Really one of the nicest and best hotels we have ever stayed in. At an absolute eye level with the other leaders in this area (have direct comparisons e.g. with the Madlein in Ischgl). Recommended for individualists as well as for families.

Spa and sports facilities are extraordinary, the landscape, the lift almost within walking distance of the front door, sufficient parking spaces, underground parking, the latest bikes to borrow free of charge ... the list is almost endless. And as it should be for a house of this class, the kitchen and the gastronomic offer are in no way inferior to the high level.

Here the term relaxation, enjoyment and relaxation takes on a whole new meaning. We are already looking forward to the next time!

Hotel of great charm, located in a beautiful situation, both for the environment and for the possible activities it offers. Nice place to stay, well served and pampered. I could not have wished for better.

The Krallerhof is by far one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. From the stylish decor, to the entire friendly staff, to the delicious food and the whole offer. The wellness landscape is a real paradise. I felt completely comfortable. A very big recommendation to anyone who loves nature, likes to do wellness at the highest level, loves good food and wants to treat himself to a very special break.

We have been coming to this wonderful hotel since 1992. At the Krallerhof you will find the peace and relaxation you need to get away from everyday stress. A comfortable Osa. The Altenberger family is a very nice family who know what the customer expects from a top hotel. In no other hotel will you find such a top connection to one of the largest ski areas. Right away from the hotel on your skis. There is also a great Kraller Kids Club for the little ones. Inflatable castles, indoor and outdoor play areas, children's playgrounds. The rooms are a dream, no hotel offers such spacious, beautiful rooms. And you have so many choices of rooms. Furthermore, I don't know of any hotel where everything is new. Many hotels have a new part and an old part. Everything is new at the Krallerhof. Great wellness area. Great food and breakfast buffet. A great swimming pool and a wonderful smoker's lounge. For the Kirsamer family it is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We look forward to the next visit.

The Krallerhof shows its best side every time, even if the weather doesn't play along. The personal guidance by the Altenberger family is unparalleled. Service, rooms, spa: everything is fantastic. Not for nothing the hotel we have trusted for 25 years.
To many more wonderful years

Too bad that I can not confirm the many positive reviews. Starting with extremely unfriendly service staff at lunch, a "double bed", the one is and immediately drifts apart, as soon as you get too close to the crack, a sauna area, due to rain "through traffic" and fully glazed and standing in the room showers little Well-being invites, you will find here all sorts of beautiful examples, as you should not do it as a spa hotel. The second star is mine only, because the aroma oil massage and the champagne bath were very nice. The masseuse was friendly and accommodating and made our stay bearable.

We were allowed to spend the weekend for the second time in this beautiful hotel. From the beginning we felt very comfortable! We received a warm welcome and immediately started with the first application before we were allowed to enjoy the 5-course dinner in the evening. To make it short: it was a perfectly perfect wellness weekend with delicious food and top service! A big thank you to the whole team - we will definitely be back!

The Krallerhof is really great!

The Krallerhof is really great!
You just have to be amazed when you enter the lobby and then see the rooms.
The rooms are large and very nicely decorated.
The staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. When eating, you were served quickly and asked about your satisfaction after each course.
The food is very varied, great combinations (something new) and, above all, everything is fresh. Whether salad, juices or cheese.
The wellness area leaves nothing to be desired, drinks (tea, water with fresh fruit) and snacks are available everywhere.
After the infusions there is always something special to drink, juices or beer :)

You just come up with something and you notice here that Gadt comes first.

It is absolutely recommendable!

Super luxurious facility, here you will find everything from swimming and saunas in the hotel swimming pool + sauna, climbing, hiking, biking, skiing directly from the hotel, to the loving care of children. The bar is always filled with specialties. The food in the hotel was value for money moderate to very weak !! But the dinner was excellent in the associated Alm hut, which is also very comfortably furnished. The WC of the Alm is also very worth seeing! In winter, ski equipment is used to jump over this alpine hut. Very nice employees!

Our first visit to the Hotel Krallerhof was a total WOW experience. Starting with the very attentive staff up to the excellent kitchen, our visit left nothing to be desired, from the wellness area to the hotel rooms, it was really the perfect rest. The hotel is definitely in the top category. My wife and I are sure we were not here for the last time.

Every year we are guests in three to four wellness...

