Great hotel, very friendly staff, great food. We could really relax in the wellness area. And as a young person in the risk group, I felt very comfortable and safe in the Hotel Adula. The protection concept was very good!

The management is very insolent!
First of all the positive: the hotel is on the whole okay and the staff is friendly. The underground car park is practical, but has to be paid for additionally. It is very outrageous, however, that a cancellation is not even accepted when the ski area and facilities (swimming pool, gym ...) are closed. One is forced to travel, so to speak, to be able to only sit in the room or to pay in full without even arriving. At least a postponement of the trip could have been offered. Of course I also understand the location of the hoteliers, but such ignorant behavior from the management is simply not possible. This is a shame, because under other circumstances the hotel might have been recommended. So the sentence is true: in the crisis, the character shows itself.
The hotel as well as the Barga restaurant are simply excellent. The staff and the service are first class. I can only recommend.

We had a good time, the staff is kind and attentive, the room really comfortable. We ate very well at the Barga restaurant. The only small flaw is the spa, with different expectations due to Covid regulations, and some of them were not respected by other guests

Very cozy hotel with a great wellness area. An extremely large pool for swimming laps - awesome. Tea & ginger water with banana chips & apple rings super great. Sports area also available, unfortunately very warm for training. Wellness area without children or limited times would be even more relaxed and romantic. Maybe let some relaxing music play instead of the radio? Also adjust in the lobby or in the restaurant. Food was delicious. Room is very cozy with the natural wood. Bed could have been more cozy and no single mattresses. Staff extremely friendly and tried to please the guest.

Flims is also fun in summer and as a hotel we definitely recommend the Adula. We'll definitely be back.

A, at first glance, quite sympathetic hotel. I was Swiss and grew up here in Flims, hence my wish to spend the night here for a class reunion.
I really traveled all over the world and was allowed to stay in some great hotels. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed. Don't overstate my criticism, I think it was three years ago ...
In the spacious suite, the first glance fell on the slatted frame and bed frame, which did not fit the size of the mattress.
Garage was almost only possible through a hazy entrance and that didn't always work either ...
Price-performance ratio doesn't really fit, in an international comparison.
Foreign and local staff partly uninterested, especially supposedly "Germans" ...
I worked in this hotel for two years and have to admit that everything that can go wrong goes wrong in this hotel. The hotel manager only shouts at the employees, manipulates working hours and rarely adheres to the rules set by the federal government. As a trainee, I had to work 14 to 16 hours a day several days in a row and worked a few months with only 3 or 4 days off. If you asked the director about it, he denied everything and quit the chef overnight.
Hotel, room, garden, spa clean and pleasant. As I would expect from a four-star hotel. I would advise against eating "a la carte" in the hotel. Our dinner: not so fresh green salad (overpriced for CHF 17) and the fish (main course), which only came with vegetables but no side dishes. Breakfast buffet: nicely presented with fresh fruits. The coffee, unfortunately, was very watery. We got new ones, but it took so long that we were already done with breakfast ... Hotel itself deserves 4 stars, food and service unfortunately not. Pity!
The hotel is actually quite nice, but there is clearly a lack of goodwill and intuition. There are other hotels in the area that are far better. The director is primarily interested in maximizing profits. Pity!

Very nice hotel in a good quiet location. The morning table is full and you can order additional dishes from the very friendly staff. The friendliness of the staff at the entire hotel is excellent. Dogs are welcome and they are given vessels and blankets.
A dinner from the gourmet kitchen is an absolute must. It was exclusive!

In my opinion it does not reflect the standard of a 4+ star hotel.
Unfortunately it wasn't as we had imagined.
We had booked the half board unfortunately the 5 course meal was not our taste. The room was extremely cold even had to ask for a 2 blanket. The indoor pool was not nice and very loud so unfortunately very little relaxation. However, the staff is friendly and helpful

The stay was very bad. The hotel director is a manic choleric and terrorizes the staff. Employees who work there for over 20 years only earn the minimum wage and are shouted at by the director all day long. I will never visit this hotel again, because I'm not ready to bring in an asshole of hotel director money.
