Excelent location, shuttle service each half our, very good acomodation

Hi, Excellent hotel, very near to the Airport, I was there for one night, got a sexy room, very beautiful and amazing, i would go here again and again, only one draw back, out side there is nothing to eat except Mc Donals.....rest all is good........Free Shuttle service is the best I liked for....

Excellent if passing through Amsterdam and you have to take a plane. It is a standard hotel but with fair prices.

I really liked it there. The proximity to the airport with the shuttle service is optimal. I can leave my car there for a little money during a vacation. The rooms are large, so you can take all your luggage with you in the room. Anytime again.

Nice hotel, friendly staff with transfer services to Schiphol and not forgetting a Mc Donalds opposite the Hotel!

At first I was thrilled because the hotel is large and nicely decorated. It has a small pool area and 3 different saunas. In addition, the hotel is located in close proximity to the airport and bus station. However, I felt very bad when I looked at my room in more detail. We stayed 4 nights and I have had a dirty spoon in my room EVERY DAY. In addition, the room at the second glance was not so clean

Location is very quiet. The room is comfortable and large enough. Excellent breakfast at the glasshouse.Machine gym, squash court and whirlpool are available.

This is my second stay with the NH hotels and i'm loving the hotel the service is wonderful. The staff is attentive, friendly, the hotel is clean overall its becoming one of my fav hotel chains to book. The lobby is comfortable and very modern as well as the rooms. Love the hard wood floors in the rooms, we booked the superior king bed, the bathroom was perfect. The location is 6 min from the airport which is convenient and about 25 min from amsterdam central. We took a look at the pool which was nice also had a steam room and nice size gym as well as tennis and squash courts.

Pleasant hotel near the airport. Regular free shuttle bus from / to the airport. The hotel is partly a bit old (room). The rooms are clean and big. The staff very friendly.

A buffet for breakfast AWESOME! Very large and well soundproofed. Bathroom and very large room. With all the amenities and close to the airport. You come and go with a NH shuttle or minibus.

Jeep lounges sucks. In the evening at 9 pm you can not buy duty free s closing drinks water. Nonsense

Hotel nearby the airport with shuttle service. Parking much cheaper than in the airport itself.
- Unfortunately when I stayed there the parking lot was buried under 30 cm snow, and they did not take the trouble to clean it. Took me 15 min and a pair of shoes to get to the front door...
- On the check out I was offered to receive a digital bill. Quicker and friendlier for the environment one would think. It never came and I had to make 2 extra phone calls to get it.
- When you call one would think you get the reception of the hotel... No! You get a call center, heavy accented young individuals with no interest in what you ask or what they are doing. They have no idea for which hotel you actually call, as they ask: "...for which hotel in which city????"

I have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. It was quite ok but the room was not really matching to the hotel s standard (especially during corona times), the phone at the room was very sticky and dirty.

Plus, during my stay I have received misleading information that was given to me when I called the Service desk asking about the breakfast to the room (and also from the web application itself) but also the way I have been treated when I was at the service desk. I find it rude and unacceptable. If the lady on the phone made a mistake in informing me, this rude lady at the service desk could have at least apologized on the behalf of her colleague and should have explained to me in a kind way how the "Breakfast room service" actually works. Instead of talking in an insulting way and by making a remark as "we are all adults here" and just neglects my point.

The hotel is conviniently close to the airport. It has many extras like the swimming pool and the big gym. There is a new restaurant area which is like eating in a winter garden, beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff.

Super nice clean hotel ... we had a great modern room .. great service and nice seating in the lobby .. delicious breakfast with fresh fruit .. absolutely recommendable;)

Clean, nice services, having shuttle bus to the airport, very convenient...

Stayed here for 5 days as a break away with friends. Situated close to the airport with a free shuttle which is 24hrs a day 7 days a week. added bonus, however sometimes when service is busy daytimes....you have to pre-boooked it, to travel to the airport but there was always space they had various bus/mini buses different sizes and even added extra buses at peak times if needed. We arrived, check-in was good and speedy I pre request a ground floor room and this was met. We stayed in 1218 lovely spacious room newly refurbished room. Adequate storage and space and big full length mirror in bedroom. Mini bar wasn't used but we emptied the mini bar to make space for our own drinks and food bought in supermarket at airport this was ok to do, however room service must of assumed we used some as they added more we just told reception on check out day and they trusted our word in this. Bathroom was bright and spacious I loved the wall piece in shower, quick hint though don't turn the shower knob to the right it's the rainfall shower you will get wet instantly. There is two types of shower showerfall and normal. Pressure and temperature was ok. Air conditioning worked but was quite confusing to work, first night we called reception as it was cold in the room we was given extra quilts and Mohammed the night security/ receptionist was very helpful. Even got me fresh milk and extra English breakfast tea bags rather than the powdered milk provide in tea tray. Didn't know how to use the coffee machine so this wasn't used, not that I was bothered being a tea drinker myself. While away it was my birthday and on check-in a sweet guy blonde hair sleek back (can not quote his name) gave me breakfast complimentary for my birthday day. The breakfast was ok but was luke warm I did go quite late in the morning and I personally didn't enjoy it on this occasion however plenty selection cold and hot, cereals and juices.....this is usually an extra 15euros. Beds were comfortable and freshly made daily. room attendants were nice and worked most of the day so even if u left midday or early afternoon your room would still be cleaned. I requested extra big towel for my hair and was given this no problem. The staff are very polite and spoke fluently in English and was very attentive and helpful. Now as the trip was to explore Amsterdam I can say commute to Amsterdam was quite straight forward. Shuttle to airport, we purchase a travel card 26 euro for 3 days and travelled by train, less than 15 mins to Amsterdam central. All in all a 30min journey from start to finish. (And it doesn't seem to phase you or seem long quite easy to navigate). The hotel provide free WiFi and good connection and service was given at all times. I don't have anything bad to say I quite enjoyed my stay and I would visit again. I would also note that on last morning I accidently broke the side lamp off the wall the side of the bed informed reception as it come off the wall or seemed no bother for them there handyman would gave a look at it. I did state that the screws holding it on was small and maybe to prevent it happening again would to insert bigger screws. As I literally didn't expect it to come off, thankfully the reception staff was very understanding.