Every year we are guests in three to four wellness hotels, category 4 stars S., rarely 5 stars.

No double bed, but two single beds that were not attached to the existing rails, so they drifted apart very quickly. The mattresses were very soft (or saggy) and we really are two flyweights! The pillows were extremely soft, so we needed several pillows on top of each other - even though we ticked a pillow selection in advance in the online questionnaire. Bathroom: the ventilation was not audible and unfortunately very weak. Since the toilet is not separated from the rest of the bathroom - no door - this is quite impractical ...
Wellness:
The indoor pool is relatively cool. The outdoor pool is unfortunately much cooler because it is a (second) sauna pool, which is only communicated in the hotel (unfortunately not on the website etc.). It is also very small, as many competitors have significantly larger and warmer outdoor pools.
Eat:
The breakfast was really very good, even if some egg dishes and waffles had a long wait on Saturday morning. Lunch buffet: a lot of choice, but unfortunately the taste was absolutely not convincing on both days. Other hotels offer less here, which then also tastes better. Dinner: sometimes very good dishes, a soup on the first evening was too salty, some courses were "boring" in taste - I'm sorry, but that cannot be assessed differently in comparison.
Service:
It was very quiet on Thursday, but other guests and we were seated in the somewhat sparse "standard room" - completely unnecessary in my opinion, there are many much nicer ones that were practically empty. One bartender also said that it gets crowded, especially at meetings and on weekends. Unfortunately, we were not offered a change or a selection, and you know how it is: when you sit down, you just sit there and don't even ask for an implementation for 2 evenings. Luckily we were very early to eat on Friday evening, and the first 3 courses were served quickly. After the main course, however, we had to wait 15 minutes before we could reach our service staff again to communicate and even after ordering the dessert, it took almost 30 minutes to wait. We haven't had to experience anything like this before! (And it is also of no use if you can see a long line at the entrance, the guests do not suddenly fall from the sky). Since it is obviously known that there is a lot going on at the weekend, it could and should be handled differently in organizational terms!
"Special experiences":
In the self-service area at lunch, my girlfriend and I were talking about the topic of drinks / service (because most of the tables are not set and we had the misfortune of not catching any service staff once - on a rarely visited Thursday) it calls out "Hello, do you need help?" by a service employee 5 meters away. That was a bit strange, because he was still waiting there and due to my maybe too good upbringing I went to meet him so as not to scream about the buffet ... Unfortunately, the next evening, my birthday, we had the same service employee at the table, who unfortunately did not congratulate me - although my birthday was announced in the house mail. Actually a nice idea, but the staff should be informed accordingly and act accordingly. In the morning we were offered champagne, but it was still too early for us and refused with this reason. Unfortunately we were not offered the sparkling wine again for lunch or in the evening, a shame. A birthday cake or something similar unfortunately we did not receive it!
From our point of view, the Krallerhof is unfortunately not recommended, it is worth comparing here and spending a much nicer holiday elsewhere for this price. South Tyrol in particular has much more class and value for money to offer!

I've been to the Krallerhof several times with my husband.
So really a real luxury hotel.
We'll be back at the beginning of March. I am particularly looking forward to the Nitsch relaxation room. A real cultural pleasure. These pictures are just great. Food, rooms, service, wellness area, everything was very nice.

The team here is outstanding. We had Our wedding here, and it was perfect. The team helped us organize everything, they went above and beyond to ensure we had our perfect day. The food is excellent. We had a buffet and enjoyed every dish. These servers were attentive and made good drinks.
Sandra Kaule really did a wonderful job with our wedding. We highly recommend the hotel krallerhof!

The hotel is great, but: should you want to use the Spa, be aware of the fact that they are not operating as normally. While they say they are, the fact is that the Saunas do not offer any "Aufguss" as precautionary measure due to Covid-19. The place is great but you need to understand that you would pay 45 Euro for the daily access without things being "normal".

A beautiful hotel with very friendly, courteous staff. The food was great, the rooms spacious and very clean. We had a 3-day seminar and if at all there were only luxury problems like orientation difficulties because the hotel is so big or a few minutes waiting time at the lunch buffet. The seminar room was well equipped and we had a direct view of the mountains. A dreamlike setting for vacations, excursions and seminars. The buffets were plentiful and the choice of bar drinks in the evening was plentiful. We would love to come back.
