Review of Hotel Majapahit Surabaya

I totally love the rooms, the views, the architecture, the amenities, the gardens, the walkways, the people, the service, the 2 canary at the garden every morning and the history. My parents, my kids and my parents enjoyed our 2 day stay a lot. Tunjungan Plaza is right opposite so the place is good for someone who love shopping too. The location is good.

My 6yo says the place felt legendary (totally true) and felt like it Beauty n the Beast while the hanging chandeliers n staircase. My 8yo says the place is like a palace. My sister woke up at 6am to spend time around the oasis to take photo. And this is the longest 5star eview i have ever given.

Points for improvement- I know the hotel is quite dated so it's ok for me that the bath tub looks old, electrical socket works inconsistently and carpets can afford can some change. Breakfast could be improved given the room price.
