We booked one night on the hotel's online platform...

We booked one night on the hotel's online platform and had open questions written into the booking. The hotel did not consider it necessary to contact us personally. When we didn't get an answer even after a week, we decided to cancel the booking and wrote our reasons to the hotel. There was no reaction to that either. This hotel is anything but customer-oriented and probably does not need to look after guests in Corona times. We will never book this hotel again.
