, next to berlin wall eastside gallary. 2 miles from nearest hop on hop off sight seeing tour bus. Travel website said free parking but the only have a couple of free spots otherwise it 16 euros a night in the garage.

Great stay. It's a bit of a quirky set up with lots of pink. But a fun differet way. Bathroom is a bit too open. Can recommend it for an overnight stay to anyone who is open to something new

We booked the hotel for the first time in August 2021 as part of a tourist stay. It was the first hotel of its kind, otherwise we stayed in Berlin e.g. Used to be at the Adlon or Westin Grand. After a short period of acclimatization due to the different design, we felt comfortable and would come again. Living, eating and drinking as well as the location plus the view and transport connections satisfied us, and the underground car park is also a plus. Three nights in a junior suite cost almost 500, fits!

Very modern style nicely located hotel. 24hrs fitness but w/o massage. Breakfast buffet also offers healthy food as smoothies and different kind of no-milk. Music oriented so please make sure that you love music everywhere. Offers instrument rental during stay.

Excellent hotel, the design of the entire hotel is incredibly beautiful and harmonious, the staff very friendly and accommodating. Everything about cleanliness is perfect. We were completely satisfied. Absolute recommendation!

The nhow hotel has an exceptional, very chic design, soft couches as well as a bar and a large breakfast area. The toilets on the ground floor are very modern and very, very clean. The rooms reflect the design of the hotel. Overall, I can only recommend this hotel, especially for people who are on a business trip and only 1 to 2 nights stay. I would rather not recommend it for smaller children, as there are no great occupations for these and everything is very "grown up" designed.

Great hotel and ambiance. Location is very convinient close to bar / clubbing areas. Rooms are a bit weird and completely Pink but conveinient, clean and comfortabele.

Hotel located in a fantastic location for visiting the city: just a few minutes from Checkpoint Charlie and the Brandenburg Gate! Fast check-in and refined environment. Spacious and well-kept rooms, oversized and super comfortable mattress. The room was well soundproofed and with adjustable air conditioning. Bathroom with very clean shower space and supplied with everything you need. A kettle for coffee or herbal teas is available. To be recommended!

I love the music concept of the hotel - such a fun idea! The rooms are quite something too :) and they have all conveniences you may need.

5 Stars! I had great days in the hotel. Not to mention the wow effect when you enter the lobby. The check-in was warm and I was given great advice, great service. Free WiFi throughout the house. The room a dream in pink with a view of the Spree. The breakfast is amazing, the selection huge and the staff super accommodating.
The food was really delicious.
As soon as you saw an employee in the hotel you were smiled at, everyone was super friendly. When I checked out I was able to leave my suitcase with the nice ladies from the reception and was still super flexible on the day of departure.
You are all doing a great job!
