We were there 4 nights. Room was very nice and quiet, breakfast delicious, staff (everywhere) very friendly.
Ate once in the restaurant which was also good.
But...
- Pool closed, no apology, no information (neither in advance nor at check-in) and no compensation (maybe a little massage or something) for it. This is very ugly for a hotel that advertises a large pool on the website. We felt betrayed.

- Sauna towel has to be fetched one floor higher outside of the spa because of the pool construction site you have to go through the hotel area ...

-A bed was not ok 1st night (mattress was sagging, I felt every single slat of the grate (I'm 180cm / 87kg) and 2 slats jumped out. I slept on the floor. Was repaired immediately the next day (slightly better mattress and a board between the mattress and the grate (and that in a 4 * so please ...) But again no excuse, nothing.

-We consciously booked this hotel because you can pay with a Reka card. But then there was supposedly new payment terminals. Here, too, there was no accommodation although we had to pay a lot more through no fault of our own (no Reka discount)

Our subsequent letter to the hotel was also only answered with standard sentences that didn't mean anything. Apparently they don't want us as guests again.

A shame for the actually very nice hotel. But for the price paid, just too much was not entirely okay.
