We had our wedding in the hotel yesterday.
The staff is very nice and friendly. The Caffe Bistro Backstein room was cozy and beautiful, the tables looked very nice and the buffet with cakes was delicious, as was the other buffet with hot dishes that was more than delicious, I and my guests can only recommend it. And the best part was the wedding cake which was so delicious and so gorgeous
We had a pleasant "time for two" in the Hotel Centrovital. All booked arrangements were very well organized and implemented, we were always given a friendly welcome and questions were answered at any time. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is very varied. The spa and wellness area also mediates
the feeling of relaxation and calm during corona times. The center of Berlin can be reached quickly and easily by public transport - clear recommendation.
Very nice and clean hotel, great spa area overlooking the lake. Very friendly staff. Clean and big rooms. Fast connection to the airport. Nice restaurants in Spandau in a few minutes by bus. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. The had evrything that we need in the hotel, restaurant, swimingpool, fitnesscenter, wifi n the rooms etc. The breakfast was healthy and good, the fitness center was modern and clean. The rooms were clean with good beds. The location just 10 minutes walk from the Spandau mall and reailwaystation was perfect. The staff were polite, service minded and gave us very good service. Both, we and the children enjoyed our stay.
If we should suggest something to improve, we would suggest that you have big bottles of water in the rooms so the guests don't need to buy it outside. Another improvements is the use og the sauna. Use of the sauna with mix sexes is not something we are used to. We would suggest that you have some hours in days where only men, or the women have access to the sauna.
Wasn't there for the first time as a conference guest and must say the quality of the food has dropped enormously

The stay at Centro Vital was great, we had a good deal for the price, the fitness club the swimming pool the sauna and the breakfast included. The room was modern but unfortunately not with lake view, as it was actually promised. Nevertheless, it was very nice it was clean and we had a view of the courtyard. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff were all very friendly and therefore the stay was very pleasant and can be repeated like ...
A very good hotel in Spandau, which is also easily accessible. The rooms are very well equipped and well maintained. The staff of Hotel centrovital are all very friendly and helpful and lovingly take care of the guests. The breakfast buffet is very varied and has much to offer.
With its location in Spandau, the hotel has a good starting point not to be completely central but close enough to Berlin Mitte. The courage to use public transport is easy to get into the city.
The spa and sports area is absolutely great, unfortunately just a bit overcrowded, as it is used not only for hotel guests but also by local residents. Unfortunately, the swimming pool and the sauna area are really overcrowded at peak times, but otherwise the areas are very nice. The massages in the spa area are great and the staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and attentive.
Dear team from Centrovital, you have been taking care of me for years when I have to be in Berlin. Even if I am completely unannounced in front of you or as last year involuntarily had to spend a weekend without luggage with you. You are always friendly, uncomplicated and fast. Thanks for that. Your house is getting a bit old and I am very sorry that the waffle machine was finally dismantled, but nevertheless you are always the first address for me in Spandau. Best regards and keep it up!
The Hotel Centrovital is a bit out of the way near an airport on the River Havel. The breakfast on the terrace with Havelblick we really liked. Our room was clean and nice. The lobby is also a great sight, there is seating everywhere and 24h is anyone available for questions. At recreational facilities of the hotel we only used the small swimming pool, which we liked very much, as it was not crowded and you could pull its tracks. For a short stay we would definitely recommend the hotel, for longer periods it would be too remote and the traffic too bad.
The hotel is very pleasant, but it is right in the area of the runway of the aircraft. Accordingly, it is quite loud in the area. The hotel itself has insulated windows. Therefore you hardly hear anything in the room!
We booked a spa package including a massage and entry to swimming pools, fitness and saunas. The massage was one of the best i ever experienced, the pool area clean and well maintained. There were quite a lot of swimmers, mostly elderly people. The Sauna however was disappointing as some saunas were closed without notice. The resting area lacked any amenities, neither tea nor drinking water was available which we found very disappointing as we were very thirsty after having spent time sweating. There is no staff, no music, no towels etc. Not what you expect of a 4 star hotel. Changing rooms were far away and the facility reminded more of a public pool than a hotel spa. Not worth the money overall, but unfortunately there are few other options in this area.

