Can't buy Thermomix add-ons in Poland, while they are available in other country stores. Polish customer service cannot do anything about it, has no idea when accessories will be available and denies the possibility to pre-order. Polish e-shop solution? "Please visit our website regurarly to check if it is available, but be quick because new batches sell out in one day". Complete lack of logistics for a branch of company which claims to be premium brand. Unfortunately german e-shop does not allow cross-border shipment. Small thing, big dissapointment in Thermomix brand.

I call at 17.30 and wait more than 5 minutes for a consul's report and nothing, then I find out that "all our consultants are ... busy" because they call customers from all over Poland satisfied with having a reliable device for the price of the used car. It is a pity that if the consultant stops being busy, he does not call back to the client who could not get through. In the end, it is the company "Vorwerk Polska. Sale of the device, and occasionally service and replacement for new ones?" should take care of a good self-image ...

I do not recommend, it's a shame that every 2 years you pay for defects of the device worth over 5k zlotys. It's a waste of time, nerves and money. I do not think I should pay for repairs every 2 years of the same, it probably shows that the device has some factory defect, and I do not break it using it normally.

I bought a toy through the thermomix online store, the first time I got it opened, scratched and dirty. I advertised, got the next one opened and scratched. I received information that they are sorry and will eventually exchange for a new unopened one. I waited 10 days and gets information that the toy is in good condition !!!! The company's policy is to stuff everything you can. Dirty, scratched - never mind if they sell! I am asking you at the hotline if she would give such a gift to a child and there is silence !! I strongly advise against this company !! Incompetent people, they don't know what's going on, only the rules beat on the phone.

Termomix broke after 5 months of use.

Termomix broke after 5 months of use.
The weight stopped working in it;
I have completed the complaint form with the appropriate annotation that I do not agree to repair the goods, only exchange for a new one and I will deliver the goods personally.

First Vorwerk sent me a courier to collect the goods ...
I delivered the goods - and on the application form in the colors of the rainbow - THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT AGREE TO BE REPAIRED;
On a good day I got the information that the Service was commissioned to examine the equipment from every possible angle and preferably with photographic documentation.
It sounded a bit like I would at least want to extort from them working equipment for which I paid the price of a used car oO
Later, without informing me about anything, Vorwerk stated that the product is in good working order and I don't know what I mean by enclosing the letter in the email.
In the letter, of course, the information that the reason for the complaint and the fact that it works is incorrect operation of the power supply and that after replacement it underwent appropriate tests ...

(First - Vorwerk lied to me good morning saying that the repair was not done, where in the letter itself such information was given ...)

To the question about my claim - they graciously answered after almost 7 days that ... well, after all, the replacement is disproportionate to the cost of repair and if you want it we will return the goods with a damaged power supply - and what you wanted, i.e. replacement for a new one is not and foch with bang ...

A beautiful approach to the client, who pays almost 5,000 for "reliable equipment".

I remind you dear Vorwerkowcy - it is the CUSTOMER who decides about the form of the warranty claim - YOU can at most DO NOT AGREE and ask the Customer if he wants repairs in this connection.

Your level of service is pathetic and incompetent.
