The hotel has an excellent location - a highly motivated and professional team.
The host family has created a house - where you feel at home.

Even in times of Covid19 - absolutely recommendable and a safe place to relax.

The mixture of modern and traditional is very successful, wellness is top, cuisine at its best and service in all areas very hard-working. This is our reference in the field of wellness hotels.

Great hotel. The food was very good. A lot of choice at breakfast. Very cozy. Mega suites. 50m next to the ski slope.

Only the lifeguard could have adjusted his tone a bit. As a guest I didn't feel well treated.

Still 5 stars for the rest of the, really friendly staff.

Top price-performance! We really enjoyed the days at the Krallerhof. The culinary offer was particularly excellent. Meat eaters and vegetarians are thought of here. The staff stood out for their warm, authentic friendliness. The wellness facilities were attractive, modern and clean. Absolutely family friendly. Clear recommendation!

I think we were guests at the Krallerhof for the f...

I think we were guests at the Krallerhof for the fifth time in the last 12 years. We found the six nights very pleasant this time too. The overall concept is consistent and very professional. The food is very good and the rooms (suite) have been unchanged for years, but still very nice. A paradise for children and parents can relax without worrying. The staff make an effort and are mostly very friendly and courteous. However, due to the shortage of skilled workers, it is now evident that not all employees have absolute identification with the company, but "only" work there. The location and the connection to the ski area is impressive. The planning for New Year's Eve was sensational. Great praise! Our table waiter "Calin" should also be highlighted during our stay!

Why only three stars now? Due to the many years of experience with the hotel, we can also name points of criticism. Some things have changed rather negatively here. These relate to the price / performance ratio and direct contact with guests. The above In my opinion, positive aspects are a matter of course for a price category> 1000 per night in our case. What really bothered us was the different ways we deal with the guests. Here, imaginative selection is made and annual "regulars" are particularly caressed. Basically no problem, but when the senior manager comes by the table and says "Hello" for a moment and then goes to the next table and says effusively "It's nice to see you back" and lets herself in for a five-minute chat, the question arises as to whether we are not worth it. Another example: on New Year's Eve a photographer was on site to take photos of guests. I asked the photographer about his lack of interest in taking photos, why he doesn't take photos of us? The answer was "only certain guests are photographed"! Ok - accepted, but a "treat". Checking out was a bit strange. We got a jam jar for free. Other guests, however, got a small bottle (content not known) on top. We were cashed in the classic way. Other guests were offered an option to make a reservation for the coming year. We would still have expected an e-mail about how our stay was, after all e-mails were sent in advance as "appetizers". The list of invoices seems confusing and cannot be quickly verified. Here I would like to have a guest account in order to have an overview of the current costs at any time. Unfortunately, I forgot my iPad in the hotel room. Information followed. Super. But the processing for the return to me was exhausting and with over 30 (standard shipping) also relatively expensive. An external company is commissioned here, which of course charges the collection etc. separately. Of course I understand the effort involved in lost and found items and their return, but a hotel in this price category should handle it a bit more personally, especially since three days passed after our departure before my work tablet went on the trip to me. Conclusion: everything great, everything great, gladly again! But the hotel management should make sure that professionalism is not at the expense of CRM and that profit is not too clearly in the foreground. We would have gladly expressed this criticism on site. Unfortunately, we were neither bid farewell by the restaurant manager nor contacted by the hotel management. Perhaps here, too, a suggestion to send a short feedback form to the guests during their stay. Greetings to Leogang and maybe see you soon!

We were two and were looking forward to the accommodation. Once there, we inquired about our pre-booked massages. Unfortunately, these could not be done as originally booked, why, we do not know yet. Arrived in the room, we had the foul smell of mold and therefore we booked again at short notice and made us in another hotel a wonderful weekend.
The hotel is not recommendable! Lifted; unfriendly and unreasonable staff

Basically a really nice and modern hotel, far exceeding what I was hoping for. Great wellness staff and very friendly staff in principle. Nice room and a lot for wellness. Great breakfast buffet and a lot of choice. The only thing that my partner and I didn't really like was the service in the evening, although everyone was nice and the salad buffet was great, but it took forever and we were always early because we sometimes got the food later than Guests who came after us and we are not slow eaters by any means :) only apparently they did not pay so much attention to our table and therefore the food was delayed for longer waiting times.
For me, dinner is the most important because it is best remembered and you should leave the restaurant with a great feeling, but we personally felt rather frustrated. Still to be recommended, but the dinner didn't convince us.

Very friendly staff. I stayed here for a wellness holiday but didn t like it. A sauna had tv in it. Another sauna had two colored screens playing water and bird sounds very loudly. I could not relax at all. The whole hotel had irritating color lights in the ceiling everywhere, in relax rooms in sauna, in lobbies, in our room.

Very nice hotel, great location and very friendly and courteous staff. The journey through Tyrol is the beginning of relaxing days. The hotel combines beautifully modern with traditional. The view of the mountains is beautiful. Perfect starting point for many hikes that are led from the hotel. Common mushroom hikes and many possibilities of MB tours. The local mountains, the Asitz with 1914m height offers a lot of culinary delights for young and old. Driving downhill hotspot.

Hotel in a great location, friendly staff, helpful, great.
The hotel room was ok, our room was about 100m away from Krallerhof, in the Weitblick building. The room has a balcony, but the mattresses were so hard that I got back pain the first night and woke up all the time, no relaxation. After my comment, I immediately got a pad on my mattress, which I thought was very good and this enabled me to sleep through the night.

Of all the top hotels in which I was allowed to stay until now is the Krallerhof by far the number 1! Despite its impressive size, it still feels like being in a small family hotel. There is absolutely nothing that would not justify the 5 stars.

visited in november of 2018. this hotel rivals many other 5 star hotels. exceptionally clean, extremely hospitable and totally encapsulate the clean traditional vibe of Austria and Salzburg. could not recommend this to anyone, who is seeking a retreat or relaxing weekend away - more. this family run business is doing an exceptional job. Also, Roland the masseuse is amazing.

An amazing hotel! The price is not small especially because it is calculated per person and not room. BUT: the color suites are a visual treat. Everything is in top condition and the cleaning ladies do their job very well! Everything about food was great. For winter sports enthusiasts in a convenient location, the elevator is not 10min away and there are equipment in and next to the hotel offered. The biggest highlight for me was the wellness area. Just huge and beautifully designed. A variety of saunas, steam room and pools are offered. There are many quiet rooms with fantastic views. Towels as many as needed ... a dream. Pass by and convince yourself :-)

The restaurant didn't even deserve a star. Soups, onion roast and Wienerschnitzel are a disaster in terms of taste.
It tastes like ready-made meals are used for the most part (buijon, roast sauce, etc.).
Service is friendly and good.

Was a great stay again. Very friendly and attentive staff. Wellness and massage top. Gala menu (roe deer fillet, mushroom essence, scallop, Bellini sorbet and beef filet) worth at least one cap. There is a star deduction, since the formerly wonderful view from the swimming pool on the Birnhorn was installed (how can you)!

Great hotel that blends in perfectly with the perfection of the area. Family-run and therefore, unique, built with attention to detail.

In addition to excellent service, exceptionally clean rooms, a highly furnished, modern ambience, the culinary variation for everyone is the absolute highlight.
Relaxed atmosphere with rural flair is always sweetened by the hotel's wellness area.

All in all: a vacation for the mind and body.
