The room was fine, the swimming pool superbe and the breakfast great. As God is in the detail: have things like toothpaste for free if a guest forgets his, have coffee and tea facilities somewhere and have a menu for room service in the rooms.

Stayed here for three nights. OK but very noisy despite closed windows.
Breakfast was very good. For the bathroom we would have liked to have a towel on the floor a new had. Unfortunately not. In the bar, unfortunately, no draft beer. A big compliment to the .Mitarbeiter.des house to make an effort. The bookings Ohnsorg and city tour works very well. lg

Centrally located but still very quiet. Very good breakfast buffet and friendly service staff. Unfortunately, one notices the age of the house here and there.

A top hotel right on the train station, price performance is right. You not only get a lot for your money, but you feel very well.

Our stay: 5.12. - 7.12. 2016th
The room was, as announced, from 15:00 o'clock available. It was spacious, clean and a 4 star standard.
Small signs of wear on the door frame, a small stain on a chair and a badly functioning drain plug in the sink barely diminished the overall impression of the room.
The breakfast was ok, but was not above the quality, the variety and the presentation of other 4 star hotels.
Friendly staff, nice ambience in the lobby and the hotel bar complete the positive impression.
Due to the optimal location at the train station we would book the hotel again.

Probably the friendliest hotel in Hamburg - or even anywhere? I haven't stayed in all Hotels in Hamburg, but I have stayed in quite a few. And along with other hotels in other cities also taken into consideration, I maintain my statement. The ambience in the Hotel is all the way so friendly that you get the feeling of staying as an honoured guest with a loving family. I have dealt with almost every function of staff, from the guys in the garage, the porter, concierge, reception and house cleaning staff - and they are all of the same friendly disposition and polite. And than there is the intriguing blend of styles in the Hotel - partly 1950'es style and partly modern, but all superbly maintained and spic and span everywhere. Just love it, and I keep coming back for more....

Wonderful as always the spa over 7 floors. The water slide in the courtyard went from the 6th floor to the 2nd floor. Fortunately, you can always go up by lift. The rooms were the standard according to good, but the beds too hard (probably different, ask at the front desk), but also the blankets too small. Otherwise very clean, enormously friendly staff.

The room was a little disappointing, when we arrived we first had to look for heaters since it was not preheated. The bathroom was a bit older design and the lamp did not work. The view of the courtyard was not really nice either.

There is no air conditioning, when the temperature goes a bit higher than usual it is awful to be in the rooms with how hot they are.

I liked the free S-Bahn offer and really good sauna area.

Very nice, helpful staff. Cozy rooms and great location! To explore Hamburg really a great starting point with a City Card included.

However, the wellness area is nothing special or not recommended. The seats in the steam room are very uncomfortable, the jacuzzi is out of order and the swimming pool is quite dated with uncomfortable water beds. So if you also type wellness in Hamburg, you'd better go somewhere else.

Very clean hotel. The staff is very friendly, the concierce very helpful. Good transport links, very rich breakfast buffet and many extras included in the price. Definitely recommend, who must spend the night in Hamburg.

I was given a free ticket for local transportation upon arrival. The hotel offers a spa incl. indoor pool. It is located very close to the central station. Unfortunately my room did not have an air conditioning and it was a bit warm - though I did not measure the temperature.

Located just opposite the railway station, good rooms they were not too small, the staff were always nice, nice and really good at explaining and providing information on the places you want to visit, and nice to relax in the swimming pool and their spa and sauna The place is clearly recommended.

First class hotel with a concierge, great breakfast buffet and hearty service. Without ifs and but to be recommended.

Wonderful hotel with a fantastic 4 stories spa and water slide (!). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall excellent value for money, an effortless and non pretentious 5star feeling in this place. Will gladly stay here again anytime when in Hamburg.

I only stayed there one night, but I am totally satisfied with everything. The room was clean, comfortable and not old. The breakfast was delicious, there was enough of everything and was refilled in time. Friendly reception, you can leave your bag locked in a room, even if you have checked out. Good saunas, a big enough swimming pool and a totally cool slide !!! Absolutely recommended. Next time I will stay there too!

The hotel is located opposite the Hamburg main train station and the rooms are depending on which book you high quality equipped I felt comfortable breakfast is inclusive and the sauna was great again

We have been there twice now and every time very satisfied. The hotel is very clean, the rooms tidy, the staff friendly and courteous. At breakfast all expectations are exceeded!

Room good, but not personal, usual hotel standard. Neither brand new nor worn out. Desk and two armchairs with a small table. According to other guests, there should also be renovated rooms, so inquire about them if necessary. No tea, coffee or kettle in the room.

The hotel consists of spacious corridors and levels (after using the elevator there may still be a few steps), but that has almost a charm.

The manual employees were all very friendly, the reception a little less.

Breakfast very good, open late, view of the main station, and a quiet room to the rear that you have to look for a bit. (I can imagine that the breakfast rooms would be very full with 400 guests, but I was there late and we were few guests). Very good selection of tea.



The gentleman who complains about a lack of Nutella below should think about what it means to have a food allergy.

The waitress gave / made me warmed gluten free rolls, soy milk and scrambled eggs without milk.

When checking in I was told that the room had a bathtub; but that was not the case.

