Far from Sheraton standards, you have to wait hours for everything and they keep nothing in rooms.

The Veiw from room is awesome.
The breakfast, lunch and the dinner is super tasty I love it

A wonderful oasis with an excellent restaurant that serves indian as well as western courses. The rooms are modern, large and clean and there's even a pool and spa. Great palce to relax after a day of adventure.

I didn't felt that I was in 5 Star property. there was no one to attend guest . safety standard wasn't properly followed . Poorly trained staff. noise was coming from kitchen . guest asked for finger bowl to which they (hotel staff) replied 'usko bol ghar jaa k hath dho' to waiter in such high tone that even that guest heard that and left from there. One employees (Miss Geeta) she's wiping cutlery on restaurant making unnecessary noise . pathetic

Yesterday I called at Eatery around 8.15 pm the female staff received call and I requested to avail coupon deal she refused that this is not available on any day.
I just conveyed then please withdraw such offers as it is mis leading to Customers then she handed over call to Male senior colleague and he even refuse to share his identity and was very rude and unprofessional.

The experience was unpleasant and feeling sorry about CRM of Marriot group.
Team require rigorous training and lot to do on their attitude.

Good hotel. Lobby is very small. But staff are too good. Well behaved, very much helpful. One must visit this hotel with family.

Loved it. The hotel is fairly basic compared to the Hilton or other American hotels in Jaipur, but what made this hotel one of the best ones during my time in India was its restaurant; the food is amazing and if you have any questions, the chef comes to your table to speak with you and explain Indian recipes and flavours. Also non-guests can eat at the restaurant.

The eatery was really good , this combined with excellent room service, Mesmerising view from the room of the pink city and a swimming pool at 4th floor makes the overall experience really good. Worth a visit if you're in Jaipur

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days from 5-10 June. Services were awesome and breakfast at the eatery is very nice. A staff member Suman is very helpful at the eatery. Everyday my children went for breakfast .Suman and Arun look after them and provide them all things. Overall hotel is best hotel except tv. There are 20 channels in the hotel and no Hd Chanel in tv. Improve tv channel quantity.

I attended a birthday lunch on 3rd floor . The food arrangements were too crowded . Also the quality of food was average . Chicken was particularly poor

Without a doubt a great place to stay. Good warm staff who help you get through the nitty-gritty. Very comfortable rooms. Do check the the mini bar after getting in as they maybe used, so it's better to be sure about it. The food at restaurant is hygenic and very tasty. Very Warm attendents.

Room size, breakfast, Hotel Staff and prompt services are all what made my stay wonderful here.

First room had smoking smell and when we sat on the toilet seat it broke. We got a new room after that. It was great it had a nice scenery Too. Beds were very comfy. We went to the restraunt to eat, the food was delicious.

Rooms are spacious..offers complimentary driver accomodation..food and location is average..hotel is behind an operational mall and below a flyover which sometimes leads to trouble while entering hotel.

Worst hotel to stay! I got scammed booking their room. The initial room allotted had a malfunctioning Aircon making consistent noise. On calling the front desk, they told that they do not have a different room at first, but after half an hour they allotted another room. And, while entering this room, I noted housekeeping personnel cleaning the room without wearing mask. They just asked me to check in and gave me a dummy key just to switch on the electricity. Because of this, I had to wait for an hour worrying whether my check in is complete and have I made a good choice. This is a perfect example of bad customer service and no one is ready to apologise for this jeopardy. An advice to fellow travellers- this property is not even worth last resort. Please choose wisely!

I stayed here for 2 nights in suite on 6th floor staff is extremely welcoming and helpful As i was traveling with my toddlers i always need extra service, which i got, room service were fast, staff of Gym and spa were very kind to take care of my toddler,food was on ok side as its always in every high end holtels as there menu is made for Abroad guests
