Service is not as expected. Room service provided water in 40 minutes after 3 requests.

Nice personel. You hardly noticed. Rooms are very good and clean. Breakfast was also perfect. Large selection. Lunch and dinner were normal. Nothing to complain about

Stylish, spacious and comfortable hotel. Modern classic, elegant. An oasis of quiet in a busy city. Convenient location. Good breakfast buffet. I found the bed fairly hard (some people may like that, others may not) and I didn't care much for the pillows, but the bed linens were of very good quality. In their smallish bar I had a cocktail, the taste of which I found disappointing. On the whole the hotel provided very good value for the price.

Great hotel with great breakfast. Only the cheap cappuccino doesn't really fit in there and when it gets full then nothing works in the breakfast room (45 minutes for the coffee).

It's a wonderful time that I was spent on Swissotel in Berlin, Germany, I will try it again and again, room service is available, clean area just what you can see, room is very good and comfortable bed, bathroom is cleaned, minibar is good also, TV available, Breakfast at the restaurant is great things include all what people need. Staff is very excellent and gentle.

Nice hotel close to the city center. They can charge you in advance more then your accommodation costs.

Great location in Berlin near public transportation and shopping. Really nice room with separate standing shower and bathtub. Would be a great venue for meetings as well--one whole floor with dedicated meeting rooms.

Me and my partner had a great 2 nights at Swissotel Berlin. Great service, there is nothing too much to ask. Room was very well kept has has great amenities. Breakfast has a wide selection and is very tasty.

The hotel is great! Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, and really well kept. The amenities were great including, and there was lots of really tasty food choices at breakfast. Would definitely go back.

Very nice hotel right on the Kudamm the concierge was super nice and the maintenance people even fixed one of my heels when I left the boots out for cleaning!!!

Our second visit to the Swissotel was also great! The team is courteous, friendly and warm-hearted and always tries to fulfill the wishes of the guests even before they have spoken them out. See you soon...

Architecturally, I'm not really enthusiastic. You first stand in front of an elevator. Reminds me of MiB (Man in black), only that you don't go down but first up to get to the lobby. The hotel is otherwise centrally located for a city break and has quiet rooms.

Class and what every tourist should have seen in NYC. Important at the Info Point in the gallery at Starbucks get the Visitor Voucher so you get 10% and passport or Perso take to show.

Been there in a conference room for 5 days due to a professional event. Was okay . Hospitality worked and the staff was helpful. Very good location right on Kranzler Eck / Ku'damm

In the Swissotel Berlin, located directly on the Kudamm, you can just feel comfortable and at home! Really nice rooms and an outstandingly friendly and good service and all of that, in my opinion, at fair prices! Just great! I highly recommend Swissotel Berlin to everyone!

I love this hotel for the extras / trifles that you won't find in every hotel. Pillow selection (determines 10 different ones that you can feel yourself and order one) for a delicious breakfast with a view. For recording that is not on the ground floor. For the location and much more

Great staff, comfortable rooms, good restaurant meals

After a little mix up where we were put in a room that hasn t been cleaned yet - we got a nice business style furnished room with a view. Personal highlight was the breakfast with fresh tea in a pot and a great selection of food. Highly recommended.

Convenient location, modern accomodations, super helpful staff and inexpensive prices make this hotel a great value in Berlin. I shall mention that I arrived to Berlin on an early flight and instead of making me wait till 3PM to check in, they allowed me into a room as soon as it was available.

Very good hotel !! Got a little mess when we arrived, when we had just got a room. This room was already used, the duvets were used, bathrooms, cabinets, refrigerators etc. But the staff at the hotel were very helpful and arranged us two rooms that were not used and were very nice!

Good hotel. The rooms are updated and very comfortable. The only negative - if you want to take a room with twin beds, the view will only be in the courtyard.

As always depending on the staff, the stay was good. The service was good, the breakfast was plentiful and tasty, but the highlight was the staff in the bar.

Location great. Staff very friendly and tried hard. Breakfast very good. For a top hotel it was just getting old. Rather not in terms of construction, but in terms of use and convenience. Arrangement of lamps, sockets, hooks and lights not helpful and timely. Sauna area not visited yet but you don't seem to be very proud ... nobody talks about it. You don't read anything anywhere.

Some of the rooms with a view of the street from above are a bit impractically narrow and winding.

Service and breakfast are excellent. Really recommendable.

Worth mentioning is that the pillows or blankets can be exchanged free of charge.
Very great service

Very noisy room, the constant noise from the ventilation system throughout the hotel robbed me of sleep. The front desk I called several times until 3 o'clock in the morning and asked desperately! for help. The room service came 3 times in the night, confirmed the loud noise, knew no solution, brought various types of earplugs. I could not fall asleep! 3 days very exhausting meeting were due to lack of sleep to ordeal! At the checkout, young employees asked if I was satisfied !? I was speechless and annoyed! None of the front desk or hotel management had probably passed on my complaint, no one in the hotel took seriously to this extreme disturbance, there was never a demand of that and there was never an apology or a redress! Miserable service, disrespectful handling of guests, the management and staff management is at the highest level bad. Also missing at breakfast, coffee, cups, cutlery, marmalade cups and much more. Very poorly organized. Not worth 5 stars.
The 2 stars here are for the good food.