The info book in the room said that the spa could also be used on the day of departure. When I checked out, however, the front desk told me that the rule had been changed three weeks ago and that I could only use the spa for free if I was still checked in, "but it only costs 10 euros". But after checking out I went back to the spa where the staff member found my explanation reasonable and let me in for free.

The spa contains fitness machines, a small indoor squash court, saunas, swimming pools, showers, loungers, etc. You get a towel and bathrobe. Everything is spread over many floors, in between you can only get there with a lift. There are not toilets on all levels. So you have to calculate a little more time than expected for visiting the spa. The advantage is that you have a view from above, including a sauna with a view, and that the rooms are quiet. The slide would be great for families with children.

Everything great. Rooms are very clean and big. Prices of the minibar are fair. And the thermal bath in the hotel is also very nice. The slide is great :) Happy again.

Perfect room, very good breakfast, nice bathing landscape. Negative: The Wi-Fi in the room did not work for three days. That the hotel does not have this technically under control is one thing. Worse was the incompetence of the front desk. Only after the fourth complaint something was done. Contrary to my request, I was never once informed, as is the state of affairs. After three days, I requested a written statement regarding the price reduction. Also there was nothing and I had to ask myself again. Finally, I was promised 10% reduction - a bad offer given the fact that I choose a hotel primarily for location and Wi-Fi in the room (so I can work). Finally, I was still deceived: the 10% were not as expected on the total bill, but only for two nights (although the wireless only worked just before the fourth night). It was the second stay in the "European Court", this time full of anger and disappointment.

Superb hotels staff friendly extra spa area remains air conditioning to install.

My wife and I have been looking for a nice hotel for the short time after our wedding to bring us a memorable time in Hamburg. Unfortunately, that did not work. The staff were very friendly and nice, but the decor is from another century and the room had the best of times. From Lackabplatzern to mold in the shower was unfortunately everything available. For the proud price we had to pay for three nights, the hotel is not recommended.

Unfortunately, 3 things were not that great: <br/> 1. Since we like to go to the sauna, we unfortunately had to find out that the steam sauna is out of order and therefore we couldn't use our favorite sauna ... The steam sauna is said to have been out of order for a while, which was unfortunately not mentioned anywhere. <br/> 2. <br/> The whirlpool is also out of order, which was also not stated anywhere, when booking or as information on the website ... <br/> All in all, the wellness vacation was no longer a wellness vacation for us ... <br /> 3. <br/> The hair dryer in our room was broken the first time we used it and the shower head was dirty. All in all, we are disappointed that so much did not work anymore and would therefore rather less want to book the hotel again

It is a hotel that is located near the main station of Hamburg, around the hotel there are red areas. But it is very calm. The hotel has a 4-story-high slide. A great plus, since it is very fun and to climb you have a lift so you do not have to use stairs. You can spend the whole day there, also has spa and showers. Rooms very comfortable and beautiful. The personnel is very friendly. They gave us one more hour to do late check out

I spend 7 nights there. and I really enjoyed it. I strongly recommend it with its euro-theme and its central location.

First of all, of course, it's nothing like before thanks to Corona, but I think the hotel has very good solutions. The location is sensational. Train station 150 meters. Restaurants are less than 50 meters away. Reception and staff very helpful and friendly. The room was big enough very clean. Bathroom without window but with walk-in shower. WiFi very good. Breakfast was served at the table. Conclusion absolutely recommendable at any time.

Chic hotel with its own swimming pool, worth a visit

Very nice hotel with an exceptional location at the central station in Hamburg. Although the hotel is located in the center, you sleep in the comfortable beds quiet and excellent. The breakfast is very good. Staff at the check in was a bit curt, here I would have liked more info. WiFi works very well. A clear recommendation

My wife was there with her sister. The room was relatively dated. Unfortunately, one had to wait a long time for everything. At the bar we waited 20 minutes upon arrival until we were served.
Otherwise everyone was very friendly and tried hard.
The breakfast was especially good.

Everything works and the staff remembers you when you get home and need the key to the room.

Lovely hotel with atmosphere and personality. It is perfectly located for shopping in the city center and all other places can easily be reached by the nearby metro. The hotel staff are all very friendly and accommodating. We can only recommend the hotel. We'll be back soon.

The hotel was very pleasant. Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was extremely good. The room had a double bed and the windows had noise insulation, very pleasant. The only irritation for me was that the shower was not in the bathroom but in the hallway. You have to get used to that.
Will definitely come back.

I had an absolutely amazing stay here. The staff was helpful and friendly. In fact I was greeted by name everytime I came through the lobby! It's close to everything and the room was perfect and clean upon arrival. The breakfast was also a highlight. Do yourself a favor and stay here if you ever find yourself in Hamburg!

The room was clearly worn: iced mini bar, because the fridge door did not close properly; Although a new bathroom, but also after attempting a repair, the glass shower door was so leaking that you put the bathroom under the shower while showering; On one day, the double request for new pocket towels was needed after the used ones were taken away by the room service. 2 days no toothbrush glass in the bathroom. No refilling of beer in the minibar by the housekeeping. Not enough seats at breakfast, so queues; The guests were expected to carry the food selected for breakfast even with a tray down a flight of stairs into a former restaurant room. Low WLan on the 6th floor. Wine selection at the bar in need of improvement, as far as selection and declaration are concerned (for example no indication of the producer for the only Pinot Noir); no snacks at the bar.
The valet service very friendly and courteous but overall the house reached 4 stars only very close.
