Hot Topic Review

Staff was very attentive and friendly. I haven't shopped here before so I feel the prices are high, not sure as though I will be back but they do have some pretty nice things.

Its a good store everyone is friendly its just overcrowed constantly but the store isn't big enough to move around comfortably.

Definitely one of my favorite places, if not my favorite, when I go to the mall. It's a pretty big hot topic as compared to the one we've got in fort Wayne. Or at least it feels like it since it seems they have more variety. Workers were very nice and knowledgeable and they've always got sales going on so its always a bonus. From anime t shirts, band tees, top shows and movies stuff, to even makeup, I'm pretty sure they've got you covered.

Was there within the last hour. I knew what I wanted & was not greeted by anyone. No one told me the deals going on. My Kokomo store always greets me & is very friendly. Here at Castelton I stood by jewelry case & found what I wanted. Three girls were working. Only one was helping customers. I stood by case wanting someone to come to me to ask if I needed help, but one girl did whatever she was doing on computer while other girl at counter helped the customers. The girl wondering the floor did not greet us & walked past us to go to back to get her drink & keys (maybe to go on break?). I had to walk to counter to get any help. The girl who helped us was nice but we had to approach her. I feel like they need to greet us first. I won't stop coming here, but I will at least know what to expect.

Have loved this place since I was a teenager! I'm over double the age now of when I first started shopping here! I got 3 shirts with the buy 2 get 1 free deal and a Billie Eilish shirt! I probably spent almost 2 hours in just Hot Topic looking at every single thing! I wanted so much more than I left with, and the customer service was above par! Everyone on there was awesome! Will still shop here in the future!

Been coming here since I was a child. Just recently I've gotten into Funko Pop! Bobble-heads and they have a plethora of em in a dedicated section floor to ceiling on shelves, with plenty of Exclusives.

Great place to shop for unique fandom merchandise. They can often also special order items for you. Only downside is the space is too small which is typical for these stores.

Hot Topic is a great store for comic book, anime or movie related paraphernelia. The clothes are fairly expensive but high quality.

Love the new set of Harry Potter apparel. Actually seasonally appropriate.

Amazing staff, deals, and awesome products. Just ask for Nate or Abby heck any one of staff is super helpful.

They have great deals! I got so many items for a cheap price they also gave some coupons for when I come back! Everything is high quality as well!

Awesome workers...mall closed but they hadn't shut gate yet and not only let me in but stayed open for an extra 30+ mins just to let me look n shop around and took items off display for me to find correct size....never made me feel rushed at all..great employees!

Smaller than most hot topics and not well organized

This is my home. I absolutely love Hot Topic, and it has such a great vibe. The people are nice too. Great outfits, and great accessories.

Always have nice attitudes, very helpful, offers you discounts sometimes, large variety of objects. From makeup-outfits. Definitely, love it. Favourite store, if I could I would shop for everything here, all the time.

Always enjoy looking around at all of the newest merch in the store. The staff is always very helpful.

It is a perfect place for you goth, emo, scene, stem punk, and death metal needs. As though, the prices are very high, like a shirt, is 20$ per shirt.

I have nothing bad to say other than I wish they could have bigger less cramped stores. But hot topic is my favorite store.

What can I say? Hot Topic has reduced Punk to an expensive and over glorified uniform. However they have also forced all of the competition out of business, so you really don't have a choice.

The store itself is clean and generally well stocked. However, staff was pretty much unconcerned with it's customers needs. Instead we're more into discussing their displeasure with their schedules. Not a great experience.

the people who work there are incredibly kind. they treat you with equal respect and are easy to approach and talk to. their clothes are really good quality as are their figurines and jewelry. you do need to build up quite a bit of money to get a lot of items.

The cashier was so unbelievably helpful, but! right when Black Parade came on THE MUSIC STOPPED AND THE SCREEN STARTED GLITCHING.

I usually don't care for the mall, but the staff here were kind and helpful! A great visit for my 14 year old's birthday!

It's really loud, and really packed, so if you are clasterphobic like me, I wouldn't recommend this for you.
