I was in business negotiations as a translator, everything was top notch, very worthy. Not the first time the Italian embassy has organized such events in Baltschug and everything has always been organized perfectly. Thank you very much!

I used to consider this hotel one of the best in the city, but this is no longer the case. The hotel is good, but there is better.
The hotel is luxurious, looks good, but we don't stay here. Just stop by for food in Chinese restaurants. Food is not delicious, so can't remember the name of the restaurant.
They lost my reservation, I had a printed copy. With an apology and an upgrade I had a phenomenal stay. Hotel and restaurant are of top quality and local.

I have stayed in Baltschug Kempinski twice and both times I've got a spectacular view to the Kremlin. Absolutely perfect service and delicious breakfast buffet!
In October, they went to a gastronomic festival in the Lobby Bar Baltschug Kempinski. Loved the main course - myasko melted in the mouth. The unusual decision of the cook was to serve carpaccio marinated in beets - delicious! Most of all struck a dessert with slices of candied onions. I can not say that I am ready to eat such onions every day, but in the dessert it looked quite harmonious.
In general, the lobby lobby atmosphere is very relaxing, and the attentive staff is pleased with their courtesy. A little lacked a crackling fireplace - he would add comfort to the included. However, the impression of the visit is very good, thank you!
One of my favorite hotels. Good service and good views. Well trained staff. Rare avis in Russia. Worth it.
The hotel is nice, but besides smiling and being polite, the staff at the reception totally lacks problem solving skills / experience.
I checked out, then told the reception girl that I needed to point out something about the room, in private if possible (since there were other guests checking out near me). She was probably too young and unexperienced to figure out what I meant and finally refereed me to the concierge.
When I handed the concierge the pair of ladies panties that I had found in the top part of the wardrobe and told him that it did not belong to us, and most likely was forgotten there by the guest before, he blushed and had a shocked expression on his face, hardly managing to say "sorry" and asking me to repeat the number of the room.
Poor cleaning and even poorer complaint management.
This is really the place where you want to come back and come back. Everything is very airy, I want to soar, the atmosphere is incredible. View of the Kremlin, delicious breakfast in the room, what could be better ?! Thank you so much that you are, keep up the good work. I am sincerely yours:-)

They held a wedding here 05/31/2019 in the library hall. The staff, the food, the service, everything at the highest level. A chic room overlooking the Kremlin, special thanks for Marina Danshina, who helped us and organized our day. Will gladly come back here again!

Built in 1898, Baltschug Kempinski is a luxury hotel located close to Red Square in heart of Moscow, across river Moskva. Red square is 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. This landmark hotel has excellent level of service, rooms were very neat and clean and comfortable. Food at the restaurant had good variety. However, 2 complimentary small bottles of water per day in room were not sufficient enough for one person. In addition, one has to deposit money to get mini bar unlocked.

Very clean rooms, always friendly service. The location is breathtakingly beautiful. On foot, the Kremlin and the red square can be reached within 12 minutes.
The hotel is famous, but there was a violation of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, even if it was eliminated!

After an 11-hour drive, a minestrone soup accompanied by pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, and buttered bread on the side brings anyone back to life.

Beautiful hotel, across the bridge from the Red Square. Very conveniently located, many iconic places are within walking distance. The view from the windows is good only from the upper floors. Some rooms overlook the next building. Delicious breakfasts with champagne and red caviar

The administration sells halls for corporate parties until one o'clock in the morning, and then arrives at 10:59 pm and turns off the electricity in order to avoid noise.

I was ask to pay in advance for the mini bar and I David no so they closes it with a key! Not a very 5 stars treatment.
