Awesome and intresting place sercice is good .caring of customer is good

Facility is well equiped. Staff is decent n humble. The only thing lagging is they don't have swipe machine for payments. Only net banking n cash accepted.

Careless service, they are not even bothered to reply to enquiry

Recently done my figo first service her nice Service experience Agarkar Sir aand Pallavi Madam both are helpful

Worst customer service ,they force you to buy Insurance policy from they got commission,today when I go for side mirror replacement they told me to paid 1000/- fee or 2200/- for replacement .I want to mentioned here that I have already purchased zero depth cashless policy of bajaj allianz through sarswati ford on their terms and conditions.I also email to ford India,ford india twitter handler,Mr.Anurag Mehrotra MD ford India.I hope will receive favourable reply to solve my issue and to stopped loot of customers from showroom.(As per reply from ford they mentioned processing fees is mandatory but I want to mentioned here that they dont clarify me the same at the time of buying of policy,since last five days I am driving my car with broken side mirror).Side mirror are not available in showroom as its very common part.Received reply and call from ford Twitter team ,Thanks to them.

My car Mh 27 Ac 8931 registered at sequel ford Nagpur .It is registered online at Jadhav ford Amravati showroom .But it is not shown on the server when I inquired from other showroom Saraswati Ford Jalgaon khandesh.
If I want any spare parts of the ford figo do we have to register again online?or is the registration necessary?

Basically I am owner of Ecosport Sport model and I faced Tyre issue in my car but no doubt Saraswati Ford has really taken very satisfying decision and gave solution to my problem , totally satisfied with the service. Mainly I have never seen such a helpful and supportive person like MR AMIT AGARKAR ( SERVICE AGM SARASWATI FORD JALGAON) Really want to appreciate AMIT JI for providing 7 star service TO us.

Very Customer friendly service......Had a very pleasant and happy Car Purchasing experience.....And the service too: very customer friendly.......Better than any other car company.....Only one concern is that they dont have a card swiping facility...

Part & Service Maintenance charges are very expensive....

It's very hot inside the showroom because there is no air conditioner hall

Very bad experience with this dealership, they won't call you back even after reaching several times when in trouble and talking about service, not upto to mark, actually even below average I would say, service twiced, and later my vehicle came up with lot more issues rather than being solved for which I needed to pay extra.. Bad experience. Won't recommend it to others.

Overall experience is good. However, there must be
1. A coordination desk.
2. Information regarding insurance claim not being given upfront with all possible inputs.

Great service! Recently baught ecosport from Sarasvati Ford. They have been great help. Do not forget to meet Mr. Dhaval, he owns the dealership but personally attends customer most of the time.

I want to get an Eco Sport but I was told that the service of Saraswati Ford gets worse later, so now I am looking at the option of Brezza or Creta too! One thing is felt that the dissatisfaction of any one customer can remove many new customers!
