Hotel nhow Berlin Review

Update 04/30/2018: from 5 stars to 1 star. Super disappointed, still super excited in April 2018 and now just disappointed with the MANAGEMENT.
Overnight stay booked through amoma from April 28th to April 29th. Arrived at the hotel at 6 p.m., there was a huge queue to check out, sometimes there were only 2 people there even though there was so much going on.
Then get informed that you cannot find the booking, but you are booked out anyway. What? No phone call beforehand, no email or the like ??!?
As an offer I was offered a hotel 25 km outside Berlin, but the difference to the 189 euros was kindly reimbursed. We didn't accept the offer, the manager asked. This is of course not manned on Saturday evening and also not reachable, even if a hotel is fully booked nothing happens.
Furthermore, I wanted a written confirmation that I had not noticed the booking, this could not be done immediately by the shift supervisor, but I was assured that I would receive a letter from the reception immediately. I did not receive this either by Monday evening.

However, the shift supervisor assured me that the next day I would get a call back from the management Mr. Rodriguez or Mr. Bumblebee. I missed this call on Sundays.

Then on Monday I called the reception again, unfortunately both of them happened to be in a conference and could not be reached, but a callback was guaranteed.
This was also missing until 11 p.m. on Monday. Sorry, but that's not how you deal with guests, repeat bookers, and NH Club members. And that in a 4 star hotel.
I would also like to cancel my NH booking at the NH Cologne in July.
A complaint email is also sent to the group management at the same time, so that they know what their managers are doing.
And that was the 5-star application from April (now of course outdated)
Great hotel with a new concept in the style of a music hotel, djs bands, etc. Great room furnishings, delicious breakfast

Anonym, kitsch rooms, way to expensive breakfast, nightly fire alarms, service quality at very basic level with untrained staff,

It is well located if you go to the east side. Spacious, comfortable and with a good view, but they wanted to make it "modern" and put everything in plastic. The fixed idea of the pink color tires. Even in your room, you did not like that and it was not something pleasant. :(

Belongs to the less good NH hotels. It is noticeable that the rooms are clean, but rather shabby, especially the carpet. The price is fair, and the breakfast is good in a nice, attached restaurant

A nice hotel concept with friendly staff. I would like to come again.

Very good hotel! Something else but by the bright colors, the gimmicks (TV in the mirror) and the DJ sets in the "lobby" absolutely recommendable.

The stay at the nhow was beautiful. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The hotel itself, rooms, bar and restaurant look like a designer hotel. Our expectations were exceeded and we will stay here again.

Great hotel. We've been there a few times now. Always clean, great breakfast, nice and friendly staff. Super stylish rooms. So far we are always satisfied all round.
A note, we didn't have towel holders in the bathroom ....

Magnificent experience Perfect hosts at reception that make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Rooms of modern design and very comfortable. Details of advanced design in an ideal enclave. What more can we ask ???

The staff was great, the room was okay, unfortunately there was only 1 chair for 2 people and no radio in the room.

Very good value for money. super clean rooms, getting used to equipment - which I thought was great, very modern atmosphere, from our room also a nice view, highly recommended, would book again anytime! Otherwise see photos and decide for yourself ...
