The hotel is in a good location, walking distance from a big mall with good restaurants and stores. The lobby is cozy and the Japanese restaurant there is incredible. The hotel restaurant is very good and the breakfast is delicious.

Very good this hotel. I attended an event yesterday in one of the meeting rooms of this hotel.

Almost perfect, very good service, modern and clean room, full breakfast. The only thing that was missing was to have a kitchen 24 hours a day, I arrived to travel during the whole day at 1am and they no longer had room service and any delivery takes an hour.

The Hotel itself is very good, the newly opened restaurant is excellent (the sun). The only thing I saw was a small piece and the entrance and exit of vehicles that is very small and always has congestion in the door.

Hotel is near to BH Shopping and safe area. The rooms are big nd clean. Food is ok. However room light is very yellow which makes it very hard to work in night. Also AC vent is loud.

Hotel is nice but access with vehicles is compromised, valet service is to be desired. (Employees without patience)

Expected more from the hotel .... large room, beds too, but the mattress was very soft (I do not particularly like it, it gives me pain in the spine), coffee very good !!! What disappointed me was the bathroom, it was leaking that flooded a part of the bathroom, dark stains on the floor, old towels already well used.

Very beautiful hotel located in an excellent area of the city, the room is very spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is also very spacious. The personnel is very friendly.

The weekend promotion was very welcome, the quality of the hotel is sky high and the staff very attentive. The location of the hotel was the main reason given the choice.

but I was a little lost there I found a boy in a pink shirt by the name Breno and I asked him for information and the same man was very rude sorry more has to train certain employees as a customer

Good sized rooms, but some details such as not having sheets to cover, only the bedside table and some stained bath towels. But other than that, a good stay.

good and varied olation. Old and poor furniture! Cot too small. Friendly and courteous staff but maintenance / cleaning staff made noise all day in front of the rooms (these without any sound isolation) so as not to let the little guests rest. Superficial and poor cleaning. For two weeks I asked to clean the bathroom better and the dirt will still be there.

The Staff is very attentive and the location is very good. The sound insulation from the street is not the best. The mattresses are too soft and sin in comfort. Spacious rooms

I booked the Caesar and was surprised with unimaginable flaws for this level of hotel. First, there is no food service (not a bread or tea) after 11pm. Then all the hotel's air conditioning controls just do not work! Either the air is turned off and the room gets unbearably hot or the air is turned on and cools too! There is no middle ground, which was very bad in my case. I did not rest well and was accompanied by my father, who is over 75 years old. I complained and had no answer. There was the last straw. I am very disappointed. Would not recommend.

The best hotel in the region undoubtedly always attentive staff, from the reception to the affection with the tidiness of the entire room, everyone is to be congratulated the breakfast and a detail apart from this simply wonderful hotel complete with attentive and super helpful friendly .... super recommend

Large room, breakfast is better and more varied than most Accor hotels I have gone to (Mercure for example). Parking costs 22 reais a day and the car comes very fast. However the water flow in the shower and faucets was very weak, too bad the shower for that reason. No problem with cleanliness. I used the crib and would not recommend it for children over 80cm as it is small, not being American standard.

Excellent service and spacious rooms. It has 2 restaurants, one with international cuisine and another specializing in Japanese cuisine.
In my view, the downside is poor management of the parking lot (which is outsourced). The value is also excessive (R $ 25,00 / 12 hours), for the poor service provided.
In trouble, the hotel is very good.

The structure is very good. Only the air conditioner that was not working during the event.

Great location right at the entrance to the city, comfortable accommodations, made up moisturizing cream, I find it interesting as it generally only has shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast was great too, well varied and with the choices of waffle, tapioca and omelet made to order. My only setback was the booking ad that said "breakfast available" and confused me at check-in time.

Staff are great and friendly however the general feel of the rooms and other amenities do not speak to being one of a business level type operation.

Hotel with impeccable structure, but with services that can take time, like the dinner service. Good service and warm facilities.

Far too far from the airport, coffee has few options, the gym has few and old equipment. Not worth the value of the room rate.

I participated in a congress that was held in the area of events, I really liked the structure!

Hotel with a price a bit higher than expected, but great location. Rooms very tidy, clean, room service excellent. Restaurant a bit pricey but convenient and with very good food.

I step in the door only, I work in the same neighborhood.
