I stayed 4 days at Caesar Business Belvedere. The room is nice but stuffy. Pool and gym ok (just ask to get the gym fan.

But the negative experience was with the parking lot and the reception which does not have a dialogue. I made advance payment upon check-in regarding reservations and parking rates. But every day when leaving with the vehicle I was asked if I had already paid for the parking. At the time of checkout I had to go to the front desk with the parking lot lord to prove that I had paid, because he stated that I owed it. And to my surprise the front desk guy said I had not paid. I had to tap my foot and show the invoice, only then, after checking the system, confirmed the payment. Lots of clutter. It was kind of embarrassing.

At the reception desk, the guy took my Credit Card and wrote down all my CC data, including my security code. The strange fact is that my colleague, that had his Check-In just befor me, didn't had his CC info written down. I found that behaviour suspicious, to say the least, and blocked my CC, to be on the safe side.

Hotel Caesar is one of the best in Belo Horizonte, offering comfort and convenience, with its own restaurant and a mall just across the street.
Clean and spacious rooms, with glass windows and on the floor with panoramic views of the city of BH.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to the events team (especially Joyce) and the reception that served us with affection and attention.
I didn't give 5 stars, because the restaurant service left something to be desired. They did not replace the food, at least when I looked for some food they had not arrived yet.
The experience was incredible! Super recommend!

For the second week in a row I stayed at the Caesar Business Hotel in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. This time in room 1115. A corner room overlooking both sides of the road to Nova Lima. Being late winter, I had no problems, but I believe that in the summer, the room should be very hot as it has windows on two of its sides. From the rest, the quality of always that mark the hotel. Two improvements / suggestions: (1) have information on the TV channels in the room and breakfast at the Santa Fe restaurant, next to the scrambled eggs, have a container with the salt saches (today you have to ask the waiter).

Located in front of BH Shopping, making life easy for those who travel a lot. Inside the hotel there is also the Udon Japanese Restaurant.
The service at this hotel is very good! In the cafe, it looks like they're hosting a rockstar! Pull your chair, get juice, great!
Very spacious room, great bed and shower. Highly recommend!

Other guests and I arrived before check-in time and were told that it was not possible to anticipate the time because the rooms were not ready. However, a band of musicians also arrived earlier and everyone (about 20 people) checked in and went up to their rooms immediately. When one of the guests questioned the receptionist, he informed that the band's reservation was from the previous day. Soon after directing the entire band to their rooms, the aforementioned employee began to clear the rooms for the guests who were waiting in the lobby (about 06 people), but when it was my turn (last of the six) another band arrived and the same occurred. procedure, everyone checked in and went up to their rooms (around noon). I asked the same employee and the answer was the same, that is, the band had made a reservation since the previous day. Right after forwarding all the members of the band, the employee asked for my name and made my check-in, not without first requesting a credit card and making a blockage in the amount of R $ 350.00.
The room is huge, the bed is good, but the lighting is terrible (half light), in addition a lamp on the table had the lamp burned out, there is no blanket in the room, the box was leaking, the towels are terrible, grayish , rough, almost the same as the most popular hotel in the chain.
I ordered a fillet of roti sauce with fettuccine and gorgonzola sauce for dinner, despite being in front of the mall, because I was very sick. The meat came dry and the pasta sauce didn't even come close to the gorgonzola, it was a salty cheese cream.
Breakfast was served earlier, at the request of the guests, the variety is quite large, with emphasis on the cheese bread, but at that time there were no employees making omelets or tapioca and it was also not possible to find the salt, only after to ask an employee who was slow to find you. The scrambled egg was lousy and cold. The cakes were dry, they looked like they were old. It is not worth the 40 reais charged, in addition to the accommodation.
In the end, when checking out, that R $ 350.00 block created an obstacle for the employee to charge, the card did not pass. As I was in a hurry, they said they would charge me later, which was done, but without being sent the invoice.
