Nice ambience...
Slow service.
Bad treatment....

I never go in this hotel. But according to me nice hotel and i go here in down side a big bazar mall.

The hotel having good ambiance and rooms, size is also good, nicely decorated, had a pleasent stay for 2 nights, hotel is located on the Tonk Road and easily approachable, not far away to airport.

I have some observations, since I visited early and left my bag at reception, when in the evening I came and checked in the room, I made atleast 4 calls to bring my bag in the room but evertime a new person received my call at front desk and it took 30 mins to send my bag in the room, I found the tea kettle cover broken and informed housekeeping but no action taken for replacement.

However the food served in the restaurent is of excellent quality. Staff is also very good at front desk.

Excellent hotel, service and position. Particularly liked the supermarket and small department store on the premises. Would recommend .

It is a nice place to hangout with your family. Great ambience and even better food.

We visited this place for sunday brunch and it was really an amazing experience. They really had a satisfying menu also a serperate kids corner so that kids can also enjoy.
They have brunch on Sunday only so that you can spend a good time with family other days they only have breakfast and dinner.
Food is also really well and tasty also live counters fir chaat and Italian food also.
Really a nice place and a must visit too.

Overall Experience - DISAPPOINTING
I went there for Breakfast ,half of the buffets items which were on the menu was not there (Bakery Items ,South Indian Dishes) for which we planned to go there. Altough Pav Bhaji was super tasty ,Service and Ambience was Average . WASTE OF MONEY (As per my experience)

They should change their name to Five Points by Sheraton because their service was five stars. We stayed here for four nights and were delighted. Reception staff were all lovely and welcoming. We also got a free room upgrade. They even wrote down all tourist locations for us to visit and explained how long each site would take and things to do around them. We had booked pre-paid breakfast and it was amazing every day. We were approached at least 3 times during each sitting to ask about our stay and to get feedback for their food. I thought that was very special. Every day someone called to ask how we were liking our stay, and if they could being us anything to make it better. Mr. Sanju introduced himself as the Indian foods chef and his exceptional customer service is much appreciated. Mr. Prashant and Mr. Rakesh were also very kind to check on us every now and then at the breakfast table. PLEASE STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I really do recommend it. What an amazing experience.

The staff is pretty nice and hospitable. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and equipped with all amenities. Only downside is the issue with early check-ins. If you really need a specific kind of room, it may take some time depending on availability.

i am seriously shocked today as i made a booking in your hotel where i was speaking to Mr Naman who was dealing with me for confirming me the reservation of Rooms. I was not having credit card so they directed me to make the booking via online i did. Now my guest Mr Gh Hassan was looking for Breakfast and dinner for this concern i called the hotel where i been used as a toy by transferring the calls from one person to another and finally i spoke to Naman Front office who just abuse and behaves like he was not in a five star hotel but running a Wine shop. I am seriously disappointed....

I booked a club room at Sheraton for 4 nights. Compared to the club room that Ramada offers around the same price point, Sheraton offers very less amenities. Rooms are good but could have been better. The wooden flooring is chipped at various places. No bathtub. TV channel guide is very wierd and channels such as Star Movies, HBO are unsubscribed which is funny since Jaipur does attract a lot of foreign tourists. Also, the booking site mentioned INR 500 spa credit per stay which in hotel lingo means per night. But the overall credit the management offered me was worth 500 only. Overall, not coming back here.

This place is very beautiful. I felt there peace & mildly rest.

Extremely disappointing. This is a mall hotel that doesnt deserve to be categorized as a five star. the Airconditioning doesnt work. The staff is EXTREMELY helpful and good HOWEVER they have no control on such issues. during covid the guests were seen roaming around without masks. Outside food isnt allowed and we were scared to go into the restaurant with people roaming around without masks everywhere. terrible experience

The hotel is nothing like a Sheraton property. The reception staff is impolite & incompetent to say the least. The hotel rooms are not cleaned and sanitized properly. The staff is non cooperative. The hotel is located near a non functional mall and has a shady parking area.

Absolutely terrible service. Found a used condom in my supossedly sanitised and safe room. Never visit here. Very unsafe and bad experience.

It's very beautiful and calm place where you can relex they also have restorent so u can eat whatever you want . It's little costly but u can pay that extra for little bit more comfort.

My favourite place to stay in Jaipur. It's little expensive, but it really is worth. Breakfast is amazing. Rooms are extremely neat and room service is very good. It's close to airport.

It's bit disappointing by 5 standards. Also the staff isn't very responsive. The breakfast spread is decent, however I've seen a few 3 hotel's having better spreads- same goes for the staff service response as well. All in all I'd say pretty average.

I have stayed with many 5 star hotels like Taj ,Marriott , ITC , Radisson couple of times . J have heard a lot about Four Points By Sheraton group . But to my surprise it was not at all up to the mark . I always book suite room as my daughter is less than 2 years , so that we can make her sleep in one room and we couple can enjoy some television and talk in other room . In dining area or lobby area there is no phone . You have to walk all the way to your bed side to call them or recieve call . Food was not at all good and servie is very very very slow . I asked for raw vegetables for my daughter as I have steamer that I carry always to steam them . Even that was send in 25 minutes . Suite room size is quite small and furniture and couch is also not that comfortable . And only washroom in suite room so your spouse have to wait . In all and all I didn't felt like 5 star stay anyhow . Disappointed

Nice stay. Good food with good service. Staff are very supportive. Rooms are neat and clean. Only problem we had with parking. Open parking so vehicle get dirty.

We are still to check out tomorrow morning, but till now we loved our stay. Room is big and cozy, bathroom too is clean and big but no bathtub. Staff is friendly and always available on a call. Swimming pool has a good view and they serve above average buffet breakfast.
