Super Hotel to be Neat and clean with all amenities and great food and beer

Poor food quality, un-professional staff and chargeable Wi-Fi in all a horrible experience.

I wish I could rate in negative. I had horrible experience with Sheraton. I had booked suite for some special occasion and on arrival they declined telling suite isn't available. Although I had spoken to them an hour before arriving and they lied telling room is all ready. We had lunch arranged and to my Surprise 5 star hotel serves paneer Which is stinking. I can't describe what I felt booking them please guys don't go with this hotel for your any purpose.

So I stayed in this hotel for 2 days while I was in Jaipur with my friends and I must stay, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay! The staff made us feel welcomed and provided best services to us. We really liked their dinner boufet, had a lot of options to choose from. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. We all loved our stay , a must try!

Excellent hotel, comfortable with great breakfast and restaurant. Across the street there is the Big Bazaar, an excellent market with several departments in Jaipur.

I came to India for a 3 week vacation which was subsequently ruined by contracting Swine Flu during a deadly outbreak in the county, I contracted it in New Delhi before arriving to Jaipur, but it caught up with me there. The only thing that made this trip positive for me was the AMAZING staff at this hotel. I was sick for 3 days in my room (before I found out it was swine flu) where I was treated by a doctor before being transferred to a hospital to be quarantined and treated for Swine Flu for 5 more days. While sick this staff went to the pharmacy for me to get medicine that the doctor had prescribed me, whenever I encountered a staff member they all asked how I was feeling, if they could do anything to make me more comfortable, wished me well.....it really made a difference in my morale. The most unbelievable part, once I had positive test results for Swine Flu and moved to the hospital....they called to check on me! Knowing that the hospital wasn't going to have the best food, they sent over food from the restaurant FOR FREE! I heard from them a few times while I was hospitalized and it really touched my heart and had a huge impact, I suddenly didn't feel so alone, felt like I had a friend in town that I could turn to if I needed something. Upon returning back to the hotel after being released, it was more of the same, smiles, well wishes, concerned staff asking how I was feeling, it felt like I was returning home to friends and family. They had held my room for me, and all my stuff was still there, held it for 5 days!

This is the most amazing experience I've EVER had at any Starwood property, and I've stayed at dozens all over the world. Being a Platinum SPG for years now, I think that I've come to learn the ins and outs of hotels, and I can tell when a hotel is doing what's expected of them, what's above standard, below standard, and what's done unnecessarily above and beyond what's required of them. This hotel, apart from being clean, nice, and with great amenities, simply has staff that are GOOD AND CARING people. They are not there just to do their job, they are good people who happen to be working. They didn't have to check on me, or send me food, or go to the pharmacy to get me medicine, they did it because they cared, and that is rare, if not impossible, to find these days in someone who is not friends or family, but I found it here.

This review is simply not enough to express my gratitude, but hopefully others who read this will see that although you may find more expensive or fancier hotels in Jaipur (and I stayed at a VERY fancy hotel in Jaipur before this one), or the world for that matter, there is no price you can assign to the level of service, friendliness, compassion, and care that a staff adds to your stay somewhere. This hotel should be booked to capacity EVERY NIGHT because of the service they deliver, although I hope they have at least one room available when I come back to visit please! If you book here, and you should, tell them the American with Swine Flu sent you, and please say hi to everyone and tell them I'll be back.

Great food great service just awesome must stay here if in jaipur

everything is simply amazaing, whether food and hospitality. The breakfast menu is simply awesome and full of varities from local food to other states legacies as well. we enjoyed our stay.
The staff people are very co-operating and ready to help at ny point of time. Specailly thanks to Hotel Restaurant manger who keep checked and advised us to go for this and that, chefs are also very good and served mouth watering cuisines.

yes one thing is there, spa is very costly

Rooms are a little bit smaller. But otherwise good facilities and service.

Except for food... The arrangements were dismal for the conference attended. Food was just great

The night staff wakes me up at 11:30 pm to know if my room is single occupancy or 2 people ! I thought that was total rudeness when I was staying there 2 nights ! Staff could managed it to know next day or at checkout time ! I would not stay there again !

There are many reasons to consider it an average hotel:
In buffet there was no variety and no taste in the food. What was most annoying during my stay was that bird flu was spread around but they kept on serving chicken in all meals with no exception, may be because of being cheaply available. It gave me the feeling of them being wreck less in caring about the health of customers.
There is no view of the hotel, u get to see local s terrace with clothes hanging which destroys yr mood. It s no where like the pics in the website.

This hotel is surely a good to go but outside food is not allowed and I haven't tasted it's food so I can't say.

Standard hotel. Well located. Good service but with poorly maintained facilities.

A little out of the way from the main area. Little bit outdated. Service still needs work. Staff can be pushy and I found most of them had a hard time understanding and speaking English. Which made things like ordering coffee frustrating.

It was amazing stay at the property. Welcome and service was brilliant. Very easy check in and no hustle

So we went there on our anniversary it was nice. Staff was really helpful and very nice... buffet was delicious too over all a very warm and happy experience.

Best food and location.Go for breakfast and dinner package.

The room is good, and the hotel is behind the shopping mall it easy to walk.