The hotel also provide room service and bars restaurants. However, this was not used by us personally. Situated across the road is a 24hr MCDONALD'S, We went here a few occasions just for convenience really.

Rooms large and tasteful, but 9.99 per day for good wifi is an exaggeration. Standard wifi can not even download e-mail.

Good place and wonderful breakfast and beautiful place

Other than the price which was fair, my experience was not great. My non-smoking room smelled terrible of smoke and despite having booked a shuttle at 0800 the night before leaving, which we were on time for, we were bumped to the next shuttle putting us 15 mins behind schedule. Likely will use other options on future trips.

An airport and train station I'm a shopping mall. That is this airport. It is a very different experience. You can catch train to major locations fromhere. There are hotel shuttles services available.

In the entrance really really modern and very nice designed. The rooms are a bit old, in our room you could not open the window, but I believe that in any room is possible (ground floor). It was a ventilation in the room but that does not really replace fresh air. Nevertheless, really nice staff and a very good breakfast buffet. The bus connections are also very good. Extra: upon registration you can use the hotel's bus transfer to the airport for free. Super Service

Very clean and easily accessible to and from the airport by shuttle. I'd definitely stay here again. The best part was the breakfast buffet. Absolutely the best breakfast that I've ever seen at a hotel. Minor issues at the hotel restaurant, there was no bartender the night that we ate at the hotel so the only drinks available were from the small drink menu, meal orders were slightly confused and we had to swap tables due to a broken chair. But overall it was a very pleasant stay!

A nice Hotel OUTSIDE Amsterdam. we stayed there for four days and the room was quiet nice! The Airport is about 5 minutes with the FREE Shuttle Bus. WiFi was slow but acceptable. The Staff was friendly. The prices for the Restaurant, Minibar etc Were way too high but McDonalds is one minute away...

They had shuttle from airport very occasionally. Very comfy rooms for its price. Breakfast was amazing and there were many alternatives to choose. Staff is very kind and helpful also. We had an emergency situation and they let us use their phones even for a long time. I definitely recommend here.

Worst hotel ever!!! Do not book this hotel! It is better to sleep in the airport: at least you have a decent internet connexion there.
The staff was rude.
They made me pay a breakfast 21.50 euros they were not able provide!!!
I had to pay an additional taxi 15 euros to the airport.
An additional taxe of 5.04 euros comes in the bill....
They don't even have proper bed sheets. It only has one cover for each side of the bed, approximately 50cm large, making it impossible to cover properly.
The worst part may be the internet: a connection speed test gave 4 kb/sec.... You can barely check emails. Don't even dream of reading the news, or watching videos...

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. For example, there was no iron, which was brought to the room at short notice after a complaint.

The room was disappointing though. There was a strong smell, probably from the previous owner. You couldn't open the window and the ventilation didn't help after half a day.

The bathroom disappointed me too. Very weak water pressure, mirror hardly illuminated and there was still hair from the previous resident on the light tiles.

You can hear the planes at the nearby airport, especially in the morning hours. I am not particularly sensitive to noise, whoever this is should look for a hotel further away.

You can take a bus from Schiphol Airport to the hotel (get off at the De Hoek stop and walk around 10 minutes), take a taxi (around 16) or use the hotel shuttle free of charge. To do this, register at reception. The shuttles to the hotels usually run every 30 minutes.

For around 200 per night, my expectations were clearly disappointed.

Very convenient and comfortable hotel to stay on visit to Amsterdam

Spend a night in this hotel because it is so conveniently located. Between the beach, Amsterdam, Haarlem, Beverwijk. Ideal for a weekend away. Asked if they wanted to arrange a little something for my partner's birthday. Organized so much fun, friendly and personal. At breakfast table reserved, decorated, present from NH, cake and music. They pulled out all the stops for him! The breakfast was very extensive, tasty and thought of everything. Long since I had breakfast like that. Rooms clean, a free update king size bed! Nice and clean. Just no comments. Really recommended and will definitely be back.

Excellent quality of sleeping, good shuttle transfer

At the time of check-out, the estimate of the wrong number of days was given, and the amount of the deducted housing was repeated, and I wanted to persuade me that the estimate was correct in a perfunctory and almost deceptive manner. So far, I have not received the brushback. I am responsible for my remarks, and the attitude and integrity of the few service personnel at the front desk are very problematic.

From the outside, the hotel makes no impression of trust, the first impression from the inside is very different. Everything is bright and friendly. The staff at the front desk, as well as in all other areas is very friendly and helpful. Only Dutch and English are spoken, but it is very hard to help where and how it is possible. Despite Corona, breakfast could be taken in buffet form, albeit with a limited reservation. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and there is definitely something for every taste, even freshly prepared omelettes. The SPA area can also be used, a reservation is also required here and the stay is limited in time, no problem, after all everyone wants to enjoy it. You can book everything using the hotel's own app or at the reception. The area surrounding the hotel is not particularly beautiful, but it is functional and close to the airport and well connected to public transport. The rooms are soundproofed, you can't hear any noise from the outside, it's a shame that not all guests are so quiet. There are several vending machines and a small 24/7 mini market and souvenir shop. A bar and restaurant are available but have not been tested. There are enough free parking spaces (even for electric cars). All in all a good hotel at an unbeatable price-performance level.
