It is essential to reserve the underground car park in advance and not usable for long cars (A6, E-Class), in the foyer there is a grumble in the evening because of the adjoining smoking lounge,
Staff very friendly, breakfast buffet 1A, wellness area very good, the water slide in the inner courtyard is mega !!!!

An excellent hotel in the center of Hamburg. The SPA is highly recommended, as well as the slide that leads from the 6th floor to the pool of the 2nd.

Buffet and wellness oasis in addition to the cozy rooms for a great feel-good atmosphere. In the evening a nightcap at the in-house cocktail bar with live piano music is highly recommended.

Big shortcoming is the lack of air conditioning at a supposedly 4 star hotel. We stayed 3 nights in July in this hotel. It was unbearably warm in the room. With the window open you have a noise as on the median strip of a 8 lane motorway. With the window closed it is unbearably warm. So you have the choice between plague and cholera. Overall, the impression of the house came down and used up! The spa in the spa area was broken the whole time. The announced live piano music in the bar did not exist. The TV was broken, without TV but also no wireless key !! So move to another room! It is promised a lot, but nothing kept!
Conclusion: stale house with partly friendly, but partly indifferent staff.
Too expensive for this service!

You can see the main train station from the main entrance, so nicely central.
The hotel is nice and the delicious breakfast fully lives up to other reviewers' comments.
If you need a good spa hotel we would highly recommend this.

Were amazed! Round birthday celebrated. To chill and relax in Gaaaanz great atmosphere. Price is good if there is no event in HH. The attached restaurant does not match the ambience of the hotel. Yes, not through. Liver dumpling soup delicious! But .... there is enough around the corner in the long line. The employee in the Spar did not know the prices and the contents of the offers. Will definitely book again. The slide is the blast. Thanks for the friendly staff.

An old but very nice hotel for people who like old original interiors.
The staff was super helpful and friendly. The wagon master at the entrance to the underground car park is an original and is definitely part of the inventory.
The coffee was delicious and dss was definitely not my last visit.

What can you say have a great spa to relax but also fun. Very courteous staff I felt comfortable around there.

Very good, big hotel at the main station. Modern and well furnished rooms. The highlight is the wellness wing on five floors with swimming pool, several saunas, relaxation lawns and roof terrace. On the ground floor there is a large bar and a Bavarian (Paulaner) restaurant. Attention, the house consists of several parts of the building and is terribly nested, so you may have to take long paths and many small stairs in purchase. Due to its capacity, it is also used by tour groups.

Super located directly at the bus station Hamburg ZOB where Flixbus arrives. Many practical useful things in the room such as socket on bed and network cable and wireless internet. Makes professional leadership impression

Location of the hotel is okay, just behind the main train station. Rooms are quiet, big and clean. Breakfast was always delicious. Curtains were old and gray, curtains were new. On the original homepage I had booked a pitch, at the front desk you wanted to know nothing more. Also suitable only for higher vehicles, entrance is extremely steep and therefore was not suitable for my C-Class with standard suspension. Too bad, would have also cost 22 euros per day.

Great location in front of the main train station in Hamburg ... Rooms are two types of small rooms just a bed and bathroom. And rooms a little bigger .. The treatment is good .. but the possibilities of the hotel is modest .. The purpose is fulfilled in the absence of another place ..

Super nice and pleasant hotel. In addition to a great breakfast including a cook, plenty of space to sit and relax .. an extra smoking area .. plus mega spa area with clean saunas, large swimming pool and one of the hottest and fastest slide (over several floors).

Rooms are spacious, the breakfast offers a good selection. Unfortunately, the service is extremely slow, if very friendly and the sauna area loveless

Nice reception at reception by friendly staff. Got a super big nice single room that lacked nothing. Nice clean furniture, lovely bed, large swivel TV, which I could either see from a cozy corner arrangement or lie in bed and see. Mini bar large closet with safe. Great bathroom everything was tip top. Huge breakfast buffet all that your heart desires. Sweet and friendly service. Everyone helped make my stay a great hamburger experience. I'll be back soon.

The hotel has a Perfect location for exploring Hamburg with its proximity to Hauptbahnhof, S-bahn and buses. Nice rooms, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Easy and good with valet parking in the city center

Have a rate including use of the hotel "Eurotherme" booked. Dumb only if this is closed without notice at the time of booking the entire stay. So I paid for hotel equipment that was not available. On friendly demand you were abgewimmelt the staff in a bumpy way - customer service looks different!

For the weekend of Schlagermove we got this luxury hotel for the same price (150 the double room), as were the cheap chain hotels. For the garage we were praised that we had reserved before. So I definitely recommend that. A friendly valet parking service will pick up your car and drive it into the garage for you, where it will be safely parked. You will receive a ticket for public transport at check-in.
All in all, the hotel had a few minor flaws and it was a pity that the jacuzzi and one of the 4 saunas were out of order, but otherwise it was perfect. The service was super friendly. We were able to extensively use the pool, the slide and the saunas. A big plus was that you had mineral water in the room and in the sauna area available. In addition, an open tour between the sauna sessions for a breath of fresh air. The breakfast was also gigantic: salmon, fresh honey from the honeycomb, fruit, minced meat, waffles, cake ..... and very attentive waiters.

The breakfast is luxurious, it has a sauna, jacuzzi and heated pool, and you receive a public transportation voucher during your stay, which is a great convenience. Reasonable price. Nice hotel located next to the central station. The rooms are modern but are missing any air-conditioning/ventilation. The wellness area is especially great. Surprising to have such a thrilling waterslide in a hotel. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was a welcome addition to overall excellent experience.

The breakfast is very good with a very large selection.
The room was a bit old. Shower and blankets in particular should be revised if necessary. The ceilings in the hallways and in the bathroom really didn't look nice anymore.
The spa area was also pretty good.
The fact that some areas and such as saunas or slides are not available at all times should be made clearer than just in the brochure on the sideboard.
We found it extremely unfortunate that the whirlpool was defective and that it was not written anywhere.
And the miserable single beds in the double rooms are annoying, as they always slide apart.

If staying in Hamburg then this hotel is our first choice.

Once again we were in Hamburg for three days and in our "favorite hotel"!
We had booked a comfort double room for 220 a night, with the request for a room facing the Kirchenallee.
Our request was granted, but I had and still have the impression that this room was not in the "comfort" category because of its small size. I also noticed that it was the same room that I had booked in a lower category the last time I visited. When I asked, they tried to explain to me shortly after checking in that the rooms were "cut" differently and that I would have liked a room with a view towards Kirchenallee, but none of that convinced me. However, I or my wife and I left it at that.

Clean room, very good breakfast and friendly staff.
