I stayed at this refurbished hotel where was formerly known as "Equatorial Hotel" during the Easter holidays with my entire family and it exceeded by far all our expectations. Especially both of parents they enjoyed every second being here as it reminiscing them to their good old days. Not only it is a beautiful hotel, its where you feel at your own home anytime, and service is excellent and personalized at all levels with very friendly staff. Food is great, especially the one served by Nipah restaurant, the hotel is incredible and the room that they assigned me at has a sunrises and sunsets view and they were incredibly breathtaking.

Highly recomended. We will be back for sure.

By far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! From the first moment we arrived with extremely polite and welcoming portiers to an efficient and warm hearted front desk team, we have been treated like kings. The hotel presents itself in a modern but very warm atmosphere with beautiful copper and earth colors. Many details make your stay so comfortable you don t need to think or worry about anything. The staff reads every wish from your lips- just how it should be! We were deeply impressed how service minded, discreet and friendly the entire team was. Huge compliment to the GM and the senior staff. All present throughout the stay making sure everything is running smoothly. Even the Executive Chef himself was standing behind the egg station at breakfast after his long evenings in the fine dining restaurants of the hotel. HATS OFF! We can HIGHLY recommend this hotel for your stay in KL- short- or long stay - business or leisure- you will not regret! Thank you to every single one of the entire team that have made our stay one for a lifetime.

Was dining at nipah earlier this evening, a waiter named Shahril was so attentive. He heard my 4 yr old son was hungry, and immediately served him soup + soft roll. Small act, but big impact. Kudos to him

Superb view at the pool area. Loving the food in nipah especially the satay and cheesecake. Friendly staff welcoming you at the entrance. Will definitely be back again :)

Spacious room with breathtaking view of the city. Excellent dining experience at Nipah. Definitely, EQ live up all the expectations.

Just came here for an events. Really spectacular place. Best serving from their staff. Every five steps they try to assist. Hope got opportunity to stay here and tell all of you the great EQ.

If I could rate EQ higher than five stars, I would. A stunning place to stay and unwind with incredible service, fantastic amenities and the gorgeous Sky 51 Blue bar. I will be back.

Smiling and helpful staff. Great pool etc. Huge foyer, dining area which makes us feel we are outdoors. Located near shopping centres. Great for weddings.

we just have annual dinner, the food as per expected, nice interior. nice, clean prayer room @2nd floor. Not many hotel have a nice and easy access prayer room. most of the hotel have it at basement or far from restaurant. Maybe need consider a nursing room...

Perfectly rebuild to incorporate office suites, diners, hotel and a bank's main branch with good VIP level parking space that does not clutter the driveway like most major hotels.

I stayed in the Premier room and it is so spacious. It even have a bathtub overlooking KL Tower view! The bed is so comfy I didn't want to leave for breakfast but luckily I did cuz the spread was awesome. Will definitely recommend to friends and family to experience EQ!

Throughout my stay at the hotel, you are given an opinion that the entire, and I mean ALL, staff buys in to the service culture the hotel is striving to build up, from the porters, to the front desk, from housekeeping, to the F&B staff etc... every single staff member I had a chance to interact with was not only friendly and polite but gave you genuine warmth and hospitality.
The hotel front desk was also very prompt to identify my needs and knowing I was travelling as a family of six, upgraded one of our rooms so that we can be given two connecting rooms. Knowing also we will be departing on a later flight, allowed us a late check out. Thank you.
Rooms were excellent. From the comfortable beds to the latest blockbuster in house movies, from the nescafe coffee machine to the daily free mini bar etc... Definitely one of the best, if not the best, hotel I have ever stayed in for my holidays! Well done and continue to keep up the good work!

The crews was very friendly and helpful. I feel like that's i was a bit graceful and relaxing. By the end this place was very nice to stay and to doing some activities with family and friends

We had breathtaking views in the morning and night at Sky51. The sky was clear and could see all major landmarks around this Golden Triangle. The night view was AWESOME, lots and lots of colourful light decorating the skyscrapers. AWESOME you must have the diurnal and nocturnal viewing experiences at Sky51

Old iconic hotel refreshed with complete makeover. Classy without being ostentatious. Lovely high ceiling ballroom and efficient banquet service. Impressive.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful time! Excellent service and the staffs were very helpful! Plus, the view of the twin towers from our room was a bonus
