Quality hotel with pitches dedicated to corporate events. It is possible to take a guitar to play in the big living room. The hotel has 6 floors and a hundred rooms.a nice place rather well placed in Berlin. To advice !

The hotel is clean and the rooms are pink as hell: D.
Unfortunately the music selection didn't work in one of the elevators, time is something different. The staff was always friendly and the breakfast buffet had a huge selection, very recommendable. Only clearing the tables was slow (a lot of activity).

The hotel is unfortunately a bit out of Berlin, but it is still reasonable. The rooms are clean and spacious, only the bathroom was a bit too small for me. For 1-2 nights okay, for a long time I would look for something more central.

All staff members are friendly, rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast is good. You will also be listened to super well

Excellent hotel. The Junior Suite is unbeatable, as is the breakfast.

A hotel full of hipsters. For me personally nothing, but who likes this is right here. The room was not very clean. On a chair were coffee stains that are easily gone but unfortunately too heavy for the cleaning staff. If you get something to drink at the bar, it takes a long time to be served. The room card does not work anymore if you put it in a bag together with your cellphone..very annoying if you have to work almost every day because the room card is not working anymore.

This hotel is top notch. It is very well located. We have access to free Wifi. The rooms, all in pink, are spacious and have mini bar with drinks and snacks as well as espresso machine. The bathroom corner is fine. The ground floor is top. We have access to sofas and musical instruments. You also have access to a bar area with banquettes where you can meet in a group and the breakfast area with the bay window overlooking the Spree is great

Very nice rooms and location... But: (a) I tried to have a keyboard and there were not available, (b) I arrived to the room the second say and nobody did the housekeeping of the bedroom, I called reception and they were not able to tell when it was going to be cleaned, they didn't even apologize, (c) the breakfast price is too expensive and (d) queue to so the check-in, and the checkout, slow personnel. That's the details of an awesome hotel turning average for me.

I love this place, the location is central and actually ideal, the staff always friendly and accommodating and the design is wonderfully exceptional. The rooms were always very clean and tidy.

Modern furnished hotel in a great location. Friendly staff. Big and delicious breakfast buffet! I did not like the design and color choices in the rooms, but that's a matter of taste. Fair and good value for money. Overall, I can recommend the hotel.

We were there for a drink as friends.
Unfortunately, there was an accident caused by a collision between a guest and the waiter with a full tray, which an attentive waiter could have foreseen.
The broken pieces jumped on our heads. Fortunately, apart from the shock, nothing happened. Since we were frightened, we of course also said that we should be careful, please.
That could have been eye-catching and it also hurt. Then a gentleman in a white shirt came, probably the barman, and responded in an almost aggressive tone that the waiter couldn't help it. No apologies or understanding or questions about our well-being, we did not find that hospitable or service-oriented.
Even when such accidents happen, the reaction was simply unfriendly and inappropriate. Apart from that, the quality of the drinks has deteriorated badly, a letdown in taste and a disappointment with the high prices. A few years ago this bar had a lot more style and the drinks were exceptionally good.
We will definitely not be back and unfortunately we cannot recommend the Envy Bar either.

A crazy architecture! the interior is also spectacular with the really original decoration. The terrace in the sun is very pleasant.

Attended conference at this hotel. Good and healthy food. Location on the spree is perfect, you can get a breath of fresh air on the terrace behind the hotel. You are also a stone's throw from the Berlin wall.
The halls and seats are good. The supply of fresh air is less, after 30 minutes in a room you start to get sleepy.

The staff didn't explain everything like The elevator works because you have to use a card with this but this was neither there nor was it said before that you didn't know until it was explained by other gestures, the bathroom was rather narrow and everything in a getting used to color otherwise everything was good except that you should pay 25 for breakfast

For the price .. Really disappointed !!!!!

The white walls were dirty, at several points in the room, next to the bed was dirt, dust.
We couldn't turn on the TV because there was no remote control. We had to wait about 1 hour until the caretaker finally came and brought a new waitress.
Well ... you think hopefully everything will be okay then ...
Shower o.o. My goodness .. You couldn't move the shower head and the hose was broken and the water went wrong.
Apart from breakfast it was really a flop experience.

Great. The only downside was weak WiFi, which required cumbersome registration, and was limited to just 1 device.

Very special concept, super motivated staff. If all NH hotels would be only half as nice it would be the perfect chain.

