I have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. It was quite ok but the room was not really matching to the hotel s standard (especially during corona times), the phone at the room was very sticky and dirty.

Plus, during my stay I have received misleading information that was given to me when I called the Service desk asking about the breakfast to the room (and also from the web application itself) but also the way I have been treated when I was at the service desk. I find it rude and unacceptable. If the lady on the phone made a mistake in informing me, this rude lady at the service desk could have at least apologized on the behalf of her colleague and should have explained to me in a kind way how the "Breakfast room service" actually works. Instead of talking in an insulting way and by making a remark as "we are all adults here" and just neglects my point.
