Very professional team, nothing was missing. Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, clean and nice rooms.
This hotel is a definition of 4 star superior! In particular, spa or breakfast buffet are figureheads. But the outdoor pool will be rebuilt until the end of the year.
A small mishap was immediately compensated with a free couples massage. Also, you are so nice in the evening extra to light the fire in the lobby. Service!

Great hotel, nice ambience, courteous and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet very varied and good. Unfortunately, the wellness area is very limited. Saunas and steam bath with long waiting times. Outdoor pool occupied with many children despite the ban. Instead of 8 people occupied by around 15 .. This is a shame. Hotel staff passed by, nothing said (longer opening times fun?). Everything was clean and furnished with great attention to detail.
Very nice, modern and clean room. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is outstanding. I especially loved the breakfast buffet. The wellness area is very clean and well maintained. The price-performance ratio is also right. I will gladly come again!

Very friendly, service-oriented team, additional requests are gladly fulfilled, many beautiful corners in the hall. Unfortunately, the acoustics in the dining room is catastrophic, from 50% occupation the noise level chokes off the table discussions.
The hotel has only earned its four stars in terms of prices:
- When we arrived, the room was ready, but still so dirty that we had to call the housekeeper to have it cleaned again. The floor was clean afterwards, but there was a thick layer of dust in unobtrusive places (radiators, pictures, TV).
- One of the days the housekeeping didn't come at all. A complaint at the front desk was answered with a succinct "Well, they had a lot to do today".
- Two fruits as a welcome in the room was a nice touch, but the apple was already mushy and mostly inedible. Then rather no fruit.
- One of the two rooms that we had booked for us and the children was a junior suite. But you felt more like you were in a cellar. See image.
- Overall, the hotel seems to have got stuck in terms of design in the 80s / 90s.
- The outdoor parking lot is a disaster! Absolutely avoid if there is thaw or heavy rain. Unfortunately we didn't have a choice as the underground car park was already booked out. The outdoor parking lot (costs extra) was such a deep mud pit that we could hardly get out, even with a powerful four-wheel drive vehicle. A complaint at the front desk was answered with a succinct "That's just the way it is when there is a thaw" and a subsequent "Then you should have booked the underground car park" (which was fully booked !!).
- The prices! Due to the corona, we were limited to the hotel or take-away for dinner. Apart from half board, the hotel only offers a minimal "normal" menu with exorbitant prices, or alternatively a small vegetarian menu with similarly high prices. Absolutely useless for a family. There was no selection of "normal" dishes, only very expensive - but at least very well cooked - food. Good for couples who want to treat themselves to something, but certainly not for a family's everyday dinner.
- The hotel is big on "wellness". The wellness area closes at 8:00 p.m. So no chance for parents to go to the sauna as soon as the children are in bed.
Overall the hotel was a big disappointment. It definitely didn't deserve the four stars. The service is pathetic, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired and the house is definitely not recommended for families.
After all: Flims and the surrounding ski area are terrific and always worth a trip.
We are not the typical regulars of the Adula, but we do stay at the Adula from time to time. Just recently. And as before, we totally enjoyed our stay this time. The room, service, support and food as well as the wellness offer is great.

We came to Flims for a ski stay. It is rare to see that all the employees of a hotel (really everyone) are professional, genuinely nice and all cared about us being well. I am impressed with the service. Great breakfast and comfortable beds. Loved it. Will come back. I recommend.

