I stayed at this hotel for a short business trip. Room good size, clean and comfortable. Very varied breakfast buffet. The only flaw in the gym schedule that opens at 6am, too late for a quick workout before going to the office

Excellent structures, my room was clean, beds very delicious. The discharge that emitted a loud and strange whistle, embarrassing the use of the toilet at dawn. Breakfast hearty. I only found the interior communication a little weak and strange the fact that the room does not have light, only the lamps.

The room is of better quality but the services are crappy, poor service at the front desk, valets and especially the room service you place an order and apart from barely handling the phone, the order arrives hours and hours later. Also the reservation you make, arrives on time does not have the way, if you booked a double room they give you a twin and do not want to even know, when it is very full of guests they do not care much for comfort and especially the Respect for the customer, I am disappointed in the view seems to be great but it is totally the opposite.

Relatively easy location. The front desk attendant is friendly and helpful.

It was our wedding night, we arrived at the hotel at 6 o'clock in the morning and stayed for over 15 minutes to get the check in. The attendant wanted proof of the reservation, credit card etc. We were literally dressed in wedding dress and groom and the reservation was already guaranteed on my mother's credit card (because we did not live in Brazil) - I showed my identity, I told TDS the information my mother gave and still he did not want let us in. After minutes trading he released.
The room itself was fine, but the curtains did not close. Right away the clarity was a lot inside the room - that left nothing to be desired.
At checkout, several guests waited in line and only one attendant. As I see it, if the checkout time is 11am to 12pm, which is the busiest hour, they should have more people there.
We had to ask to call someone else to meet everyone who waited.
Professional assistants, but no one was solicitous, friendly or anything like that. We were not at all delighted. Honestly nothing there made me want to go back. A normal hotel.

This Hotel needs no comment, it is beautiful inside and out. Excellent service, impeccable cleanliness, it is very worth staying in this hotel, for sure you will not regret, check it out
