From outside the hotel ambience look cool, the hotel room is very comfy and there is balcony with swimming pool view, the staff was very kind and helpful, overall i like this place and definitely will come back again to stay at this hotel.

I love to go to Satu Lagi Bar and Life Spa in the hotel is a good choice for gym in South Jakarta.

One of the best hotel service in town. Comfortable room with equipped small pantry and they provide silverware also, good Room Service, professional staff and they have a good 'Satu Lagi' bar who offer a membership card for enjoying their F&B at fair price.

A magnificent, clean, comfortable hotel that is perfect as a choice to stay in Jakarta. Very spacious, clean, neat rooms make your sleep more comfortable. The pools were clean, landscaped yard complete the cozy atmosphere for your family vacation. Friendly service and delicious meal to add complete, the hotel is decent as the first choice as a place to stay and rest.

Please be more clearly informed in the future about what free facilities we get as hotel guests, like I stayed at this Crystal hotel yesterday before I booked a room I asked by phone what free facilities I got, the operator informed me all free facilities starting from: Swimming pool, Fitness & Tennis. But in reality, to play tennis, I have to pay a rental fee of IDR 15,000 / racket. Somewhat disappointed because the information provided by the operator does not match the reality. In the future, please clarify the terms & conditions for using the facilities at Hotel Kristal more clearly.

It's not new but keep in good shape and well maintained. Apartment type hotel for short and long stay. Satu lagi bar is quite popular among expats. Food in restaurant is actually quite good. My company did a few events in their meeting rooms. Friendly staffs and good location.

I am a regular customer in Kristal Hotel and each time I will stay for at least 4 nights. I wish the breakfast service, especially coffee and tea can be faster. As I am there for business, I am usually rushing through my breakfast to get to our meeting. The coffee usually takes about 5 min to arrive after conveying my request to the service staff and sometimes the service person forget. By the time the coffee arrived, it is hot and I cannot drink immediately but I need to leave.
I know the hotel is short handed. What you can do is to put the coffee and tea pots on the counter so that guests can self-service. In this way, not only we can get our coffee fast, your staff is more relax to serve those who want to be served and don't mind waiting. There are plenty of space on your breakfast spread.

Comfort place and very romantic place.Gym is cool, swimming pool is quite spacious. Strategic location near Jakarta International School. Many foreigners like here rarely meet local people. And if you need a taxi there is only silver bird here. The restaurant is also quite okay but the price is quite expensive . the building is quite old-fashioned, it needs rejuvenation

This is our first time in tower 2, usually in tower 1. But it's ok and clean even though the furniture isn't new. Maintain the cleanliness and friendliness of your staff ... Love it..feel at home!

An underrated Hotel for sure. Their 3 bedroom suites are brand new and very cozy. There are variety of sporting activities to choose from such as Gym Classes, Tennis, swimming and court soccer. This hotel is perfect for families and couples. Their pool area and Satu lagi bar are the best spots to spend your time at as a guest. Kristal Hotel's pool area is perfectly placed to received maximum sunlight and the corridors created by the towers generate a constant breeze that is relaxing to the senses. The Satu Lagi Bar offers a variety of well prepared dishes and their tantalizing specials have never failed to impress. Coupled with excellent service and a smile wherever you go, it is more than fair to say that this place is one of the best private environments to spend your day in.

Regular visitor to the bar there (Satu Lagi). Fairly decent beers for Jakarta plus food is reasonable.

This hotel is close to Jakarta intercultural scholl and hero supermarket

I like the facilities provided by the hotel. I would like to compliment the hotel on providing a hot & cold water dispenser in the room. It is an excellent idea for taking care of our environment. I can imagine the thousands of plastic bottles that Kristal Hotel has saved over the years. Congratulations of providing this facility to your room guests.

I came here to their SATU LAGI bar.
I came with my friend, this place not big, not as small also. They have outdoor terrace with mosquito sometimes
I ordered pasta aglio olio for my lated dinner, small portion for Rp 75k,-

A good hotel, I came for the university medical curriculum training where I teach, the location is rather inside the entrance from the main road, but the quality of the service is very good, meeting rooms are also available very neatly. The hotel has a satisfying lunch menu. It is suitable for meetings or training. Maybe I'll try a staycation with my family. Salute for hotel management.

We check in the hotel with a group of friends for a nearby school event. Its a perfect location for our trip. Supermarket, restaurants all within 5 minutes walks only. A huge shopping mall is only 15 minutes away in a taxi. Must include breakfast in your booking for two reasons. One, no better place for breakfast outside hotel and its convenient. Two, the breakfast is far better than my expectation. Happy staying!
