Walking around in this hotel would bring us to the hype of situation long time ago. I felt luxury but old version. The furniture that look amazing with the yellow light illuminate the each corner or hotel. The services that really perfect made me as the prince who visit my own castle. The price absolutely worth it with the services and facilities that you will get! Stay amazing Majapahit Hotel

I totally love the rooms, the views, the architecture, the amenities, the gardens, the walkways, the people, the service, the 2 canary at the garden every morning and the history. My parents, my kids and my parents enjoyed our 2 day stay a lot. Tunjungan Plaza is right opposite so the place is good for someone who love shopping too. The location is good.

My 6yo says the place felt legendary (totally true) and felt like it Beauty n the Beast while the hanging chandeliers n staircase. My 8yo says the place is like a palace. My sister woke up at 6am to spend time around the oasis to take photo. And this is the longest 5star eview i have ever given.

Points for improvement- I know the hotel is quite dated so it's ok for me that the bath tub looks old, electrical socket works inconsistently and carpets can afford can some change. Breakfast could be improved given the room price.

The first visit in 1985 was with GADING II Elementary School students, in 2011 with the Teachers of SD Krembangan Selatan IV, and were able to look inside the building until the flag torn place. In July 2019, my office booked a meeting package at this hotel. The message is from all of East Java. Pserta from outside the city of Surabaya can get room facilities, which are from Surabaya City, TDK DPT, room facilities.
Stauku, at any hotel, booking a room package etc is related to breakfast (eating pg) so it doesn't book a room, so it doesn't have breakfast facilities.
But ..., when I and my friends will have dinner (eating mlm) that should have been part of the meeting package that was dbookinged by my office, in 1 Hotel female employee who was pregnant asking about the room number in the room before I told her that my office didn't have room facilities can also not breakfast facilities but CAN dinner facilities. The employee did not believe and asked his friend to check. I became ilfeel, canceling dinner at the hotel & lsg go home because I feel like I have been treated like slunders who are looking for a free dinner.
Please, next time, if there is a meeting package from any office, all of the employees are trained in the type of meeting package that is working together so that the participants are not suspicious by the employees of the Majapahit Hotel.

I highly recommend taking the tour! Our guide was very knowledgeable & answered all of our questions. The place is beautiful and full of historic artifacts. The artwork is absolutely amazing! If you are visiting Surabaya, you should definitely put this on your list of things to do in the city. The apple pie is fabulous!

Good service. The courtyard atmosphere is very comfortable. It feels cool in the middle of the city of Surabaya which is very dense and hot.

The hotel is very nice, historic antique, comfortable, the garden is beautiful, the facilities are complete, so you want to stay here again.

I have stayed in Jakarta for abt. 2 years, and I had lots of business trip at many places in indonesia.

If u come from purabaya bus station dont worry u just around 30 minute if not traffic jams with suroboyo bus pay with mineral water bottle
If u come from international airport juanda just call majapahit hotel about pick up guest in airport

Every weekend you always go here when you run, one day your friends are invited to enter and be amazed by the original interior design in the Dutch era, there are pianos, paintings, displays are still well maintained, and behind there is a large garden used for wedding / party, if outsiders definitely want to stay here because they want to feel the old days of their room, the dishes are all still maintained as before.

Bukber experience, for the price, the choice of menu is too standard, the place is too tight supported by the classic atmosphere, so I don't give 3 stars
