A super expensive, old, luxury hotel. Very close to the red square.
Problems of concierge. Great breakfast. Prohibitive prices at the bar.
A good place for weddings, and other memorable events. There is a view of the Kremlin and the park Zaryadie. Service is great!
The staff at the reception and in the restaurant is not welcoming. Into the seafood stew caught unpeeled portions. In the room after cleaning there is a terrible smell of some cleaning agent.
Beautiful views, convenient location, excellent interiors, good service, pleasant and helpful staff.
One of the best venues for professional events in the industry. Well-trained professional staff, the hotel has everything for holding banquets, buffets and tastings, equipment for conferences and presentations for additional money. And a lot of money, which is offset by the prestigious location of the point.
There is practically no parking. All imported equipment needs to be sent letters, but this is not a problem
Hotel of 5 * extraordinary quality-price, located in the center of Moscow, in front of the Red Square, Kremlin, Basilica of St. Basil, metro, and more.
Great hotel, good location, major attractions within walking distance. It is located directly opposite the Zaryadye park. To the Kremlin and Red Square - 10 min walk on the bridge across the Moscow River. The price corresponds to the level of the hotel.
Great spacious rooms and a view of the Kremlin. But they wrote it here. Let's go through the cons:
- hot water does not come immediately.
- prices just BIT
- borscht would be for breakfast, not your croissants.
One of the best hotels in Moscow and from my point of view the one with the most beautiful view on Kremlin and Zaryadye.
The bed and room is cozy. It s indeed outdated but still clean and acceptable. Gym and spa facilities are good for a city hotel as well as is in-room dining. What is bothering me the most is the personal. They are unfriendly, not proactive and don t make much of an effort to not show you that they actually would go home. The Door Attendant decides weather to open you the door based on the car you are arriving with. Cleaning personal is on its own not quite precise but listen to (English) feedback openly. In short: the facilities are worth a 5 star rating however the staff needs training.
Excellent high quality hotel. A stone's throw from Red Square on the Moskva River side
A beautiful luxury hotel in the most interesting place in the city ...
Good breakfast, friendly staff, tastefully decorated, hard mattresses
Hotel with a long history, but modernly equipped. The staff is attentive, customer oriented. But the corresponding price tags.
The only hotel where a Kirby vacuum cleaner is used for cleaning, an elegant bed you sleep in covers
Very good hotel in a special place 8 minutes from the Red Square
Hotel of the highest class. Perfect luxury in everything
Clean rooms, delicious breakfasts and great attitude to guests.
Thank you separately for the timely cleaning of the rooms and the delicate behavior of the cleaning ladies
Excellent location near the Red Square. It has a small gym that opens from 7am. Amenities provided in the room. However they don't have kettles or iron boxes in the room - in this day and age!!
Super good location next to the Red Square! Very good service and staff!!!
I love Kempinski but the service in that one is not so good... I was really desappointed...
I spent three months there and I loved it and I go again on vacation !!!!!!!!
Very good hotel. The location is awesome, and the service was very good.
Top. Very luxurious but also very upscale prices. .Moscow is also a very expensive place. Be sure to go for a coffee, cognac and homemade chocolates in the afternoon at the hotel 's own cafe.
All at the highest level: service, food, rooms. An ideal place for corporate events among the top management of the company.
Top hotel and great location. Bridge at the time construction site
Very fancy and impressive hotel - almost too fancy for me. Perfect for Red Square and relatively close to the Metro.
Photos, I hope, everything shows quite accurately :)
Close to Red Square, this is a historic hotel. Starbucks is right next door and there is a small convenience store super five minutes on foot.
One of the best hotels in Moscow. They are rightfully included in the association The Leading Hotels of the World. Expensive, but usually good value for money. Many rooms with beautiful views.
Another hotel of Soviet era.. nice location. Could have been better. .
It's high end hotel. Very good environment. Room also nice.
Gorgeous, the view from the window on St. Basil's Cathedral, I highly recommend it.
Great hotel and restaurant. Service quality. I was left satisfied with it.
Cool hotel. Great view of the Kremlin from the balcony of the 8th floor. Conference room library
A well maintained Hotel located at A central place of Moscow
Best hotel in Moscow. Wonderful spacious rooms, with excellent views of central Moscow iconic sites. Rooms are luxuriously equipped. The menu from room service is wonderful and all the staff are most helpful. 1st class all round and highly recommend.
Nice hotel in across from Kremlin and st basil. They added an awesome new park as well right across the canal. 2 good restaurants.
My favorite hotel in Moscow! Highly recommend to everyone! Particularly pleased with the lobby bar! Well done! Keep it up!
Inside was not, but the view from the bridge is kravivy
Me and my family went to this hotel I saw the great reviews online hoping to have a great time. Instead we were insulted constantly the receptionist started making unbelievable claims against my 4 year old son say he tried to murder her with a nail gun. in the this resort is awful
Very good and comfortable. Great situation
The cozy restaurant cafeteria with good dishes, the rooms and bathrooms well and the beds super comadas
The service somewhat distant, they do not smile and they do not usually speak more than Russian. The pool very well should have swimming caps.
Like this hotel. After my first experience with Kempinski Berchtesgaden I absolutely wanted to book this hotel on my visit to Moscow.
Wow. It s so nice. The service is great.
I don t like the entrance (old and cheapish), but ok... is that really important haha.
Had the view at the Kremlin. Thats absolutely superb.
Breakfast and location ok. Wi-fi keeps disappearing. The furniture in the rooms is old. The hotel is in need of major refurbishment, shabby elevators, terrible thin pillows in the rooms.
Absolutely Soviet service and attitude towards the guest. A 5 star hotel is not a bed in gold. People pay for their stay in such hotels in order to get guaranteed positive emotions. I had an old iron in my room with a blackened sole. I ignored it and ruined my shirt. The iron was replaced with a new one. The next day, a customer service representative said: "We checked all our irons and they are all right. You have an old shirt and you ironed it wrong and there is nothing to iron at all - you should have called us." In general, the shirt remained for them as a keepsake, but I only had negative emotions from a 3-day stay.
I insisted on meeting with the manager, and before leaving, she honored me with a business card, assured me that all their irons were good and apologized. But if the irons are good, then what to apologize for?
A bag of salted peanuts for 15 euros in a minibar touched and caused nostalgia for the 90s. In my opinion, "Baltschug" still lives somewhere there. Never ever.
Very good hotel. Ideal location. The exchange rate makes it attractive.
It is thanks to this wonderful hotel that my younger sister had a great impression of Moscow, where she was for the first time! The cozy room had a stunning view of the Kremlin, and a varied breakfast helped start the day in a good mood. Lady in Red Anastasia led a very interesting tour of the hotel and answered all the questions, Maria quickly checked in from the accommodation counter, helped to find the GHA card number and escorted to the room, and Igor from the lobby bar friendly helped with the choice of dessert, of which there are so many on the menu! During dinner at the Chancellor restaurant, the staff were very friendly and polite, food and drinks were brought in very quickly and it was incredibly tasty. On the second day, the staff at the breakfast restaurant already remembered our room, which was very nice. I especially liked the night shoe cleaning service, after which I even lost the desire to buy new shoes, because mine looked like new!
It was very pleasant to see that such Kempinski values as an individual approach and the pursuit of luxury are 100% fulfilled in Baltschug, the employees are real professionals in their field. Now we are looking forward to our next business trip to Moscow to stay at Kempinski Baltschug again!
