We travel a lot in the Alps. We have already visit...
We travel a lot in the Alps. We have already visited many houses from South Tyrol to Tyrol. The Krallerhof was once one of the best hotels in the region. However, this seems to be a thing of the past.
In contrast to the hotel's own Kralleralm, the food in the hotel tasted rather bland. The hotel staff is sometimes hectic, sometimes inattentive and not really happy to accept criticism.
If you set the tables with cotton gloves, then the cutlery should also be clean and polished.
Some of the drinks ordered lasted forever. The order was taken and instead of doing this promptly, the tables in the other areas were cleared away in peace.
We had booked because of the consistently positive reviews but apparently our standards are too high. Definitely no repetition for us.
