Feel homey, friendly staff (security & cleaner personnel), nice interior, spacious, bathrooms are good, selection of tv channels: ok, walkable distance of supermarket & coffeeshop (Starbucks).

I would like to revise my review for the kristal hotel, on my last review i state it that the Hotel Kristal had a bad service/ hospitality. Today I was invited, and Hotel Kristal have shown a lots of improvement, i personally would like to give my thank to the hotel manager and management to hear the consumer feedbacks . Hotel Kristal have shown and proofed that they always open for improvements, even if its a negative feedback they will use it to make it positive, to me this means a lot and i appreciated. Keep up the good work .

Last night attended a wedding at the outdoor. But unfortunately it was raining so the red soil stuck to many shoes.

Kristal is a known. One can rely on helpful and friendly personnel, clean, comfortable and quiet accommodation along with generally good food and entertainment options on property.

Good and quiet class hotel in Jakata south. Excellent rooms, extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner variation. Good swimming pool. Recommended.

The spacious and bright room was very good. In addition, easy-to-connect Wi-Fi and convenient free parking were very convenient.
However, it was uncomfortable because the blanket was too hot if it was hot, and it was cold if it was not. Breakfast was also a bit low compared to a hotel of its class.

Hotel Kristal is an old school hotel and home to plenty of charming staff. Hotel Kristal is a popular spot for those seeking a slightly longer stay and is in a great location for those needing to get places. Traffic on Terogong Raya can be harsh at time but when it's quiet, its perfect to get out and do what's needed to be done.

The room is spacious, there is a dining room and a guest sofa. Perfect for families or internal meetings of 3-5 people

Old hotel, but well maintained, quiet, green and modern location, because there are many foreign guests staying there ...

As a loyal guest of Kristal Hotel since 25 years, this "stay" was a bit disappointing. I stayed in unit 2 kmr tdr, no 2201.

The unit has to be completely updated.
For example, for the main bathroom, the position of the bathtub and toilet is quite dangerous. Also the drain in the bathtub is not smooth.
Towels and floor towels, incomplete.
The sofa in the living room which is damp and smells uncomfortable.

At check out, we were reminded to check out, 2 times, before 12.00.
Even though we are ready to check out, just waiting for the child to park the car below.

At 12 we called FO, to send Bell boy, because we didn't come, we finally brought our own cars to the car. So that the check out atmosphere becomes very annoying.

We understand because we want a new year, but is our "Room charge" being tolerated too ?! Of course not.

Spacious apartment-room. Very homie. Feel like in our house even when use it for meeting. Room, alley, are very clean. Breakfast is something we waited, since the meals are nice with Indonesian dishes. Pool, is the other I want to try in my next stay in Kristal Hotel.

Room is amazing, big, very clean, bed was very comfortable, staffs are profesional and nice.. we will come back there again for sure

There is a children's playground and pool in the safe grounds. The yoga class and gym are also beautiful so you can enjoy your wife for a very long time. Next to the hotel, there are supermarkets, currency exchanges, pharmacies, and mobile phone sim stores.

Top Hotel Jakarta South. Very nice rooms. Clean. Friendly staff. Great restaurant and nice pool. Will come back ..

A pretty good hotel, okay service, just a motorbike parking lot too behind

There is a mosque in the basemant parking lot, for good safety.

The hotel is luxurious like an apartment, clean, in-room equipment. The food is also delicious and varies from traditional, European, and western.

First look ok, give a comfortable feel in the middle of city noise (according to the price ..), quite friendly & will be even better if they are given good enough information for whatever event is being carried out, ok first three stars until the agenda of activities is finished

Located in Terogong Fatmawati, near Hero Supermarket. Been here for overtime work with clients and co-worker. The price is quite affordable since it was only Rp 1.5m for 3 bedrooms, kitchen (with any cooking tools inc microwave and dispenser), living room, and dining area. More than enough.

Excellent, service and ambiance, would highly recommend!

Recommended, a comfortable place, breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are varied and tasty.

the driver if you want to anther the food must pass through the basement and then it is quite far ...

The room is cozy, wide, clean. You can cook here also. But the stove is terrible, need a long time to heat up.

This hotel is suitable for big family. the swimming pool is ok. the isle to lift is small, the lamp not too bright. The food is ok. Overall is nice

I have stayed at the Kristal Hotel many times over the past 22 years and the standards remain high.Excellent staff especially the welcoming and housekeeping staff.
My wife and I were married at kristal in 2007 and we retain many fond memories of this special hotel and some of the long serving staff who still working there.

This place is too complicated to enter for motorized people

The staff and management are friendly ... and the service provided is comfortable and spacious

actually i came to see my friend's gig here at their bar beside the hotel. I got suprised the crowd is full of foreigner. For the sight, what you expect else beside a cozy table, warmth bartender and waiters, good drink, and for the last ia good music. Please come to see my friend performance every friday night guys

Motorcycle parking is too high, you have to pass the basement to be able to lobby, you have to turn around ..

No need to be in doubt. The room is great. Clean. The helper is friendly. The receptionist is rather unfriendly for this hotel classmate. Please fix it in the future.

The rooms are spacious, the place is nice, the swimming pool is clean, the restaurant is quite large, the important thing is to eat well.
