The place is delicious, the AYCE food is also delicious!

The staffs are friendly and well mannered. The foods at the restaurant are tasty yet a bit pricey for price in Indonesia. The facilities really helpful for there are beauty clinic, salon, and gym and rarely found these on other hotel.

Stayed here with work for the best part of a year. Overall a good experience, friendly staff, clean rooms, good walk in showers. I would go for the original block/tower and not the 2nd tower, as they have the step in shower/baths I'm not keen on. The gym is great, I never did use the swimming pool... breakfast has a good selection however the coffee is pretty awful. There is a tennis court, an on site bar, Satu Lagi but I believe this has recently been shut down. Too many gas cookers for my liking, however they are controlled and the staff are great. Room service is good and overall it's been a pleasant stay.

Old hotel but good facilities, varied food and friendly service ...

Good service. Good food menu. Near a big road. Access to the mall is close by. The bedroom is comfortable. There is a kitchen, fridge, bath room, bath up ... bounces anyway ......

Star hotel with a quiet atmosphere which is cool and away from the crowds. Service very good and friendly. Neat and clean room facilities are quite satisfactory. The food at the restaurant was also no reply was disappointing. This hotel is highly recommended

Not too fond of the taste of the food. It just doesn't fit on my tongue. The rooms are okay. But the hallways in the room are too dim, so it's not comfortable when walking to the room.

Hotel is wonderful, clean, friendly staff and near to Pondok Indah Mall.

Spending our long weekend, we get all the fun and happy from check in until check out. Friendly and helpful staffs. Strategic location. Gorgeous pool with great views. Room with balcony with pool view also make us comfortable spending our days. Even the corridor look so old, but overall still best hotel for family holiday

hotel like apartment style, such as studio room and have 2 or 3 bedroom apt. The swimming pool is free form style, the resto is standard, the bar (satu lagi) is western style, have tennis court and fitness facility, the parking is fair easy. There are many grocery nearby (walking distance), such as Hero Supermarket & starbucks. Nice area & not too crowded, the Pondok Indah Mall & Cilandak Town Square (citos) are within 15 munutes driving only. Good for people looking for more 'home' setting & long term residence.

The one that is the most flavorful..the fishermen and their employees are very friendly..

This three bedroom suites hotel is perfecto! Clean, safe, spacious and very comfortable. Pool facilities, gym and beautiful garden strongly support the staycation for 3 days.

I lived in a two-room apartment and a hall. The most important thing was to be overlooking the pool
The cleanliness and atmosphere throughout the hotel are beyond description. There is a supermarket near 100 meters and there is a large mall 10 minutes

The hotel is clean, the service satisfies the spacious parking lot, access from & to the hotel is easy

The hotel is quite old but the rooms are clean and spacious. There are water dispenser in the room which is very great, No need to buy bottle water at all. The service is very good and staff are very friendly. Breakfast and food at the hotel was decent and not expensive compare to the price for eating at the malls. The hotel has a great bar called Satu Lagi Bar that you can always visit when you have nothing to do.

The hotel in the area is not very good and very popular as well as there is no easy to go machine or go anywhere

Revising my review after my second stay at this hotel, which wasn t as good as the first one. No hot water (and so I had to take a cold shower at 2AM before of an early flight) and a snotty response from the operator on a question I had over the phone.

Food was okay. Breakfast had all the essentials. Check in/out was prompt. Room cleanliness was good.

Good service but the apartment is very old and not clean. No locks for bedrooms, no lock for balcony door, a bit danger for kids. Toaster is dirty and can't use. Carpet is dirty, some part of rooms is dusty, lamps in the bedrooms very dark.

It is a luxury hotel. Clean and impeccable service. The security of the hotel is ensured by the high fence around the courtyard, gateways at the entrance to the courtyard, but also at the entrance to the hotel through the metal detector through which you pass and by the goalkeeper (s) you find pleasing. The lords of luggage are just waiting for you, but they are very polite.

the best in south jakarta, swimming pool is fresh, sauna and delicious bfast. 1 more, King koil super bed help you to sleep tight and wake up like a tiger.

It is luxury but the facilities are old.
There is a supermarket nearby and it is salvation to be able to buy liquor.

A hotel that looks like an apartment.
For motorists it is less comfortable, the distance from the parking location to the hotel, quite far, the entrance to the parking lot, is less visible from the big road.
The elevator is not too big.

There is a kitchen and tableware, can request refill gallons of mineral water. Clean rooms.

Everything was satisfying (rooms, service, food, facilities, etc.) except only the parking lot. It s a legendary hotel near there with high occupancy but the parking lot (even it s quite big) was always full so we need to park our car quite far away from our room.

Extremely comfortable suites. Ours had a lovely view. The staff kept the rooms very clean, and amply supplied with soap, dishes, silverware, and the like. Excellent water pressure in the shower was also a plus. While we never used the pool, it was beautiful and well-maintained. Would gladly stay at the Kristal again, if given the opportunity.