Nobody can predict 41 degrees in Berlin and yet a hotel of this category without air-conditioned rooms is a no go. As well as being in the departure lane of Tegel Airport, with an open window that lets in sounds that are simply unbearable.
Service top, room facilities ok, breakfast also very good, but unfortunately it is not enough due to the above-described shortcomings to more than 2 stars.
We booked the wellness break with a room facing the lake on the centrovital website. The first thing we got was the wrong room facing the street. That was quickly fixed, however. The room - relaxation room with lake view - is big enough and offers a beautiful view of the courtyard and the lake / Havel. Breakfast is in the restaurant. You can find everything your heart desires here. We missed something here. Breakfast bacon - there was no indication that you could order it, as we read later in another entry. Furthermore, Tabasco would be desirable with tomato juice, which could also be chilled. There was a place to have eggs cooked to your liking. Unfortunately, there was often no one to be found here, so we took the finished scrambled eggs, which were obviously made from industrial eggs. A head, neck and back massage for everyone was included in the break. We had booked this by phone for the 2nd day before. The massage was super relaxing and is really recommended. Furthermore, a dinner in the form of a 3-course menu was included as part of the off-time booked. The waiter was super friendly and quick. Unfortunately we then had a younger waitress (trainee?). Wordlessly and a little grumpy, she cleared the table. No question about whether it was tasty or whether you might want something to drink.
The wellness area is very large. Apparently the Spandau residents also like to visit it at the weekend, so it is quite crowded here. The pool is big and actually very nice. However, I noticed two things a bit negatively. 1. If you e.g. If you look at the tiles or, better still, the spaces between them, you can see that cleaning urgently needs to be carried out here. Some of them are black. Mould? 2. The fitness studio above the swimming pool has a direct view of the swimming pool. I don'k think that's so good. You feel like you're being watched.
It should also be noted that the hotel is located exactly in the start area of Belin-Tegel Airport. That means, there are planes flying over the hotel every 3-5 minutes from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. in the evening. In the cold season you can close the window. In summer this is a bit borderline if there is no air conditioning. We were here in the fall so all good. And since we didn't have any small children with us and therefore didn't want to sleep before 11 p.m., the aircraft noise wasn't a problem either.
During our stay there were two power failures in Spandau. The staff tried very hard to ensure that everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, the power outage resulted in the spa area being closed.
On the last evening we ordered a pizza in the room using the tablet in the room. After more than half an hour there was a call from reception asking if we already had the pizza, she would only have seen it now. Then I got a call from the kitchen asking if we really wanted the pizza, since there is also a service fee. After almost an hour we finally got the pizza. It was warm and tasty. The tablet in the room is great. Here you can learn a lot about the hotel and the surrounding area.
Overall, it was still a nice and relaxing stay in the Centrovital.

Very nice hotel complex with a spacious spa and wellness area and fitness center. Large oval swimming pool with a 25m lane. Tip: for swimming, it's best to visit it at 8:00 a.m. during the week. The Havelland and the citadel in the immediate vicinity as well as the city center with beautiful cafes and restaurants as well as owner-managed shops also invite you to linger.
Special feature: All employees tried very hard, even during pandemic times, to make the guests' stay as good as possible.
The sauna area was great as always. In my opinion, there are the best infusions here.
Also a bit of a shame: on the day of departure, the wellness area can no longer be visited for free after checking out, that used to be different and great for us.
Whether rehab center, spa, fitnesclub ... Everything was great. Hotel area I can not judge. But think will be just as good.
The hotel is located in Spandau and can be easily reached by public transport. The room was perfectly fine, very clean, big enough and well equipped. Due to the two mattresses, the bed was not ideal for cuddling, but otherwise okay. We found it interesting that when the TV was on you could hear it in the bathroom because there was a loudspeaker in the ceiling. Cool feature, only the screen is missing in the bathroom;)
The staff was very friendly, due to the coronavirus there was a one-way street on each floor, which in our opinion was not necessary because the number of visitors was limited, but better that way if there are more people.
The swimming pool and sauna were also very clean, quite generous for a hotel, so you can relax a bit in the evening and have a good time.
Unfortunately, we cannot rate breakfast as it seemed too expensive for us and we preferred to eat out.
We'd love to come back because we were won over by the price-performance ratio.
Very good hotel. We stayed there over a long weekend. Rooms are good, only partly quite small TV (but you can get over that). Breakfast buffet is really good and rich. Great sports offer with gym and classes. In addition, a large pool (no swimming pool to swim), whirlpool and sauna.
The location is not ideal for a Berlin trip, however, the subway is about 10 minutes away and around the hotel is Car2Go area.
The hotel is located in the flight path of Tegel. But that does not really bother me. At night is peace and during the day you are always on the road or while sports;)
Great hotel with great service. Especially the wellness area with swimming pool, sauna and fitness area is very good. Also enough space when it is something full. Food is also delicious and the rooms are very attractively decorated. There is a tablet in each room.
Whenever we are in Berlin, we often go to centro vital's gym. The sun terraces can be used in good weather to rest and relax between the most well-managed aguagymnastik courses. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. With the bus or on foot to the train you are in the middle of Berlin in about 20 minutes. Day ticket Berlin 7.00. Spandau also has a very beautiful old town.
Sauna is pleasant for two hours, but not for the whole day. Too small. Unfortunately you have to go through the textile area, if you want to log cabin sauna.

