A very rare experience to have the opportunity to see such a Heritage hotel nowadays

This Heritage Hotel in Surabaya has the status of Cultural Heritage so that the building is still preserved as original. The nuance here is very classic with classic interiors too.

I really like the atmosphere here because even though it is in the middle of the city, Jalan Tunjungan, stopping at this hotel is very comfortable. With lots of shade trees and a really relaxed atmosphere.

By the way I really like the garden in front of the Presidential Suite because there is a lot of green grass. In this garden it is also commonly used for Garden Party.

It was a pleasure to be here to tour the hotel through Dealjava's "afternoon tea" event. The room tour is very interesting coupled with an explanation that really helped us to get to know the history of this hotel.
Apart from being a hotel that has a high historical value as an icon of heritage architecture, the hotel environment is also very beautiful and comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful.

A hotel that presents a vintage atmosphere. I like this hotel because it has its own history. Old buildings that are still preserved, but still clean and well maintained. Hallway aisle that is sometimes "boring" because it's very organized. Can also be confused because of all the same aisles. It's cool, Instagrammable, lots of angles for beautiful looks.

This is a historical, classic colonial style hotel in an old building, but still well maintained and comfortable. The wooden furniture, high ceiling, antiques, gardens everywhere, and a romantic night lights are really bring out the ambience.

I booked a standard room with no breakfast, and upgraded to the premium room using Accor voucher, also free breakfast coupon given at the restaurant. The basic amenities here were pretty complete, as well as hair dryer, coffee and tea selection, wifi service are all available. Other facilities here are swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, spa and salon, deli, business center, and restaurants really helpful for foreign tourist. The breakfast was amazing, not much selection but taste very tasty. Besides, other breakfast menu such omelette, sandwich, are available by order.

Unfortunately, there were several lacks in room I stayed which was number 40. The AC was super cold, even though I turned it off. I know some people like cold room, but I'd prefer a warmer temperature. The shower room glassed door need to be maintained since it did not close properly, and due to the location of this room which was in front of the garden, there were mosquitoes.

Overall, I really enjoyed my staying here, a great five star hotel with a wise price and a warm services. Such a pleasant stay.

colonial era named orange hotel changed jd yamato hotel which is famous for the events of tearing the Dutch flag by Pejuang arek suroboyo, the architecture was beautiful up to the rooms and bathrooms, the floor of the room was from wood paneling, the design of the bathroom was antique, the pastry was delicious not haunted huh

The service at the Majapahit hotel is friendly and polite. Very good.

Strategic location in downtown Surabaya. Although this hotel is very old with the construction and architecture of the Dutch colonial era, the condition is still very good. Breakfast is also tasty and varied.
When I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, on the way the taxi driver told me the mystery of the sightings in this hotel, but for the 6 nights I stayed I didn't see any weirdness as told. This ambience at night is also beautiful with old design, felt like I'm back to past before Independence day of Indonesia. This place near to tunjungan center, tunjungan plaza, and some famous place in Surabaya city center.