OK hotel - room was a little run down in places but overall fine. Main concern is that the hotel have not refunded the security deposit. It has been 5 weeks since my stay and they are now not replying to emails regarding this issue and it doesn't look likely that the money will be returned - avoid to save yourself the hassle and stay elsewhere.

The hotel room was great. Customer service afterwards unfortunately not available. I advise against booking directly and rather booking through booking.com, as you always get feedback.

Also available for small events. Let's say it's the perfect hotel for a Barbie and Ken vacation!
Very high concentration of rose and various musical additions at various points in the hotel. The musical instrument in the room is also available (on request).

Was here on the occasion of the #BerlinEPrix for Form E for two nights on the weekend of Pentecost.

The hotel is boldly designed in terms of shape and color, I like that very much. Room was clean. Friendly staff.

We had a large room facing the Spree, very nice view. Spacious wet room with plenty of space in the shower. TV behind the mirror. Capsule machine and kettle available, capsules and tea included. Minibar well filled, but really expensive. Neat closet space.



You are not in the center of Berlin, but in the heart of the city. Something is happening on every corner, just a big city. This is Berlin.

The hotel has a restaurant and breakfast service. We didn't use either, so no rating here. This also applies to the gym.

I subtract one star for:

- the mattress that is too hard
- the lack of fabric softener in towels and bathrobes
- the rather aggressive care products, especially shampoo and shower gel

Overall, a very recommendable place to stay if you want to experience Berlin. Nothing for those looking for relaxation. I would love to come back.

Berlin Friedrichshain is great

Conference part of hotel is fine. Enough space for everyone, good sound quality, everything was organized well.

I was struggling between 3 and 4 stars but overall it was a very positive experience, particularly the style is very modern, colorful and "young". Only small caveat was breakfast service. Price for breakfast is VERY high (but ok, my fault, was transparent during booking process and I just hadn't figured how expensive that actually was...), and considering that high price, breakfast service was in part not as friendly as expected (comments like "better than nothing" when asking why we got our Espressi in big coffee cups). But one service lady the day before was really committed and great, very friendly and polite... Therefore, 4 stars justified.

Cool hotel ... great check-in ... The whole staff very accommodating and friendly. The concierge gave us great tips. The location is great and also at breakfast left nothing to be desired. Any time!

Nice idea with the design, but is getting a bit old. Broken power at the desk, broken USB plug. No solution and option. .. just an annoyed answer at the reception. Working in bed is no fun.

Just a different style, music, happy colors. Breakfast is gorgeous with a view of the water. Nice wellness area in the basement and good location at the Ostbahnhof. Definitely, if your wallet allows it, book one of the 4 suites with water view.

We stayed in the nHow Berlin for 2 nights and our stay was excellent. The hotel is located near the city centre and reachable with the S-bahn.
The room was very clean and the bathroom very large. We also had a rain-shower, including a large shower itself.
The TV is worked away into the mirror which saves space and creates a modern look.

The breakfast was extensive: all kinds of meat, fish (salmon), 6 different fruit juices, tea, colored sugar for your waffles, different sandwiches, etc.

The personnel was also very friendly and helped us quite well.

It's a special place. Nice music in the elevators (different genre per elevator), pink rooms.

for four stars not according to the circumstances, was allowed to smoke on the empty terrace only after I ordered 2 cocktails 24 euros, was very disappointed from the room. Better expected.

Quite a funky hotel, with its neon pinks, greens and yellows all over the place. It's a bit like Marmite - you either love all the glitz or you hate it.

Rooms are nice and clean, and the bar is good too. Perhaps they could offer more variety of food during dinner time.

Rooms are cool and large. Only the noise from the ventilation or bathrooms in other rooms was a bit annoying.
Breakfast selection was very large and delicious.

Hipp shrill and colorful. The people are nice. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Point deduction because my reservation supposedly did not arrive ... then I got an upgrade to the suite

The location of this hotel is unique, but:
1. Showers in the room did not drain and the water was in the middle of the room
2. The refrigerator had leaked and smelled pathetic, then the toilet cleaner tried to clean it with the cloth
3. At breakfast the tables were cleared in slow motion and only when requested.
4. when entering the breakfast room one was whistled back with: STOP, STOP ...
5. Plates and cups not clean
6. Empty food items were filled up very slowly
7. At dinner you waited 40 minutes for drinks and then another 35 minutes for food
8. Hairspray and stuck dust could be seen on everything in the bathroom
9. It was room 411

I would not go there again

Ambiance exceptional, but only a low-motivated person at the front desk. For the size and price range too little. Breakfast was good, but extremely expensive.