Great hotel for training. The rooms are modern and the hotel rooms are very well equipped. The fitness area offers a variety of equipment.
For me a very good hotel. I live in Berlin myself, but have stayed here four times because of a two-day seminar.
The only thing that would bother me personally for a longer stay are the planes. Tegel approach lane. The windows are well soundproofed. I myself sleep very calmly at home and that is why I am very sensitive to every noise.
Food is very good for me. Also prepare for allergy sufferers and do their utmost to satisfy the guest.
Then there is the wellness area with many different saunas, also on the roof terrace and an ice igloo, which I usually use after the sauna. This is really good ;-) All in all, a very good wellness area, which prompted me as a Berliner to become a member.
So I can take part in any aqua training, courses and in the extra sports studio, which is only available to members and not to hotel guests. There is also childcare so that mothers and fathers can do sports without excuses ;-) Have fun

Room nice, however some cobwebs were overlooked. Wellness area was also good, unfortunately the relaxation factor was reduced by inconsiderate other guests and the lifeguard was not really interested.
In the restaurant, the service was unfortunately a bit inattentive and our second wine order was forgotten. At the breakfast buffet at the weekend the service staff couldn't keep up, were hopelessly overwhelmed and totally uncoordinated. On Monday, thank God, things turned out differently.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, extensive and should have satisfied everyone.

A terrible exploiter operation! As an employee you are treated like a bondman, you have no rights, you are underpaid and bullying is the order of the day. A real juice shop !!! The bosses like to be a professional and a good guy, but behind the scenes it looks very different, because you have nothing to report as an employee, they only want to fill their pockets and use their employees only as a means to an end!
The room was not so comfortable. The bathroom either the shower was not nice and the staff not very empathetic.
Dinner indefinable. Schnitzel with potato / cucumber salad, schnitzel dry, 0.5 cm thin, breading was next to it and the salad was a gray pampe. Bar was closed on weekends, no alternative. Pictures from the bathroom look great, unfortunately much smaller and crowded. The only good thing was the great breakfast. I definitely never again!

A hotel of a special kind, with a large swimming pool. Unfortunately we could not drink coffee in the hotel, but they showed us a cafe just around the corner. The dining room is quite small, making it hard to get a place to have breakfast.
Unfortunately, the hotel had a problem of ventilation of the sanitary areas. The conference room was okay. Parking space is a scarce commodity in Berlin. The hotel offers a cheaper price! Come again!

We were here for the girls wellness weekend ...... Already at the arrival date on Friday at 1.30 p.m. traffic jam at the reception only one overstrained nice lady. The first application in our group was at 2:15 pm .... The Ayurvedic department is very nice and the massage treatments are very, very good. Then the dinner table is assigned to you after you have been rudely asked for a reservation, and of course after a while ... Although it was not very full. The food was poor (not fresh cod and roasted dead) spinach .... some raw (not even blanched) and then rotten leaf / leaves simply put on top. I did not eat it. The other meals were lukewarm. I was then offered a new dish which was also edible. Then the Sunday breakfast ... And the relaxation is gone. The hall was overcrowded, not enough seats, waiting times ... Then when we finally had a table we cleared it ourselves ... Since otherwise it would have taken longer unfriendly staff in the morning and the day is over. Before the coffee cups came another 7 minutes passed then you waited for the coffee pot ... And so on ... There is a lot of work with temporary workers who apparently are not properly instructed, because these nonsensical operations not only delay but are for the guest unreasonable. I didn't look under my bed myself, my girlfriend did, and lo and behold, 2 empty bottles, paper, dust mice ...
I am absolutely disappointed with this 4 star ????? Hotel. The spa area is okay. No drinking water is offered.
Conclusion: the applications with the two Indians were excellent, the rest never again !!!!
I would like to add, however, that the food on the 2nd evening was okay. It was maybe a different cook ....

I visited the hotel as a conference guest for three days and as a "normal" guest on a business trip for two days. First of all, I was very surprised at how huge the whole complex including the health center and meeting rooms etc. was.
The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The bathroom is big. There are free bathrobes, slippers and towels for use in the wellness area. The TV in the room was connected to boxes in the ceiling, so you could hear everything in the bathroom relaxed. The radio didn't work, however.
The food at the conference was consistently good to very good, both in the coffee breaks and for breakfast, lunch and evening. During the conference, however, it was very annoying that after 3 p.m. all coffee and tea supplies were simply cleared away, even after the request on the first day not to do so, as we were in the daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5/6 p.m. Rooms were. That should still be optimized. The regular prices in the restaurant and bar are typical for hotels, but not excessive either. If you do without the room cleaning, you get a 5 voucher for the gastronomy, which is a very good concept.
The big drawback: the hotel is located in the middle of the departure and landing corridor of the airport. Personally, I like to sleep with the windows open in summer. That just wasn't possible because it made you feel like you were sleeping on the tarmac. The windows themselves were very noise-tight.
I will definitely come again, but then as a private wellness guest.
Everything was very good, especially the variety and quality of the sports courses, as well as the infusions in the sauna. Rooms were very clean.