Clean and well maintained hotel but everything is quite old. We were not happy at all about the service. They didnt make our room after asking twice. It's next to the bus station which is quite convenient. Way to expensive for what you get.
Very good price-performance ratio. Unfortunately the minibar was empty and the second time there was no refrigerator. Almost became a regular hotel.
Best pinball ... 1 chf 5 balls on Arabian Nights! (Kids game room great for families and includes air hockey and a Daytona style retro race game) Lovely restaurant. Much better prices for massage and facials than the Waldhaus. Very good massage with in room shower.
The rooms are big and cozy. The spa area is nicely done, if nothing for hardcore horror. Unfortunately, the food was not at all that of a 4 star hotel and the service slow and forgetful. Why do you have to ask for a coffee cup at the breakfast table first?
We booked one night on the hotel's online platform and had open questions written into the booking. The hotel did not consider it necessary to contact us personally. When we didn't get an answer even after a week, we decided to cancel the booking and wrote our reasons to the hotel. There was no reaction to that either. This hotel is anything but customer-oriented and probably does not need to look after guests in Corona times. We will never book this hotel again.
Actually I would have wanted to give 5 stars, but .........
We were there 4 nights. Room was very nice and quiet, breakfast delicious, staff (everywhere) very friendly.
Ate once in the restaurant which was also good.
But...
- Pool closed, no apology, no information (neither in advance nor at check-in) and no compensation (maybe a little massage or something) for it. This is very ugly for a hotel that advertises a large pool on the website. We felt betrayed.
- Sauna towel has to be fetched one floor higher outside of the spa because of the pool construction site you have to go through the hotel area ...
-A bed was not ok 1st night (mattress was sagging, I felt every single slat of the grate (I'm 180cm / 87kg) and 2 slats jumped out. I slept on the floor. Was repaired immediately the next day (slightly better mattress and a board between the mattress and the grate (and that in a 4 * so please ...) But again no excuse, nothing.
-We consciously booked this hotel because you can pay with a Reka card. But then there was supposedly new payment terminals. Here, too, there was no accommodation although we had to pay a lot more through no fault of our own (no Reka discount)
Our subsequent letter to the hotel was also only answered with standard sentences that didn't mean anything. Apparently they don't want us as guests again.
A shame for the actually very nice hotel. But for the price paid, just too much was not entirely okay.
We stayed in this hotel with the family for Christmas. When checking in there were problems with the half board. This problem has haunted us all the time. Now for the better: Our room (Alpine Lodge) was very spacious and furnished in the well-known Alpine-Chich. The ambience was lovely. The two bathrooms were a bit small. Room service was sensational. Everything was always very clean and nicely arranged. The lobby and bar invite you to linger. The SPA is nicely decorated but unfortunately too small. Very few beds.
Now for the negative. The waiting times when eating were enormous. Somehow you had the feeling that 1 - 2 people per department were missing everywhere. The - not a few - newcomers / interns had to pay for that. The service has always been very friendly. The food / kitchen is very good, especially the wonderful creations of the pastry chef! On December 24th we had ordered 3-course fondue chinoise. After guests who came to the restaurant after or with us were already at the main course, we didn't even have the starter on the table. After waiting 1.5 hours for the main course and making several inquiries on our part, we now wanted to get a binding schedule. Our kids were pretty fidgety. When the main course came, the hotel manager came to the table and asked us if we wanted the dessert right away. This statement not only confused us, the staff and the guests at the table next to us were also very surprised by this statement. No excuse for the long wait. A few minutes later he came to us again and put 2 glasses of champagne on the table and said that we should now have a nice Christmas. We have never experienced such behavior by a hotel director. We were always decent to the staff. Our mood was pretty bad. Actually exactly the opposite of what we wanted to experience up there. What a pity. We have already been able to get to know several hotel directors. But this one definitely shot the bird. The wait for food started at breakfast and ended at dinner. Many guests were annoyed. I don't think this is in the sense of the previous owner family. What happened there in Flims? If everything worked out, we could recommend the hotel without reservation. The location and the (renovated) ambience are very nice. But under this management and ownership, we will avoid this house. That is our experience. These do not have to coincide with other experiences (hopefully). And no, we don't want a (standard) response from the hotel with the usual phrases to this review.

This is a beautiful place, impeccably clean and run expertly. Bedrooms as large and comfortable. The staff provide perfect examples of Swiss hospitality. Features include a large pool and exquisite spa with multiple areas for steaming, herbal warmth, an outdoor saline Jacuzzi, good Wi-Fi, great breakfast buffet and tea and superb cakes in the afternoon. Dinner menus at 2 separate dining rooms are rather expensive with less than inspirational menus.
The staff and the kitchen are great.
Unfortunately it was difficult to book a massage. Since everything was hopefully overloaded. But if you still get an appointment, then the treatment is TOP ... unfortunately the hotel is not very accommodating when it comes to postponing the stay for a longer period due to an accident.
On the occasion of an annual conference with our company, we selected this hotel this year. The food is very good, the people really friendly and the rooms clean, but the conference infrastructure is below average and not enough for us as an international company. Due to Corona, various participants have to take part via a team session, which among other things requires a working internet connection. Bad connections both via LAN / WLAN and 4G together with an ancient beamer in a dark meeting room make the whole thing a not too positive experience.

The hotel is a good location, close to the main skying lifts. They offer a complimentary shuttle service, but there is also a public bus stop near by. Rooms are nice, very clean and all of them offer a great view. Either overlooking the valley or the mountains. Large selection for breakfast and several restaurants and bars to choose from.
Really great for relaxing in the mountains with "doing nothing", hiking, biking and more.

Very nice and clean hotel with nice staff. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean. The breakfast buffet was extremely generous and delicious.
In addition, the kitchen staff is familiar with allergies such as lactose intolerance and celiac disease and offers menus accordingly.
It was a shame that the spa area didn't open until 2 p.m. in the summer and that the mini-bar in the room was empty.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Very good value for money. Large rooms with sitting area, large balcony. Indoor and outdoor parking, access to the outdoor bubble bath and the indoor swimming pool. Quiet location. Nice breakfast buffet with good products, smiling and friendly staff. On the other hand, as much for the restaurant as for the spa, difficult to reserve. At the spa, there is almost never anyone and when the manager is there, she is not very welcoming! No card ... we refer you on the internet instead of taking the reservation. Ditto for the restaurant, you are referred to reception. Otherwise, tip-top no complaints.

The hard mattresses and the very noisy house are to be judged negatively. We had a family with children on the floor above us, who wouldn't let us sleep after 6:00 a.m.
At the breakfast buffet you will find everything, like a usual breakfast buffet, but more in the 3 * segment. It's a shame that they don't offer any regional cheese and sausage specialties, for example, but only sliced Emmentaler and cold cuts (Lyoner and Co.) You could also work on the presentation here.
All in all a solid hotel with a good price / performance ratio.