Hotel lobby is large and nicely designed, staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast room and a bar with a beautiful view of the Spree are located on the ground floor. The breakfast selection is large, there is everything from ordinary scrambled eggs to smoothies, donuts and honey in honeycombs.
The rooms are clean and bright, you have to be lucky to get a room with a view of the river. An extra point for the coffee machine in the room (several capsules included free of charge).
Highly recommended.

Nicely decorated hotel, especially if you like pink (like my girlfriend). Good location, but not very close to the center and yet a short walk from the public transport. The room was super and the breakfast unsurpassed as well.

Great hotel but we had to have our key cards reprogrammed 4 times in 3 days.

Incredible hotel sooooo tastefully decorated with style. A room overlooking the Spree is worth its money on every case.

So many times in Berlin and finally I was in a hotel with very good location, good service , nice decoration good attitude from all staff. Breakfast amazing with all you can imagine and the best view to the Spree. It is close to East Side Gallery , 5 minutes walking , and good connection to the rest of the city with S Bahn and U Bahn. The terrace facing the river is very nice and plenty of style with the best view of Oberbaumbrucke which is one of the most beautiful bridges in Berlin. For sure the best option in Berlin and the most alternative side of the city.

Great hotel, unobtrusive but very good staff. The room was very clean, the food was excellent.

We were invited to breakfast at Nhow. Honey from the honeycomb, in-house currywurst, large selection of sausage, cheese, fruit, drinks, smoothies, cakes etc ... and a great view of the Spree. We will be back.

We had booked a room at nhow to attend a concert. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the air conditioning was broken. It was accordingly warm in the room.
The furnishing of the rooms was very modern, but partly also very "shabby", for example the rubbish bin in the bathroom fell into its individual parts.
The cleanliness in the room was rather mediocre. Hair on the sink and water stains on the tap.
Housekeeping came into the room twice in the morning, even though we haven't checked out yet.
Pity!

very good central location (Alex nearby), tram station almost at the door, delicious, varied breakfast, not every morning the same warm dishes offered, long breakfast times, Saturday to 11:00 clock, Sunday until 12:00 clock , friendly courteous staff, rooms are clean and adequate for a short trip to Berlin, car parking space in the garage for a surcharge.

TL;DR: check in took forever. Opened my room door to find people asleep. Was given an 'upgraded room' when it was a downgrade instead. Told I wouldn't have to pay. But I prepaid. Did not get my money back. Did not hear back from them.

I booked my room 8 days prior and upon my arrival to the hotel to check-in I was told that I have already checked-in. I laugh it off and reassure the employee that this is my first time in Berlin and the hotel and that I have not checked-in before. I was then asked if I was with a friend, again I reassured the employee that I am here alone as I have already given my booking details a room for 1 adult occupancy. We go through the routine check-in process that's taking forever, I'm handed my key card and off I go to room 909, top floor room with the view of the river. I open the room door to find sneakers on the floor, bags open and legs under the bed sheets . Totally embarrassed, I quickly close the door and run downstairs to find out what the hell is going on. Employee checks the system again and tells me that I have already checked in (impossible), someone has the same name as me and checked in my room or someone used me name to check in.

First off:
- Why would you give me keys to a room when you have already established you know someone has already checked in that room.
- How can you let someone check in someone else's room without confirming their identity.

The employee calls for help from a supervisor and by now the check in process has taken 15-20 minutes on a night where the hotel hasn't busy at all.

The Supervisor Kh____d (not going to give out his name) said that a "very nice room" is going to be given to me and that I did not have to pay anything because of the incident, my troubles and the stated fact that I`m "only staying for 3 nights".

I finally receive the keys to room 626 and discover that its not a "very nice room" - in fact its the same room layout but lesser because of its side side view of the river and lower floor. If anything it wasn't an upgrade but a downgrade for what I initially prepaid for! By now I just wanted to get some rest and wasn't bothered for a headache.

Three nights have passed and during checkout I wanted to confirm that I was owed for the booking debited from my account. The employee checked the system and said there was nothing, made me fill out a contact form and told me that they will email me tomorrow.

2 days have now passed and I have received NOTHING from them!

I have been too patient with them.
Worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life.
Would not recommend, suggest you stay at the Michelberger or SOHO house.
